The worst service I’ve ever had. Never again 👎🏿.

My wife and I visited Chicago By Night while we were in town for a wedding. My wife is from Bulgaria and we had heard that there were a lot of Bulgarian restaurants in Chicago. We chose this place from the goid reviews and we were not disappointed! We were treated like family here, the owner came and talked with us several times and everyone was very friendly. We live in a small city, so we don't get real Bulgarian food unless we cook it ourselves, but the food here was simple, well prepared and tasted amazing. On top of all that, even with drinks and a ton of food, our bill was very inexpensive. I'm so glad we got a chance to go here and if we are in Chicago again, you can be sure we will stop by again.

If I could put zero I would . First at all their boss was weird and unprofessional , When he saw us he proposed us free shots saying “free shots for attractive girls “when we refused he got really mad and rude ! But more surprise me that calamari portion they give us for 11$! When I asked boss what is that you guys really serving few pieces calamari with ketchup his answer surprised me even more he said because it is organic ! Lol seriously ? Sorry but you “fancy organic restaurant” just local bar , you can’t charge people 11 $ for this kind of portion .

Bad experience. We waited 40 minutes for 2 orders of chicken wings and they never came out. Then we told him we take them to go. He said 1 more minute please. Then we waited 10 more minutes and nothing. So we just left the place but they still charged us full price for everything even we never had our food. So we paid 28 dollars for a drink and orange juice. We use to come here often after work but after this horrible experience we are not coming back. We understand they were busy but 40 minutes for 2 orders of chicken wings? At least don't charge full price if you care about your customers. Very disappointed.

Wow what a fun experience! Ended up here after a couple of other restaurants in the area closed early despite being listed as open. & I'm so glad we did! The quality & variety of the food here is great and so unexpected for a late night bar. The owner was bartending and his wife was cooking! They are such kind & welcoming people and treat everyone like family, you will love it here. Will be back again.

The bartender Victoria is so sweet. I came here alone once and she made me feel very comfortable. The owner is also very cool and welcoming. I've already been here about 3 times and I love the atmosphere.

Great Cuban sandwich's. I would come here to eat late at night to enjoy one. Cheap drinks and lively people.

My boyfriend and I came here to chill and just eat. First, I went to the bathroom. The hand soap had MOLD. The spaghetti they had was nice and decent. The girl who served us was very kind and none of this was her fault. It wasn’t even packed in there and they were all just running everywhere, forgetting orders. They didn’t even make my boyfriend’s order right.

My favorite local bar! Poncho is the best and very social for a owner. The people are interesting and you can choose the music! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

One of the best bars in the Chicagoland area. Pantcho and his Wife made this bar like it’s a family. Sort of resembles of the TV show “cheers” There warm welcoming presence made the atmosphere a great one. And the food is 10/10 fresh and delicious. Will be coming back as always!

Great fun with delicious food, cheap drinks, and good music. Also ordered a tray of Puerto Rican rice, Cuban sandwiches and steak sandwiches so delicious!

Horrible bar I do not recommend going there! Disgusting. Drinks are awful. Food is disgusting bartenders do not know how to serve. I said.

So what I can't say about this horrible bat the owner is so rude and disrespectful 😤 he's has no emotional or feeling towards his regular all I can say is he lost us for sure as good paying people its horrible service for sure and also now there is women that go there to sell there selfs like what kinda of establishment allows that kinda of thing like serious very un professional this place shouldn't even exist anymore I will never spend my money or go there again ever in my life don't spend ur time or money in this place
