No ginger ale, cool👍🏾 not the end of the world, but the bartender Moses, seemed really irritable, annoyed & unacomadating despite me being overly polite. It’s so frustrating being overly nice & still getting unprovoked bad service & expected to pay. When I explained I can’t taste any of the alcohol (tequila) in my drink he tried to fix it by adding more club soda & cranberry & saying I needed to just order a double, instead of catering to my request & re-making my 1 drink with just a splash of cranberry this time. I didn’t even drink the drink. It’s only $7. Im not by any means trying to get over. I asked him to taste it himself & he refused yet insisted it was made correctly… even if it was made correctly, I’m still nicely explaining to you, I don’t like it & asking you can you PLEASE make it a different way, yet you’re forcing me to pay for a drink I don’t like & barely even touched but this isn’t even the kicker he brought me another drink he made out of frustration that I NEVER ASKED FOR, & I thought he brought it to make up for the bad drink but when I asked to check out he CHARGED ME for 2 bad drinks. Un-freaking believable. I asked to speak to a manager & for him to take it off he claimed he was the manager & that I had to sign & leave. God is my witness I would never make something like this up….side note: the music being played doesn’t match me the vibe of customers that was there. Nobody seemed to be even enjoying the music. It’s not that it’s bad music it was just way too techno electronic & not matching the small crowd there…

I came here after my husband said he wanted a divorce. I’ve been coming ever since. It’s my happy place. Karaoke, strong drinks, friendly staff who are more like family, and surprisingly affordable prices. I’m grateful for Krave existing. There aren’t too many places in the southern parts of Chicagoland that cater to the LGBTQIAP+ community. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤎🤍

Some friends, my husband and I went to this place last night and the truth is that I was disappointed. One of the two people who work at the bar had a bad attitude when attending us. He asked us for the identifications. One of my friends was looking for it in her bag and when I told him to wait a moment he acted rude I felt that he was a racist because from the first moment they treated us badly. I never go back to that place and I hope that the owner of the place has a professional staff with a good attitude.

Every time I go, it’s never mutual music! Always pop or rock, should seriously invest into r&b and hip hop

I have had nothing but an amazing welcoming experience. I am a straight woman and have absolutely never felt any sort of judgment or out of place. The BarTender Randy is by far one of the best bartenders I've had with how fun and outgoing he is plus his martinis are OUT OF THIS WORLD. All in all I'll definitely continue to enjoy myself at this bar. Karaoke nights are my go to and my group of girlfriends ALWAYS have a blast on karaoke night.

The boys were ugly. The owner booked a drag queen and didn't like her so berated her on the mic then forbid her to come ever again and refused to pay her. Also I think the drinks were watered down.

I was at this place today, Experience a very rude service from some woman who call her self the owner. I was minding my own business, having a drink by the bar, i happened to sit on this single chair with no name and this short skinny woman with some black outfit came to me and told me thats my chair, so i give her the chair, then she left and sit her booty in a different chair, then after awhile she came back again and told me with no manners and no respect to move off her chair and even made a comment told me why i dont like the chairs over there, si i told her i will ask u the same thing since u are looking arrogant and disrespectful. So she told me im the owner, i told her i dont care im a customer and all the chairs in the entire place do not have u name. The usual arrogant people who never had nothing and act like. Now this was my experience, next time i guess we should ask for permission to sit in any chair in case miss arrogance wants it.

It's a fun place to just hang out and meet friends. Everyone is friendly.

I had A ball 12/3/16 got my bottles on time and the club is banging. I'm trying to have my B-Day there right now.. And the service I think on A scale on 1 to 10 I'll give them A 9 because the DJ was good the scene was nice and I enjoyed myself.

So many friendly people to meet and conversations to start, it definitely feels like an judgement free environment. I would go everyday just to see what's new with people or enjoy the drinks the service which I recommend Vodka with Red bull 😜 You can pay to pick what music you want, they have restrooms to accommodate to most standards and have adult gaming if you're into gambling. Bartenders are on point always🙂 There is even a smoke patio to enjoy a cigarette break if need be. To sum it all up fantastic place to hangout with mates or even going alone will be a treat!!!

I haven't gone in awhile but I gained a lot of Great Friends. Drinks were excellent, mood up lifting. I have to go back.. Best place to be,,, Everyone is Welcome n I'm not going to say which side of the fence I'm on, just deciding which way to go. Sammi Jo

Do NOT book a party at this place. Different prices quoted by different people. They need one person to handle the party bookings so the info provided can be consistent.

I am very glad yo know this place is still open. I haven’t been there since it was called Edge back in 2006. Great cocktails and very trans friendly. I used to go to the Wednesday night Island Girls gatherings which has also changed its name..

I’ve been coming to this bar for at least 12 years now and I’ve always had a great experience. All the bar tenders are very friendly. I will keep coming here for many more years.

Place is a hole in the wall bar for us gays in the southwest side. Can't beat dollar drinks on Thursdays. Shows are mediocre at best. As with any gay suburban bar in Chicagoland; there's a ton of drama and queens. Nothing special. Just a place to unwind and relax.

Didn't know the place existed but when you walk in its really cool inside. Something New & Different in terms of clubbing/nightlife.

I’ve been coming here for the past few months and never had an issue but this particular Sunday was a bad day for the bartender I guess. He was rude telling me and my friends we had to be quiet I’m guessing because it was karaoke night. But if I know the song I’m gonna sing it. he was being a real Debbie downer. Then I accidentally knocked over a few limes and he said oh you guys have to go. Like that gives me the impression that you been feeling some type of way about us to the point we have to go because we knocked over a few pieces of fruit. He was being a real assssssshole.

The environment of Club Krave was soothing. There is no cover fee. The bartenders were friendly and asked us if we needed anything. Do not mistake the outside for the inside. The music they played were both modern pop and old classics. Even the people there were friendly and welcoming. Furthermore, the drinks are cheap and affordable. I would definitely come back.

I love krave but karaoke nights are a bit of a disappointment. The guy in charge of the music doesn't update the list of songs for the black and hispanic customers. He puts himself before your name so that he can sing first and doesn't appreciate when the audience is singing and hyping up the ones on the stage singing. They should also have the music according to the customers that are there at the moment or at least offer the option of picking some genres of music to hear while we spend our money there.
