Joined
the
gym
there
since
I
live
in
the
neighborhood
and
wanted
to
incorporating
swimming
into
my
winter
fitness.
This
is
definitely
a
"down
home
gym"
no
frills
gym.
There
are
bikes,
ellipticals,
treadmills,
Stairmasters,
and
rowing
machines.
However,
the
indoor
road
bikes
are
all
stuck
in
the
sizing
that
they
are
in.
The
rowing
machines
are
either
out
of
service
or
missing
pieces
to
make
use
more
enjoyable
like
foot
straps.
Some
of
them
definitely
need
to
be
serviced
as
they
catch
when
in
use.
The
standard
bikes
are
good
overall.
No
complaints
there.
I
haven't
used
the
ellipticals
nor
the
stair
machines.
So,
no
comment.
And
the
treadmills
function
fine.
Some
of
them
are
also
out
of
order.
There
is
a
gym
for
classes
that
is
nice
to
use
when
empty.
It
has
weights,
mats,
and
a
nice
mirror.
There
is
a
view
onto
the
pool.
I
haven't
yet
used
the
pool,
but
albeit,
being
on
the
smaller
size,
it
looks
well
kept
and
I
look
forward
to
doing
some
laps
in
it.
There
are
also
a
good
variety
of
hours.
They
also
have
free
towels
for
use
while
in
the
gym,
which
is
a
nice
perk.
The
regular
weight
room
has
an
area
for
core
and
weight
lighting
as
well
as
free
weights
and
racked
weight
areas.
There
are
ample
machines
as
well.
But
the
weights
aren't
in
the
best
condition
and
there
isn't
a
good
array
of
smaller
weights
in
the
main
weight
area.
I
would
say,
that
the
gym
could
use
a
renewal...
from
my
partner's
perspective,
it
looks
like
it
hasn't
really
had
any
updates
in
years,
but
costs
about
2
times
as
much
as
another
area
fitness
center.
The
other
fitness
center
doesn't
have
a
pool,
but
I
think
Edgewater
Fitness
has
such
potential
and
could
be
a
gym
more
frequented
by
the
community,
if
it
had
more
well
kept
equipment
and
comparable
pricing.
I
feel
like
there
swim
programs
are
their
focus.
Appreciate
the
gym
and
pool
within
walking
distance,
but
definitely
only
plan
to
use
it
for
the
winter
to
stay
moving.
