Great place for taking a walk or meeting up with family or friends. Every kind of store you will need or can even imagine. Large variety of food selections at the food courts. Bathrooms are located near all the major entrances and the food courts. Security guards and police officers are all around for the safety of the public. The mall is very crowded but still kept clean. There are plenty of handicap and regular parking spots.

Favorite outlet mall. Two Food courts and Rainforest caffe to get food when hungry. While shopping kids can play arcade games and nice ice ring. Big theater to watch movies. Everything in one place. I always visit there and get a lot stuff to buy in good price.

It's very large mall... May be one of the largest in the nation. Always crowded, and difficult to think any brand it is not there. Rest-rooms are at each entrance. Very well maintained mall, clean and plenty of sitting area. My best place is the play area in the mall which is located near to Starbucks and Oshkosh. My son likes going to this mall. The food court is very good as well. If you are in the area it is must see mall. Go, visit and amaze. I keep going there with my son and we both like it whether we are shopping or not.

Gurnee Mills mall was an ok mall... Lots of stores... They even have a value city.. Burlington...and Marshalls inside... Lots of sneaker and clothing stores... Not much of a food court... They have a couple of restaurants... But you can always drive the perimeter... Its a ton of restaurants in the immediate area... This place is pretty huge... They have a small arcade inside... Games are 1$ or you can buy a game card and save money... They have lots of fun stuff for kids and families... Hockey/ice skating... Movies... Play center.. jump zone... Bungee jumping... This mall is pretty cool.. would definitely recommend this spot.. will definitely go back

Gurnee Mills can be a fun adventure for the children. You’ll need to walk long distances, because the mall is spread out over many acres, There is a protected play area for litte kids as well as a train ride that moves around round the mall without tracks. My granddaughter went on the trampoline and had great fun. There are lots and lots of stores there and at Christmas time it seems they all had big discounts. I hope you found you found this helpful. Please, before you go, look 👀 below ⬇️ and tap the thumbs up 👍.

I don't know how I felt about visiting the mall after ten plus years of not coming around. It feels more like a place for second hand store now, kind of like belvedere mall. They are allowing so many DOLLAR STORE like places in here. I guess online shopping is creating this problem. But I guess it's a decent place to walk around and get a snack.

Shopping here is like at home. You got what you need and enjoy it within. So many stores to choose from. Beautiful place and the staffs are very friendly. They are observing health protocols and of course the place is very clean. I am enjoying this place when I need to unwind from the stress of life. So, If you want to destress? Just come here and you will experience a stress-free moment. Parking space is not so crowded. I will recommend Gurnee Mills to all of my relatives and friends who are very fond of mall/store hopping. Buying relieves stress. Let's shop and dine.

This mall is definitely not the same as it use to be. Back then sales were much better, stores we re also better. Now the mall is filled with entertainment stuff/ shoe places or places i do not ever shop at. The food court also changed a lot. Parking is always easy to find. Overall, i Do not recommend this mall unless you are bored and have nothing else to do.

The mall is huge with good selections. It will take you a day or two to go in and out each store. The layout of the mall is a circle so you should go one side of the stores and hit the other side of the stores on your way back. There are 2 food court and other restaurants in the mall which is convenient that you really dont have to step out of the mall for food.

I really love this mall, as it is one floor. Great way to walk with my kids with a stroller. There are also many options to purchase items and the food court has some options as well.

Well I've been here a few times now over the years and I will have to say I liked it better in the a few years back. Seemed to be a lot busier than and more variety of businesses then. I really miss the Sears store as it was one of the best ones around. That being said, there's still a good variety of shopping in this area and restaurants as well. Overall, not a bad place to get most everything you need other than groceries.

Pleasant and relaxing. Prices were reasonable, one store had a particularly long customer service wait with three cashiers however they remained professional. The area and stores were clean, I shopped in during the week in the middle of the day. Plenty of restaurants locally to eat or grab a snack.

Great mall that provides a good chance to get your steps in for the day with it's large footprint. The store selection is great and the restaurants throughout and the food court is more than satisfying for probably everyone. Large open parking lots with plenty of entry and exit points.

This is probably the best mall I have ever gone to. There are so many stores that have almost anything you might need. There is even an arcade by the north food court. They have all my favorite places at the food court. And I saw 2 places that have prime, including the glowberry. So is you are planning a trip to Illinois I recommend that you stop and shop.

Filthy, unkept, 50% filled, village admits owner uses it as a write off. It's an embarrassment. The owner has many other beautiful malls in the US. This is a community eye sore. Businesses there say the owner is all about collecting rent with no other care.

My only reason for giving the small four stars is because lots of the stores that were in there before had closed down. Lots of vacant store fronts. However, I would have to give it five stars for cleanliness, very clean, not crowded in the stores that were there. Had some really good sales. I would recommend going.

This is such a fun mall and has a lot of space for their stores. It's always fun going here and it is very enjoyable. If you love shopping for all different types of stuff this is the place for you!

Honestly, I really love this mall! All discount/outlet stores and a very large variety/options of stores. It takes a while to walk this mall. Food options are also pretty good, the food court is pretty empty but throughout the mall the stands are on point. Some favorites: pretzel place, bubble tea, Chinese place (get the teriyaki chicken), mini donut place. Oh also the arcade is super fun. Has guitar hero. And one of the best escape rooms I’ve ever encountered. I intend to do them all eventually!

It was my first time going today and I was excited but not impressed. Although my husband it use to be popping back in the 90s. Unfortunately I was still in high school for the experience. A lot of mom and pop side stores. Some major retailers was present.

Good variety of stores from Macy's to restaurants. But, the parking lots are often crowded. So, I prefer to simply get delicious take-out food here, especially from Jersey Mike's.

It's a mall that runs in a long zig zag configuration. Many entrances, multiple anchor stores. Remember where you park. Relatively easy access to any one store if you know where it is and nearest entrance. But some stores are far from each other, can be better to leave and repark. Good for distance mall walking.

Gurnee Mills use to be one of our favorite Malls. We would go once or twice a year during the summer time back in the 90s and early 2000's. Including driving up an additional 10 minutes to the Outlet stores. We use to stay from opening to closing. Great America is still across the street. All of our favorite stores are GONE 😭.However I did get a good deal at Marshall's The mall is more for those in their teens and 20's. Shopping at the .mall is not like how it use to be. We use to have so much fun. Such a disappointment.

Located in the far north west of Chicago,it seems so long to get to from the center city, but once there it's worth the drive. Tons of favorite stores and shops all under one roof! If it had an amusement park it could vie w. The Mall of America in MN

Stores are good to shop, but the food court is a totally different story. The food court tables, chairs ,floor were dirty I had clean the tables and chairs my self, while the cleaning workers were just sitting around just chatting with each other. When they finally decided to clean 2 workers were mopping in the same areas and 1 of the workers decided to swing their mop around while food was flying off the mop. The other worker decided to swing the caution sign around too. I was hoping the sign wouldn’t come flying from their hands. People are eating there and they are going to have food thrown in their direction while eating that is so unsanitary. The bathrooms are no better their was no toilet paper or paper towels in there lucky I had napkins with me. I definitely will not be going back and not recommend anyone else to go there either.

Very crowded on a Saturday afternoon! It was nice to see one of the food courts had every restaurant space filled. Once you started down the way of the ice rink and Floor & More, there were a lot less people.

Used to be good. Some of my favorite stores no longer exist and went out of business. Love the theater inside. Advantage of having a closed/ indoor outlet mall really helps in winter

Always been my favorite mall to visit. A decent variety of stores here, almost guaranteed to be something here that falls into someones interest. Rainforest Cafe is always the highlight to go to every time I come here. The cleanliness of the bathrooms could definitely be improved but no complaints besides that.

Went shopping with a friend and her daughter on a 90+ degree day. Several of the stores we went in looked like a tornado had gone through them - clothes and other merchandise all over the floor - and we left around 1pm, so we were probably done shopping around 12:30.

Mall is good but beware of the Dollar World store, the lady sold me a bag of chips and refused to exchange or give me my money back because they were expired! Mind you I work here and see her everyday, we had a whole argument and she even denied I bought them there when I was just there a few minutes before!!! Not to mention she charges an illegal $5 minimum on the credit card machine, in the state of Illinois it is against the law to charge a minimum on a card reader! I want her disciplined or some one needs to talk to her asap!!!

This is a strip mall, a collection of stores which seem to rotate out regularly. The high turnover rate here means the stores are often looking for good business. There are also a number of places for food here.

Today my daughter and I went to the 5.11 store next to the mall. All I can say is OUTSTANDING Very Happy Very Impressed! And that was just the customer service. The people that were there are Excellent representatives of 5.11 🇺🇲. I am a veteran and I served in the Marines. So I appreciate when I am treated with Genuine Respect! And the gear is at 5.11 is Good Quality. They even showed my Service Dog the Respect he deserves. I will be coming back! Keep it up 🇺🇲🐾🙌🏻 Crisp High Fives all around 😎

Mall in general is good for what it is, but some things need attention maintenance-wise. The good - the main common spaces seem kept up fairly well and there's not too many dead stores like you may find at malls elsewhere. Most stores seemed to be run in a pleasant manner. The bad - some of the handicapped access doors aren't in working order (pushing button does nothing), and seems the cleaning staff is a bit short on supplies. Had to use one of the public restrooms there and it didn't look too great, a janitor there seemed to go through the motions - but without any cleaning products - water on its own isn't sufficient to clean floor or walls and it shows. (Didn't smell any sanitizers or bleach either.) Getting some ammonia for the floors and oxalic-acid based cleaner for the stainless steel stuff would be a good start. That was also on a slow time early on a weekday, so you'd think it'd be easier to keep clean.
