Absolutely abandoned. No idea who is keeping the lights and heat on in this building but there's so few stores you can count them on your fingers. Scary, sad, and overall an empty husk of what it once was.

My conclusion on this mall it’s not a mall, it’s a close collection of stores if they are even open. There is no life there is no buzz no children running or screaming. Older people aren’t walking around looking at the youth, groups of teens coming to hangout and walk around can’t be found, no smell of popcorn form the movies, no aroma from the Cinnabon, absolutely nothing. Only one thing to describe this “mall” dead.

if youre a dead mall/liminal space enthusiast, this is the place for you. i came here to get a cd album from fye, and when i realized the mall was almost completely empty, i decided to go explore a bit. i got some very nice photos, so here they are. 10/10 would come again.

Came here after seeing the vid of the two guys and the girl being told to leave the mall for filming on their phone, it looked like they were the only people in the mall, this place also looks like they have a lot of 1 star reviews, gee I wonder why 🙄 Y’all just gotta respect that we have phones and some of us are gonna record stuff in public, deal with it or don’t open. I wasn’t one of the guys in the video, I’m just here defending them.

This is an absolutely gorgeous mall. It features a bright early 80's architectural design with bright wood, vaulted ceilings, and stunning skylights running the entire length of the mall. Walking through the nearly unoccupied mall was a true liminal experience that filled me with a sad sense of nostalgia for days gone by. I wish I could have visited this mall in the 90's. They even had classic mall jazz playing on the speakers. Visit this mall while you can! It's one of the most beautiful malls I've ever seen.

The mall is very much dead at this point. Nevertheless, I still enjoy coming here with my parents to walk around it some weekends to reminisce some of the old stores that used to be there and how busy it used to be. It's more like a walking track now rather than a mall! During the winter months or whenever it's too hot, too cold, or too rainy to walk or stroll outside this is a great place to just get in some steps. Hopefully, something can be done ASAP about this beautiful place though!

It is a two story indoor mall. It is not as busy as it was ten years ago. Many of the stores have been replaced with axe throwing, escape rooms, etc... There are some shoe stores, Kohls, Spencer's, a brewery, and a theater.

I used to come to this mall as a kid and it's sad to see what it's become today. An absolute shell of it's formal self, what was once on par with other malls in the area has now become blighted. Hopefully now that the village finally is in control of the property they will be able to restore or redevelop it's former glory.

Went there in century theatres to see a film. I would say its worth the price, big auditorium with decent sound quality. The one which we were seated did not have recliner seating thats the reason tickets prices are also under 10 bucks. Although mall is nice, ample parking space nad fancy stores. Definitely recommend, Late night movies.

A ghost mall... I'm sad to see malls are disappearing. This is a large mall, but majority of the stores closed including Round 1. The only thing that is keeping the mall from shutting is Kohls, Escape Room, Axe throwing room, and Jujutsu class

Its a dead mall. I only saw around 20 people in the mall. Most come for Burlington. I came here to find Kpop albums and this is the place. There is a Too Cool and FYE in the mall, I recommend Too Cool because it isn’t overpriced as much as FYE. Both stores have a good selection. Overall, the place seems really empty and quiet.

It is really sad that this mall is closing. It has fell under poor management for years now. However, I really like this mall because it has some of the nicest architecture ever. In my opinion it looks better than the nearby malls such as Woodfield mall Oakbrook Center. The only main department store left is Kohl’s. There are only a few stores left in the mall as of February 2024.

Come here to reminisce what it used to be. Would love for it to come back to life but of course with the same layout to keep some of that nostalgia. I especially love that movie theater entrance, such a shame for it to go to waste. I also love the fact that fye is still the same as if frozen in time...so many memories💔

I like the backroom vibes and design of this mall, sad to see no stores pretty much though besides FYE but it is going away too.

Great Christmas Holiday ambient. Greeted by two security officers walking by and dozens of speed walkers. Ample space to sit while there is no WiFI.

Thank You for letting me stay over night. Love shopping at your mall. Spent $80 @ Khols. Ate at your food court $22 shop at woodmans $157 could have done more if I had more time. I haven’t finished your mall but now I know you are here. I will have to come more often to get my shopping in. TY

The whole mall is so empty. Creepy. Sad. Not sure how much longer the businesses and the mall can survive.

It's so different now, just empty. It is nothing like it was in the 90s. It was always busy, full of stores, full food court, the theater, and the giant waterfall displays. I understand the pandemic really took it's toll but this mall should consider closing at this point. Make the area into something useful. I took my daughter last month and it was a waste of time. It's actually sad how things turned out. This is the emptiest mall I have ever seen. I don't understand why anyone would give it more than a one star rating based on what it is now.

I have great memories visiting this mall back in 1998 and 2002, 2004. Sadly, this mall is slowly dying like a lot of malls in the country. I especially like this mall because my parents, brother and myself would hang out here as a family - watch movies and eat out. Good memories! I’d love to see this mall live and kicking again just like old times!

This place is CREEPY and not in a Halloween way. Every mall this company purchases they all become ghost towns. No food court locations open at all, so don’t come here hungry. I used to enjoy coming here, won’t be back. This place needs new owners that don’t drive it to the ground like this one does.

What is the point of going to an empty mall? There were three stores open in total. Kohl's, Lids and some offbrand Hot Topic. Just shut the place down already.

It’s literally empty except for FYE. Just sell the mall to a company that would revamp it and get stores back in or make i into an outlet mall. Advestise free rent for first year to fill it back up idk something. Mall has been dead for a long time and it would be nice for it to be back full of stores.

The only thing missing are the Zombies. Seriously, this looked like they were remaking Dawn of the Dead. Shuttered stores, few cars in the parking lot. It was truly a sad sight.

Best Buy is a great store and I would prefer to support the remaining brick and mortar stores that are still out there, so I go to and purchase from BB whenever possible. This particular location is great and my go to for electronics. The employees there are usually helpful and courteous. I just bought a new Samsung a53 from there for my mom and the rep that helped us was professional and very knowledgeable.

Five stars for the pre COVID Stratford / one star for the 2022 Stratford. Investors really messed up on this one, the removal of ROUND ONE and the THEATRE absolutely destroyed the mall there is no point coming here anymore

They got pretty designs and good quality selection of clothes. Shoes and clothes are branded and the prices are fair and reasonable. It was a great deal and the kids love what I got for them. I highly suggested this Kids Foot Locker store if you wanted amazing shoes, clothes and other stuffs for kids!

With Great steak, Sarku Japan, and Ana’s kitchen left I can tell you one thing DO NOT EAT AT SARKU! They cook meat only one time in the day and it’s at 12 pm and they let it sit on the grill for the remainder of the day . Extremely dirty. Extremely unsanitary. They refuse to give you fresh meat. Which means they probably don’t have any. they probably reuse the same meat that they don’t sell COOKED the next day. Very bad service . The lady and the guys that work there REFUSE to make fresh food . They claim because it’s sitting on the grill it’s fresh! TERRIBLE !

Had a hard time finding polling place. A worker helped me out and walked me part of the way to it. Thank you kind sir. Polling place rep told me they only allow them to put up 1 sign and it's right in front of the entrance but it's hard to see from road. Why does the mall restrict polling signage when you're an official polling location? Makes no sense.

My First time I came here was 09/2022 to buy salvadorian 🫓 pupusas at Ana’s Kitchen they were good 👍. I love the construction of this mall it is so nicely done. I was amazed with the look of this mall it’s so different in a good way, but they only have like 3 stores open all the other stores are closed some of them empty for rentals. To the owner of this mall please do more promotions so people like me can know that there is a beautiful mall waiting for them to open a store. In my 30 years living in Chicago never knew there was this mall 🤭 hopefully and sad I know now. Please REOPEN THIS MALL SOOoooon. !!!!! pLEASe.

This place should really be torn down. It’s an eye sore. Most if not all of the anchor stores are gone. The parking lot and loop around the mall are a complete mess. About the only thing worth going there for is the grocery store and a restaurant or two. Really sad to see this as once back in the day, this was a very nice mall. A sign of the times

Still love the place, despite its condition. I have hope this mall can return to its former glory. I hope that theatre reopens, it looks/was absolutely grand <3
