😠 This used to be a great urgent care place but it's not so great anymore. Came in with my infant to check for an ear infection and waited over 2 hours and still had not been seen. I ha from leave and go to another clinic. People come to urgent to not wait as long as the ER. They used to let you when... People often mention care, urgent, wait, people, asked, time, desk, nurse, told, blood,

This used to be a great urgent care place but it's not so great anymore. Came in with my infant to check for an ear infection and waited over 2 hours and still had not been seen. I ha from leave and go to another clinic. People come to urgent to not wait as long as the ER. They used to let you when you first came in that they only had one physician or if they had a wait time. Give your customers the common courtesy to wait or not!choose whether they would like to wait or not.

Very nice building and the urgent Care didn't have a very long wait. They have imaging on site so they can send me right over to x-ray to evaluate cough instead of having to guess and just drug me up! I would definitely come back!

I had a scheduled CT scan for my heart and the front desk girl was professional and quick. My appt was around 4pm and there were only maybe like 3 people in the waiting room. Very quiet. I was called back within 5 minutes or so, and the nurse that assisted me was super friendly explaining everything in detail so I was comfortable! The scan itself did not take long at all and the nurse was helpful and cheerful every step of the way! Would return for other procedures!

Been here for 2 hours and have not been seen yet. Will not be back after completing this visit. Mother is in a nursing home thought I would be out of here and go see her well before now. Had to leave after guy comes in and there 5 minutes gets waited on aND gone in 20 minutes. I have had a sore throat for 5 days and wanted to make sure it is nothing major. GOING to ER. Trying to save on the expense by going to urgent care. But urgent care doesn't consider people's time. Waiting over two hours is ridiculous. Pitiful!!!

My daughter went to get tested before going back to work. She tested positive for strep and Covid. They did an ekg and told her that her test was abnormal. They then had the fire dept and emt’s called. The Dr. Told her since she is unvaccinated and have Covid she could have blood clots and could DIE!! Who tells someone that? So she scared her into going by ambulance to the hospital. Her ekg and x-rays were normal at the hospital. This is not the first time an ekg was read abnormal and it wasn’t. My husband came here for an ekg before a surgery, they read the ekg abnormal so the surgery center cancelled the surgery. After an unnecessary cardiologist visit she said there was nothing wrong with his ekg. I will not let anyone from my family return to this urgent care. And let friends and family know what happened here.

If you are working class, I do not recommend this provider. They are extremely rude and will do anything they can to avoid helping you get the FMLA protection your might be entitled to. Then, after you've jumped through all of their arbitrary hoops, they'll still refuse because that's their prerogative. Don't get angry though. They'll refuse to even keep you as a patient. Merry Christmas to us public servants I guess.

I’ve never been to this location before but my experience is horrible. The front desk lady is rude. I came in here and there was only two people here I waited for 30 minutes and in that wait time more people started coming in and for some reason they called them in within 10 minutes. I went back to the front desk to ask how they go about checking people in and she said it’s based on who comes in first. She also started talking to me about what was going on with the lady they took back which is a hippa violation. if that’s the case why are people being seen before me. Find another location these people can care less about their job or the people. I will be reporting this location first thing Monday.

No one wants to end up in urgent care, but if you do, this is the place to be. My experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Check in with Hailey was very streamlined and she eased my anxiety with lighthearted conversation and kindness. Nurse Emily was very thorough and when I raised a concern that one of my vital signs did not appear correct, she went the extra step to recheck them to ensure accuracy. Dr. Rogers listened carefully to my symptoms and ordered comprehensive testing to obtain the correct diagnosis. Nick in radiology was awesome. He thoroughly explained all the images we needed to take and walked me through the directions. He was extremely protective of my modesty and made sure I was covered up as much as possible. I ended up being the last patient in the clinic but at no point was I made to feel rushed or as if I was an inconvenience. Everyone reassured me that my care was their primary concern and they wished me well. I would absolutely choose this clinic again and I highly recommend them!

Rude and very unprofessional nurse. Very hostile. Second time we have dealt with her. My son was very sick. The staff was quick to get us in. Front desk was great. The nurse that cared for my son was terribly rude to my husband, my son, myself. She would not even take his blood pressure. He is 16. I have the discharge papers and us as a witness to prove it. She did his pulse ox and his temperature. She freaked out because it read 106.0 temp. She asked my husband why is it that high. He told her that why we brought him in, cuz he is very sick. She did not listen to lung sounds. She did swabs said he was Covid negative and flu negative. He positive for nausea vomiting diarrhea. Vomiting blood. Cold chills. Pale. Light headed and dizzy. They were discharging him advising it’s the common cold. The doctor came in and listened to his lung sounds and Dx of pneumonia with aggressive treatment needed. The nurse re entered the room and said you guys can go now. I said no the doctor said to wait for live scripts because the pharmacy already closed. The nurse handed us the papers and I asked if they were going to administer some meds before we leave cuz pharmacy was closed. she said no meds here now go. The doctor was in his office and asked us to wait, he was helping us look for pharmacies open late. She came back up to us what you still doing here I told you you can go now. I told her doctor asked us to hold off. Dr said we can wait in our check out room 2 and I told him she kicked us out of there told us we had to leave so she can clean out the room. We checked in at 1915 hrs and checked out at 2014 hrs. Only pt there at that time. Very disappointed. I feel very strongly that some people should be in the medical field and some should reevaluate their career choice. I would love and follow up and the issue address. She could be taking care of anyone grandmother or child without compassion. I hope none else goes through this. I always used this urgent care and she is the only nurse I came across that does not like her job.

Always 3 hour plus wait. Doesn't matter I've had 1 person ahead of me and 5. Minimum 3 hours there. What are the doctors doing. Community has their family Dr's in and out. These urgent care doctors go out to eat or nap between each patient. It's ridiculous.

We've had to go to this urgent care a few times thus year already. Check in was ok, rarely had to wait very long! Drs were friendly and thorough. If I have to go to urgent care, this is the only one I'll go to.

I was seen last week in the urgent care. I was treated well by the people at the front desk. When it was my turn the Nurse came to get me I asked her "how her day was going"? Her response was snarky. Yes I understand it's probably stressful but no need to treat the patients rudely. She swabed me and told me to wait. While waiting for the Dr. my email went off with an alert for my My Chart. Yes I got my results to my COVID test from my My Chart not the Dr. When the Dr. came in she asked if I had been vaccinated which I responded with "no". Her direct response was well this is what happens. Really? People who are getting vaccinated are still getting COVID. Her response was less than empathetic like the oath they take when they become Dr's. I understand it's stressful I have 3 Dr's in my family you still don't judge your patients. I felt like I had a sinus infection. I understand COVID is virus and needs to run its course but at the same time I know my body. When I asked for the Zpack she said no and explained the Nurse would be in and left. This isn't my first complaint about your facility. I see your facility still lacks the empathy and compassion to their patients.

Front desk and nurses were nice, the doctor was not super friendly. They insisted on a Covid test although I really had no sign of it… Overall I went there for an ear infection and arrived at 2:45pm, and didn’t leave until 6:00pm. Got to a room after 30 minutes, then sat in this room for 1.5-2 hours before seeing anyone, then another hour after. Unless my car literally were to go off the road and crash into this building one day, I will never go here again.

My mother has cancer and, along with that needs knee replacement surgery and can only walk short distances with a cane. She needed CT scan, MRI, and several X-rays. Called ahead to see if someone could meet us at the entrance with a wheel chair and wheel her in, two came out and we’re not very accommodating and rude to my mother. Once in, the X-ray and MRI technician were very accommodating, not so much the CT technician.

Arrived at the facility around 9:30am. Wasn’t seen until 11am. Wasn’t busy, but I understand things happen. Tested for strep, Covid and flu. All came back negative. Waited for chest x-rays. Negative. Finally at 1:15pm the doctor said she suspects it’s the flu and there’s nothing they can do for me but prescribe amoxicillin but it “probably won’t work”…. Oh, okay. Every OTC medicine she recommended I’ve tried in the past few days and nothing has helped, her response? “Guess it doesn’t work for you then” …. Thanks, Doc. Front desk, RN staff and X-ray tech were very friendly and helpful. Doctor, not so much. Go elsewhere.

The office is always busy because it’s an outpatient center, so the wait times can be long if it’s an urgent care visit. I have visited this facility many times, and when I have had my blood drawn it has always been successful, which is rare for me because my veins are small. Additionally, the majority of the doctors at the office are helpful. Dr. Netluch and Dr. Gottumukkala have provided the best care for me!

i have a MASSIVE fear of needles & have been pushing off getting blood work done for years, but I finally went this morning and it was the best experience that I could’ve asked for! I got dizzy at the end, but even then they were SO amazing with getting me ice packs, water and juice! I didn’t even feel the needle & the people that do the blood work are the sweetest people ever. I highly recommend this location for blood work! Amazing job, everyone!
