Plenty of parking. Growing asian American community. Large variety of eateries, from Korean fried chicken to sushi to peking duck to bubble tea to pho. Best buy is a staple in the area. Covid testing facility was very quick. And there's an age throwing bar tucked away in the far corner past planet fitness. The liquidation store is fun to browse. Nick's Red Hots has great value for their foods, especially their chicken tenders.

Cermak is a clean vegetable and meat pace. Lots of parking. There were a lot of shopping carts all over the place but has nothing to do with the square personnel. The customers are very lazy to put them back.

Pacifica Square is an exciting development and I’m eager to see what it will shape up to be in a few years. Would love to see more establishments take up the parking lot and have more green space- but the food is pretty dang good there. Personally tried the korean fried wings there in the food court, top 10 fried chicken experiences of my life. I recommend the soy garlic sauce. Also, this is also the only place I know in the United States that sells mangosteen at a reasonable price. Highly recommend checking it out while it’s kind of under the radar.

The girl behind the counter is freaking gorgeous. I wonder if I asked her out if she'd say yes?

Dim sum is not very good and it takes at least 15 mins to make. I would stick with just bbq stuff

Vietnamese complex of grocery store and food court-all vendors still not open. Impressive show of support: flowers are gifts of congrats from friends!

Good food areas in the strip mall but the grocery store has a big food court that I recommend. Good seafood and meat selection in both store and food court.

I couldn't recommend all the new renovation more! they managed to bring one of the best things about Chicago here the park to shop Literally the back of the market has one of the biggest instant ramen selections I've ever seen They literally have so much stuff to try that I generally have to go once a week because there is always something new And they carry this tea (I think it's a type of brisk) that's literally the best I've ever had (it's usually stored up front ) (I'm not sure the name because it's in another language but it's a orange yellow and blue bottle) I'll recommend my absolute favorite restaurant there, Chi Noodle

4 bubble tea places within 100 ft of each other. That is hilariously ridiculous. I'm sure ViVi's is loving that situation. Looks like the sales manager is clueless and the ownership needs to get their act together.

The food is amazing, fresh, tasty, and home cooked. You also have a variety of different restaurants to choose from in one location.

I can here with a friend and we went to "A tasty hotpot" and had dinner there. We then went to the local asian grocery store and got many novelty snacks to try. Then we visited the bubble tea store next door. Everywhere we went there was excellent, tidy, and had friendly staff. I would certainly recommend visiting here and I will be back many more times in the future!!!
