THREE WORDS: BEST STAFF EVER. I’ve never been to haunted trails and I decided to host my sons 11th birthday here. From the moment I entered the facility I was greeted by polite and professional members of the staff. I’m not sure of the security guards name but he was very nice. When I arrived at my table I was greeted by the biggest smile from Katie. She was so courteous and helpful. They assisted me with set up( A Minnesota vikings themed event), and asked me if I needed anything. My host Octavian , was an excellent host! The facility was also? very clean, and organized the event was a success and they all were VERY Accommodating. Parents please consider this facility for your child’s next BIRTHDAY party. All of the children enjoyed it. It’s best to go during the spring and summer so that they can experience mini golf, goat cars etc. 10 ⭐️ FOR MAKING THE EVENT EASY TO NAVIGATE AND MEMORABLE. I will be back towards the summer.

This is an amazing place! Fun for kids and have a lot of fun games and rides. One problem is the costumer service. Most of the workers here are very nice! Some of the workers aren’t as nice though. One lady (I’m 13) gave me a very mean attitude and when I tilde her about one of the machines, she gave me a mean attitude and said “Ok, whatever.” So I recommend you do not go to the smaller arcade by the golfing area, people aren’t the nicest over there. Please fix this and I’ll give a higher review.

Honestly it's haunted trails, an old trusty since the dawn of time! It's a super fun time and convenient especially when you don't want to go far from home. The manager is awesome, and staff is pretty nice mostly. We've had team meetings here for baseball as well and the food is decent so definitely check it out if you haven't. If you're a Chicagoan then you already know!

I’ve been here once awhile back but I thought it had a cool theme. If you’re a horror fan, you’ll have fun with all of the props on the mini golf course. They have something for everyone here. Inside they have arcade games, food, and a laser maze. Outside during the months of April-Oct, you have mini golf, go-karts, crazy cabs ride, junior rollercoaster, and batting cages. Staff was nice. Plenty of private parking. This is a good place for birthday parties for your kids. They have a lot of specials going on throughout the year, be sure to check out their website.

We went here for Father's day and had a great day out. The pricing is more than reasonable and there really wasn't much of a crowd. The go-kart track may be small, but we had big fun with a little family race. The putt-putt course is very well laid out and offers an impressive range of challenging shots. We got stuck behind a large party on the course and so we ran out of time to do the batting cages, but we'll definitely be back for those. The park itself is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's worth a trip.

Visiting from out of state, had a good time. Great for families. We did go carts, batting cages, mini golf and the arcade. Spent around 2 hours there. Would definitely return.

The arcade is small however they do have more for entertainment, but it was raining so we couldn't enjoy them. The arcade was okay we had tons fun with the claw machine.

Last weekend during my visit to Chicago, Illinois we stayed at a location close by to Haunted Trails Family Entertainment. So therefore decided to go have some fun. Firstly, we tried the go karts and had fun. Then the crazy cabs, Miner Mike’s Coaster Ride and other indoor fun packs. We won so many tickets and collected toys and other items. It was so fun and we enjoyed a lot. Go try and have some fun and leave a review here on how you felt about this place. Thank you ☺️

Played their miniature golf; we arrived 2 hours before closing and it was not busy. Reasonable price, we paid $15.50 (on a Tuesday) for two people for their 18-hole mini golf.

This visit was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it. It's definitely kitchy, but that's part of the charm. It was relatively empty on a Thursday night, so it would probably be a great place for a little or kids in the arcade area. We did the go-kart track, which was fine. From the cars were a little slow but I guess that's because they're made for all ages. I'm excited to try some of the other attractions next time.

Amazing place to take your kids . I remember coming here for my older brother birthday . They have A lot of Arcades Game to Play and Mini golfing to race Car Driving. It’s a amazing place to go to hands down . They also have really good pizza. And the staff are super nice. The only thing I wish they kept was the tickets. Sadly everything now is card.

Wow!! A wonderful place for the Grandkids, kids, grown-ups too. First time here was great. Took the grandkids here on the first warm day of Spring. Drove the go-carts, did the batting cage and played some games. The grandkids loved it as did I. We will be coming back to enjoy it more. Looking to do mini golf on the next visit.

We get the fabulous fun feast which comes with a pizza, soda and $40 worth of game play, we get to play while we wait for the pizza. They have little junior go karts for smaller kids to drive. It's always clean when we come in, staff are nice. Never had an issue with any of the games.

Just outside of Chicago, Been going here for many years, since I was a small child. The outdoor activities are very fun such as the go karts. As for the arcade, it is still relatively entertaining for me. Although some arcade machines have been removed and some not operational.

Absolutely outstanding overall. All the games worked, excellent staff, incredible value for what you spend. My kids loved it and it brought back so many memories from when I was a kid! . Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning soon. I remember going there as a kid and kenner star wars action figures were available as prizes LOL. This was WAAYYY back when service merchandise was down the block .

My son had a good time he loves the place. The only problem I had is that they don't explain to the children on the smaller go carts that they get to crashes or explain it to the parents. My son had two crashes, and the guy took him off The Go-Karts, making him feel he did something wrong. But the person operating the go-karts didn't do that to the three kids that went before my son. So yes, I had a problem with it.

Haunted Trails is always a guaranteed good time. The perfect date night for families, friends, and couples. I've been bringing my family here for many years, a tradition especially over the summer, a place we all enjoy together. Brings out the kid in all of us, never too old to have fun. The memories we've created here are so special and it's a tradition that we look forward to continuing. Horror themed mini-golf, batting cages, Go-Karts, rides, game rooms, affordable...this place is so much fun! We love it!

Love doing my birthday parties here and probably will continue to do this until the kids get older. It's a great value, after your deposit you just pay as you go, and they take care of everything and explain clearly what is provided. Last weekend I had another birthday party here for my son. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful. Big shout out to Tommy and Dominic for being very accommodating and helpful with the little ones! All of the staff here deserve a raise, especially those two!~ I couldn't believe how seamless everything was with the employees being as young as they are. Many arcades are a huge ripoff, very crowded and overwhelming. It's worth the money to take the kids here for a trip, and they have mini go karts for the younger kids and smaller rollercoasters. We'll definitely be coming back for next year's party, and some of the parents I was with mentioned they really want to start planning their parties here.

The birthday was great! The party planner not so much. He was super slow and took a very long time to come out with the food, cake, drinks, the kids started getting tired of waiting. But over all everyone had a great time.

Me and my son went here for my 38th birthday. It happened to fall on a Wednesday night and all games were half off. 😆🤗 We went on Go Karts & played a game of golf. This place was super fun and we will definitely go back. I think we spent a total of around 75$. 50$ in games (with a free $10 if purchasing a 50$ card), then Go Karts we're around 9$ each, and golf was around the same as well). Staff was super courteous and helpful. All in all, an awesome place to have fun with the kids. 5 stars all the way! 😆🤗🤙✌️🥳 We also can keep the tickets we earned for future use. 😁🤗 Loved it!

Haunted Trails was one of my favorite places to play mini-golf when I was a kid, and while my recent visit was full of nostalgia, the place has certainly seen better days. The mini-golf course is in need of refurbishment, with many of the holes looking aged and a bit run down. Unlike the other Haunted Trails located in Illinois, this one only has one course, which made for some impatient golfers on a crowded Saturday evening. The arcades appear to have gotten the most attention, with the games appearing to be in good shape, but with COVID concerns still present, I didn't want to spend a lot of time in a crowded room full of people who weren't wearing masks. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and professional. I have to give credit to these young folks who were dealing with lots of screaming kids and demanding parents. (I was truly impressed with how clean the bathroom was!) Hopefully the owners will invest a little in giving the place a nice face-lift so that the kids who go today can have some great memories to take into their own adulthood.

I have been coming here since childhood and it remains the same! Still a great place for a quick trip of fun. Arcade games, mini golf, batting cages, "raceway" so fun for all.

It served it’s purpose… My kids (18 months and 8 yrs old) and I went here just for some quick fun on a rainy day. There isn’t much to do for a 18 months old. Naturally, the outside rides were not operating. The inside offer things to do too and they also had sanitizer throughout. The downfalls were the inside is small, which made it easy to become crowded and it is a little on the pricey side. All in still was a nice day out.

Honestly can not say enough how great kelly is. Each year we've done my daughters birthday here and shes been there helpful smiley and seems to really enjoy her job. She's very good at it also. It's always nice and clean and the food from the restaurant comes out quick . And for the deals they run its a great price with convenient in different sizes for different groups

AWESOME place for being kind of small, plenty of fun for the family or for friends! It's good to see there are still video game arcades around. Staff was great and treat all customers with only the best service there is.

All the fun from my childhood still!! Awesome spot if you are or aren't from this area it's a local staple in the community! Lots of updated/new games and they have reloadable cards now. No more coins or tickets, the tickets save on the same card the "coins" are on for playing. So no worries about carrying tickets around anymore! Easier system then chuck e 🧀 in my opinion... I thought it would cost more but I spent just the same and that includes the outdoor rides as well// which I'm sorry isn't offered at places like CE🧀..... 🤷‍♀️....more bang for your buck here!👍💯

We really enjoyed this place. We took our son for his 10th birthday, it was clean, the atmosphere felt safe and the pizza was acceptable for the type of kids place it is.

Very fun family place to go. Have lots of things to do. Very very very friendly staff. Helping everyone with a big smile on face. Our kids had fun go Karting. Baseballing. Mini golfing. One suggestion : please change the theme of park. Just make it regular , for the whole year ,not the haunted one. Otherwise its spookily beautiful 😍 ❤️

Amazing that this place survived. It's a little old school... I guess next in line to kiddie land as far as existence goes maybe a happy middle between that and enchanted castle. Low key place that also has not outrageously priced adult beverages.

  • 3/5 Claudia H. 1 year ago on Google
This is a childhood place and I love ❤️ my times here... Now I take my kids but the prices on the games and the tickets are a little steep which could explain this once-packed place now not as much... I feel like it can thrive here if they do some slight changes... The food and the atmosphere is great 👍...

Clean helpful staff and only 1 machine. The knockdown game had one rack that didn't lift back up. Woud recommend.

  • 5/5 Alison L. 1 year ago on Google
I've been coming here since I was a kid. This was my Chuck E. Cheese. It hasn't changed since the 80s at least for as far as I remember. Now is this a good thing? Well there are no bells and whistles..but it's just..old time fun..when things were easier. Rides..golf..video games. Reasonable prices and something fun (yet laid back) to do. A place where you can just chill..not worry about how you look or even want to stop and do a Tiktok. Just build memories.
