This
is
overall
a
good
place
to
live,
and
we
resigned
our
lease
for
another
year.
We
appreciate
the
speed
at
which
maintenance
responds
to
all
our
work
orders.
The
building
is
always
very
clean,
which
is
great.
You
can't
beat
the
location,
views,
and
space
for
the
price.
The
building
loses
a
star
because
of
the
elevator
situation.
The
building
has
3
elevators,
2
regular
and
1
freight,
that
serve
30
floors.
The
freight
elevator
can
be
reserved
for
people
moving
in
and
out,
and
the
other
two
are
more
often
broken
down
for
several
days
at
a
time
(thankfully,
both
are
never
broken
down
at
the
same
time).
Unfortunately,
this
has
lead
to
every
elevator
ride
being
incredibly
crowded
and
it
has
taken
me
as
long
as
10
minutes
to
get
on
an
elevator.
Routine
activities
like
receiving
packages,
doing
laundry,
and
leaving
the
building
are
very
difficult.
ETA
on
3.7.23:
The
elevators
typically
work
now
which
is
great.
However,
there
have
been
several
laundry
issues.
Many
washers
and
dryers
are
out
of
order,
and
some
are
not
marked
as
out
of
order.
I've
had
washers
breakdown
with
my
stuff
inside,
for
it
to
come
out
dirty
and
wet.
The
washers
also
probably
need
to
be
cleaned
because
our
clothes
do
not
come
out
smelling
good,
no
matter
the
detergent
we
use.
If
you
move
here,
budget
extra
time
and
money
for
laundry.
ETA
on
8/13/23:
The
laundry
situation
has
only
gotten
worse
since
my
last
update.
Most
washers
are
broken,
and
some
have
been
out
of
order
for
longer
than
I
can
remember.
The
number
of
functioning
washers
does
not
meet
the
demands
of
this
building.
The
dryers
are
not
great
either.
I
had
to
dry
a
small
load
four
times
today.
I
still
think
this
is
a
good
place
to
live,
but
want
future
residents
to
know
this
is
an
ongoing
issue
before
they
decide
to
live
here.
