I have been living here with my new hubby and while we dated and still love it here. We travel back and forth often for work and while we are gone, we know the building is taken care of and safe . The location is perfect ! within walking distance of (CTA) trains, bus, Metra . Near museums and hot spot for shopping and restaurants . The staff are great and really take care of you and the building . The gym is awesome because it's never over crowed and you can get a full workout with their up to date equipment . Love the pool! . Terry Patrick, has been very professional since all my time have lived here. She really tries to keep everything together for the good of Millennium P. and it's residents . I honestly can't understand how somebody would dislike this place?? It's perfect for students and young professionals, has everything you need! .

I lived here for 12 months and had a great experience! Move in was a bit hectic, because the apartment wasn’t fully ready (we arrived to a bedroom with dirty carpet, weak shower pressure, broken cabinet mirrors) BUT we reported our issues, and the maintenance team sorted all of it out (replaced old carpets with new ones, etc.) in a week or so. The rest of my time here was good, and this building offers great value for its location, gym upstairs, and laundry room. It is also pet friendly. The people who works here are really lovely and you can tell everyone tries really hard. The guys in the Mail/Package room are great (esp. Jordan)! I admire Terry Patrick who runs the building management - she runs a tight ship. I also give Stephen Canno the handyman on the maintenance team here 5 star reviews for his positive attitude and efforts. All round A for effort. The only room for improvements I can think of is this building could probably do with a bit of renovation in its hallways - looks old and dormitory like, like we’re living in the 70s. Something I didn’t realise before moving in was: There are a lot of U Chicago Business school kids who live here and sometimes they treat the apartments poorly via their partying, I feel bad for maintenance who has to clean up after these mistreated apartments. Some days the smell of weed also floats down the halls, or there’s loud partying music at the strangest hours of the night/ on a weekday. At least they’re have fun... Anyway, MPP was a great home for me during my time in Chicago.

Disclaimer: This review is based on my experience here when Terry was still managing this building. She left her position already and I don't know about the current management team. My wife and I lived here for one and a half years. Great location, great apartment, and best price around this area, especially if you consider the free TV and Internet. The management team is excellent! They responded to maintenance requests fast and get the job done nicely. When we had to move out of town for a job change, they actively helped us in looking for a subtenant and brought in candidates to checkout the apartment until we found one. They didn't have to help us because even if we didn't find anybody in the end, we'd still be bound the lease and have to pay rents for the remaining months. I wanted to put 5 star review already when we moved out, but I waited until the lease officially ended to put this review so that I can see if anything could happen to change my rating, such as some weird charges at the end like some other apartments. None, and it's still a 5-star apartment to me.

FYI, MPP is an apartment building adjacent to the Bean and Millennium Park, not the park itself. Lived here for a year for graduate school (NU) with two roommates. Apartment was lovely and work orders were handled fast. The top floor is beautiful. Much of the building is outdated and most residents are UChicago (Booth) business students. They are often really loud and party hard. Move-in is incredibly tricky because the location is downtown. You will have difficulty if you are someone with a moving truck and moving yourself out. The property manager switched hallway through our time there, and we didn't really like either. The new guy is kind but unhelpful. Most of the maintenance guys and the front doorman are polite and helpful. It's kind of a crowded place, but generally liked it. You need to love the city and student life to live here. Otherwise, I'd look at other complexes on the New Eastside.

I like living here not because the apartments are great they are definitely not, but the staff here is awesome. Kiara, Ricardo, Dormell, Sam, Vera, Alisha, Richard front desk crew I love them they are all awesome the loading dock Jordan was amazing unfortunately we now have a demon name Art, who hates black women he's prejudice against black women. But let me not forget maintenance Chris and his crew definitely make up for what this property lacks, they're family to my girls and I. Steve stepped in and protected my daughter from a homeless man trying to attack her.And not to be left out is DJ, if you need anything see Dj he'll get the job done.

1st visit to Chicago. This plaza is ideal for tourists. The 'Bean' is fascinating and fun to venture around. The ice skating rink was a bright idea for all ages to enjoy and allows kids some free social time. What was most appealing was the presence of law enforcement officers not only on the plaza, but within the surrounding side streets as well. Safe, fun place to visit.

Don’t ever live here. Management does everything they can to squeeze the most amount of money from you possible. Example: forgot your key? That’s a $50 charge, not for a new key, just for them to ride the elevator up with you and let you in. One of many examples.

I lived in MPP from 2018-2021. I was moving out because I moved to another city. The price is reasonable, cheaper than all the apartments nearby, with no extra fee for Internet, TV, water, and renter insurance. When I look back, I just realize how much I saved from those! Manager Terry is excellent, and her team is super professional. They are responding fast all the time and willing to help. BTW the leasing office ladies are beautiful. I always recommend my friends live here, and it is just a lovely place.

Millennium Park is wonderful. It is landscaped beautifully and full of special features and exhibits. We were able to see a style show and splash in the faces fountain. We took pictures by "the bean", and we were able to take wonderful pictures around the grounds. It is definitely worth the trip.

My wife and I lived in MPP for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Our apartment had a view of the beautiful Lake Michigan and was affordable and thoughtfully designed (minus an in-unit washer-dryer). Being in the heart of Chicago Loop was a big plus. The staff were courteous and generally very helpful. Highly recommend considering MPP as an option.

Lived here for two years during grad school and would recommend it for anyone looking to live centrally in Chicago. Great value for money, great location (right next to Millennium Park and a short walk from the lakefront & River Walk), generously sized apartments, recently refurbished gym and pool area, and the management/ maintenance teams are communicative and quick to respond.

I've been living in the MPP building for quite some time now, and I must say it's been a wonderful experience. The building itself is well-maintained, offers great amenities, and the location is convenient. The property manager, Mike, is amazing. He's always responsive and takes care of everything promptly!

I have been living at MPP for almost 5 years now. I have continued to have a really great experience with my apartment unit, the building and all of the staff. Dormell and DJ have both been incredible since the day I moved into the building. Truly cannot thank them enough for how helpful they have been.

😠 Be aware of the move-out process. I have been living in Presidential Towers for 5 years and recently moving out. I hired professional cleaners (paying $200) to clean the apartment thoroughly. The process seems ok initially. To my surprise, after one week, I got a final bill of $1100 among which $90...

👍👍 The Ritz-Carlton on steroids. This place is perfect and if I could live here forever I would.
