Excellent staff —- professional above and beyond anything you’ve seen—- fine finishes, top notch everything. There are always community events planned, special treats on Fridays and holidays. I love my building!

I've been living at 465 for 16 months now and just agreed to a 12 month renewal. Everything about this place is perfect -- location, amenities, and design. Echoing what 90% of the comments say, the staffing of this building is what differentiates it from the competition. The concierge team and leasing/management team are all personable/empathetic and do their best to maximize your living experience. The maintenance crew is responsive and extremely helpful. Work orders get resolved almost instantly. The common area is always spotless because of the hard work by the cleaning staff. Elevators are lightning fast and always functional. I've been in my fair share of high-rises and 465 had been the most memorable and worth every penny. All rooms get a city-view and floor-to-ceiling windows at a very reasonable price point. In-unit washer dryer, stainless steel appliances, and modern layout. You have a mix of different types of people here, ranging from families to young professionals. I'm extremely proud to consider this place home. Only feedback I had was around the washer/dryer package. Most dryers these days have a humidity/moisture sensory function but the ones in the studio/convertible units do not.

The building is located in Streeterville, close to Wholefood and Target. I enjoy walking to the Millennium Park, Navy pier and Magnificent Mile. I could see the Chicago Marathon from my apartment! The staffs are friendly and helpful. We can enjoy city view from the 38th floor. Gym, pool and study area are clean with wifi. I strongly recommend the place.

Just moved to chicago for school & living at 465 had made the experience exceptionally wonderful. Susan is so lovely & makes sure you feel warm & at home!!! The planned events are so much fun and a great way to meet new people, I am so happy I chose to live here & have no plan of moving out anytime soon!!!! The amenities are amazing, always kept clean, and very enjoyable to use. The gym has everything you need including a sauna, the rooftop pool has the most incredible view and the perfect way to spend your day, and there’s so much more. You are always greeted hello & goodbye from a friendly face… Most beautiful building (with some of the best views of the city I have to say!!!) and friendly team, I would recommend to anyone looking for a home in Streeterville.

I was there for a Valentine’s Day event in the lobby, and it was decorated beautifully and thoughtfully for the holiday by Susan and the staff. The lobby is spotless and you can tell they take great care of the building and its residents. Their team is very helpful and professional. While I am not a resident, the community was warm and friendly!

Mood equals "an experience"! I can truly say i appreciate touring this building! From the time you walked in, the smell, the ambience, and the staff were all top tier! Great location! Great amenities! The upkeep of the building was amazing! The neighborhood is nice and safe. If you are in search of a new apartment, I would definitely add this location as a must see!

I have been at 465 for 3 years. Susan and and her team throw amazing parties with great food, drinks and live music that encourage residents to mingle. There are also more intimate events like book club and movie night. Maurice is always responsive with any concern and welcomes me home with a big smile. Both Maurice and Julie have gone out of their way to help family who were visiting navigate through the building. The yoga classes on the sky deck make you feel like you are at a resort. The amenities are beautiful and well cared for. All of this creates a real community where it is a joy to live.

We’ve recently moved into 465 and words cannot express how great it is! The management team were so helpful during our move and all staff members go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The building has amazing amenities and beautiful views. I’ve lived in Streeterville for four years now and by far this has been the best. Kudos 465

465 N Park is a fantastic place to live! We've lived in many amenity buildings across the city and our 2+ years at 465 has been by far our favorite. The apartment units are wonderful - high quality, quiet, balconies, well maintained. The amenities are incredible - clean, spacious gym, amazing rooftop deck and pool, etc. Best of all, the staff are so so kind and helpful - they really make apartment living feel like home. Highly recommend living at 465!

I just moved in last week and so far it’s been a wonderful experience for me. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Susan is always there for you patiently kind, I had a wonderful tour with Vicente, and Alex has been always responsive and helpful. The whole residence and the amenities are just amazing. I would definitely recommend 465 N Park to everyone.

Wonderful building with great amenities in a super convenient location (and with amazing views). All the staff is amazing from maintenance to management. They organize regular events for residents, including themed parties with live music (the jazz band is terrific!), delicious food (the Italian-themed party last summer was great!), and always great attention to details. They also spoil us with hot cocoa in the morning during winter time, and plenty other sweet surprises throughout the year! I have been really pleased by all the unique features that this building has to offer. 5 stars!

The best place to live in Chicago! The building and amenities are spectacular, plus the best service from the front desk with Susan or Maurice that welcomes you warmly every time you arrive, to the maintenance team who are ready to help you any time. Located in Streeterville, having the perfect combination of the residential feeling plus having all the downtown beauty close by. I highly recommend this place!

Exceptional Staff! Every time I visit my sister, the building staff, including Susan, Maurice, and Alex, extends a warm welcome. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels at home, truly making them standout figures in the building. Furthermore, the building's maintenance is noteworthy. The premises are not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-maintained, ensuring a safe and enjoyable living environment.

We had the opportunity to stay in one of the Guest Suites at 465 N Park while visiting our daughter who lives in the building and had a wonderful experience! The suite was so clean, quiet and comfortable! We were staying with our grandson and having a dishwasher and bathtub were so helpful. And having a fridge stocked with essentials to start and end our day was the perfect touch. We would highly recommend this as an option due to the convenience, quality, and amazing staff. What an absolutely beautiful facility. The decor is pristine - stunning in every way. I can't believe how many amenities there are. The rooftop deck was amazing and provided the best seats in Chicago for the Navy Pier fireworks and the air and water show. We relaxed and luxuriated in the pool, hot tub and the pool deck. There were semi-private grills / eating areas where we shared a gourmet meal for 8. The view from our condo was impressive. And best of all, the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you Susan for ensuring our stay was absolutely perfect.

It's been nearly two months since we moved in, and I can't express how delighted we are with everything here. The location is fantastic, the staff goes above and beyond in their assistance, and the management team is truly exceptional. They address any concerns promptly and efficiently. The amenities here have exceeded our expectations, and the fact that they're available 24/7 is a huge plus. Even though Labor Day has passed, the pool remains open, and it's a great feature. The well-equipped gym is another standout feature of this place. We're thoroughly impressed!

Absolutely superb accommodations and staff! We stayed as guests at 465 Park Chicago and can confirmed wholeheartedly that 465 Park in Chicago is a high-end first rate lodging complex. What is also on par with their well documented 1st rate rating, and puts them over the top over other high end lodging stays is their staff——specifically the concierge named Susan Alexander, the best we’ve ever seen bar none! Welcoming, friendly, informative, helpful, resourceful and accommodating defines her. In fact, IMHO, Susan Alexander would be the reason we’d give a 465 Park Chicago a six-star rating if it was offered! Thanks 465 Park and staff for a wonderful experience!

I have lived at 465 North Park for the past 6 months and it has been overall a great experience. I have lived in numerous apartments and this apartment complex is by far superior. The building, amenities, location and team are all first class. The team of professionals at 465 North Park are what really makes the difference. They make your experience feel like you are truly part of a community and make it a priority to ensure your needs are met. Susan, Moe, Hopi and Ericka to name a few have all been responsive to my numerous request and are great examples of how fully engaged associates can make such a positive difference for their company and their tenants. Susan and Moe go “beyond” normal expectations to create a special environment in the building from the events they plan and host to taking care of parking, guest issues, meal deliveries, mail, special occasions etc… I highly recommend 465 North Park for those looking for a great location, wonderful amenities, sense of community and a world class service team of professionals that work there!

I have lived here for four months and I can’t be happier with my decision! The staff is amazing, making us feel like home, cared for and looked after. Every week they prepare different activities and treats that makes life in the building more interesting. They have an amazing gym and indoor pool, perfect for those winter days when you just want to read a book and relax. You guys are the best!

Susan, and the entire 465 North Park staff are phenomenal. The building is beautiful, the amenities are incredible, and we often spend time on the 38th floor rooftop lounge, which is especially fun in the summer with Navy Pier fireworks occurring on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We moved in a few months ago, and have taken advantage of the guest suite available for our friends/family to stay while visiting Chicago. The guest suite is impeccably decorated and well stocked! Our dog gets treats from the concierge team each time we walk by and he loves it! Maintenance staff are always quick to respond to any concerns, and all requests have been taken care of within a few hours. I’ve lived in several apartments throughout several cities and this has been by far my favorite building, and I will continue to recommend 465 to anyone moving to Chicago!

Living at 465 North Park has been an absolute pleasure. The staff (whether it's the front desk, leasing office, or maintenance) is wonderful and goes out of their way to make sure us residents feel at home. I look forward to saying hello to Susan, Maurice, and Julie each day as I go to work and come home; their bright smiles brighten up my day, too. The maintenance staff is very quick to answer any help needed and they deliver top-notch service. The leasing office has always been quick to respond to any questions I may have and also makes it very clear that they appreciate us tenants choosing to live here. Living at 465 is definitely a luxury and one I am grateful for every day. I always highly recommend 465 to anyone I know moving to or within the city, and recommend it to you, too!

The Ritz-Carlton on steroids. This place is perfect and if I could live here forever I would. Aside from the obvious of the place being beautiful, updated, clean, nice, etc. the staff were WONDERFUL. They completely elevated an already perfect living experience. From being greeted in the lobby by Susan and Mo (literally every time), to the younger male concierge (can’t remember his name) always running to hold the doors open for me, to Jamie bringing me chilled towels while I’m mid-workout, to Kenneth always being so helpful/responsive if we needed something in the middle of the night, to even several different maintenance workers constantly acknowledging me by asking about my day, my work, or even by just saying hello in the elevators or in passing—you can’t beat it. We had the smallest issue with our dryer once so we put in a maintenance request super late at night and the part was completely replaced and fixed by the next morning!! I was floored. The whole building is so well-maintained. The AC/heat worked great, we never once spotted even the smallest bug in our room, the sauna and hot tub were so clean, the grills always had propane, the workout room was always so tidy- everything in its place and they even have a fridge in it with freshly chilled scented towels. They also offer workout classes and frequently host various evening events for residents that are actually so fun! Sorry for the cheesy review, but nothing could have made my first year in Chicago any better. Thank you 465!

To my awesome extended 465 fam!! Sad to say goodbye, but thank you for making my 2-1/2 yrs amazing!!! Hopi- your the bestest! After living here for a year and just renewing my lease again I thought it was time to leave a review. From the day I toured this property after living in my previous building for 6 years I felt like it was home. The concierge staff (Susan, Maurice, Lucy) go above and beyond to make this building feel like home. Packages and deliveries are always handled professionally and the leasing office has been helpful also the few times I’ve had to interact with them since my move in. The property itself is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. The maintenance staff is extremely helpful if any issues do arise. I am looking forward to another year here at a place I finally feel like I can call home.
