It
was
a
very
disappointing
experience.
This
was
my
first
and
for
sure
last
time
at
this
place.
I
placed
my
order
online
and
headed
out
to
pick
it
up
a
few
minutes
after
receiving
my
email
confirmation.
When
I
arrived,
my
order
wasn't
ready,
but
Abigail,
the
lady
at
the
register,
said
it
was
coming.
There
was
a
different
order
under
the
same
name,
no
big
deal,
I
just
thought
mine
was
a
large
other
so
it's
going
to
take
longer.
Turns
out
their
online
ordering
system
was
down
and
they
weren't
even
aware
of
my
order.
The
very
nice
server
Paloma
wrote
my
order
down
and
took
it
the
kitchen
right
away.
I'm
not
sure
if
this
is
the
way
the
usually
prepare
things,
or
if
they
just
rushed
my
order,
but
not
one
item
looked
or
tasted
delicious.
On
top
of
the
fact
that
I
ended
up
missing
one
item.
This
was
an
upsetting
experience
overall,
and
not
one
time
did
any
of
the
employees
with
whom
I
interacted
apologized
for
the
online
order
mishap.
I
always
prefer
to
support
the
small
business
over
the
bigger
guys,
but
places
like
this
make
it
difficult.
