This is not the first time that I came to this place. I think that the food is delicious but on the other hand their customer service is terrible the Chinese people who own the restaurant the lady at the counter is very racist never shows any respect and my money is spent the same way as anyone else I think that in order to run an establishment the first thing you should have is customer service and there's is terrible and the way that they treat me when I greet them is very disrespectful someone should look over their safety department because I'm sure there are things that they will find that is not sanitary in this place

Affordable Chinese cuisine and comfy seating. They serve complimentary hot tea and while you order and give free ice cream and fortune cookies after the meal. The egg rolls are really good. They also had the best hot and sour soup from all I've tasted in the city so far. We had the crispy beef and general tso's chicken, then the chicken lo mein. The lo mein was a little bland for us. The entree's were good but we prefer a little more spice. Over all, very good restaurant! The service was good, the staff was nice & friendly. If there were any bad reviews about a certain server, well they must have not been around during our visit. We'll be back!

I had an excellent experience here all around. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I even accidentally tipped over my water glass and they were there in a flash cleaning it up and assuring me it was no problem! I also loved the food... I ordered sweet and sour chicken and my boyfriend had a beef dish. Both were excellent tasting and very filling. The rice also was very fluffy and perfectly cooked. We also shared a couple cocktails, which were tall, delicious, and really inexpensive. We will definitely be coming back!

Bad service, mediocre food. All of my favorite Chinese restaurants have pretty bad service, and I don't typically mind because they usually make up for it with great food. Wing Hoe did not make up for their bad service and rudeness on the phone. The fried rice was kind of bland and tasteless and the orange chicken wasn't saucy and sweet like I'm used to. Delivery time was alright and pricing was middle of the road with some decently large portions. I wouldn't order from them again nor would I recommend the restaurant to a friend.

I have lived a couple blocks away from this place for almost 11 years. My wife and I finally decided to give it a try. Most of the food was great. They also had amazing chicken fried rice. Their crab rangoon were horrible (stay away). The service was not bad, but nothing to special. I had to give it three stars because I would re-visit but it is your basic Chinese restaurant!

Underrated vintage Chinese gem - takes you back to the 1970s in decor and prices. Generous servings of greasy (in a good way) tummy-tingling meals, and fantastic tiki cocktails. Service is old school Chinese - efficient and curt. If you know all this going in, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been ordering delivery from here for years. Quick and easy phone order, delivered always in under an hour. Consistently tasty. Love the shrimp fried rice and the egg rolls are perfect. I’ve dined it twice and each time was a good experience. Fun drink menu and good service. Definitely recommend.

Wing How has been a part of my dining experience for the last 20 years. I enjoy their food. It's comfort food. Chicken with black bean sauce is yummy. They cook the egg roll with peanut oil. It gives it a distinct flavor. I really enjoy the vegetable soup. Another one of my favorites is the crispy beef. I could eat it all day. I also will let you know that they're vegetable soup is sublime. Such a great flavor with tons of tasty vegetables, a great vegetarian delight.

I love the food. Especially the appetizer for 2 (great portions), but customer service could be a lot better. Although I can't complain to much, because I drive over an hour to eat at the restaurant including bypassing China town. If you eat here my suggestion is to dine in = more food and more fresh. Plus not all waiters are rude.

I’ve been ordering here for a long time. Stick to the same order last 2 times had to toss the food out. Called tonight to complain as the chicken was almost black and so over cooked and same with the shrimp. The shrimp were so crunchy and overcooked. Both tasted like old oil. So for over $40 we were only able to salvage the rice. The woman who I spoke with said I made the wrong choices and the chicken should be dry and chewy. Oh and she said the shrimp was cooked how Americans like it? HUH? Never again never...I’m trying to support our local restaurants but not when they can’t cook fresh, change the oil, and insult me....DONE

Ordered takeout yesterday 9/19/20 and was disappointed. Did they change cooks? The food was very mushi. I ordered the shrimp with vegetables, emperors chicken, and the chicken fried rice was dry as hell. The only thing was good was the egg rolls. This was for my birthday. What happened???
