Okay so the smoothies seriously need improvement . The smoothies are pretty pricey. They werent even cold . I bought a banana nut smoothie with added protein and it was six dollars and it was not cold at all!!

I had a simple order of a Zen salad and an Oaxaca bowl. The food was fine, except that I wish they would slice the avocado more, just slapping the big piece of avocado in my bowl was not helpful. She said her Zen salad was fine. My biggest issue was how long it took for my order. I watched 4 people who ordered after me, to come and go rather quickly. Apparently they just forgot about me. I walked over to the counter and the person there got flustered and asked me what my order was again. I see that everyone else who got their order ahead of me had printed receipts. Where was mine, why did I have to reorder? So for making me wait and forgetting about me, guess what they did to make up for it? Absolutely nothing. I think he mumbled an apology.

I really want to love Freshii but they need to up their seasoning. Places like this are what make people think eating healthy is bland. I like to go here when I'm trying to eat healthier while still getting enough protein. I'm a sucker for anything with buffalo sauce so I usually get the buffalo chicken salad but it's always light on the sauce. Last time I went I ordered the Spicy Thai wrap and it wasn't spicy, at all. Those are two items that reflect very little about the first name of each item.

Prices are a little higher but the food is all natural. Some of their food I found a little bland while other stuff was really good. Great soup portions! They give you a giant container enough to satisfy you as a meal compared to other places that hand out soup in tiny 8oz cups for the same price.

Consistently jag my order. Today they gave 1/2 the amount that's usually in the bowl. Maybe had 4 cranberries. Forgot the cheese. I'm used to telling them that they missed an ingredient. Which is sad but not terrible. However I don't have time to beg for more of everything just so my portion is like everyone else's. Done with this place.

As a healthy fast food alternative, this is a good place. A good mix of wraps/salad combos along with burrito options. Not to mention drinks (smoothies and juices) as well. But take note, the busier they get the slower they get. Its a new place so depending on time of day, it appears they are not used to being busy - just plan accordingly.

This place is not sanitary. The person who made my burrito handled my burrito moments after handling a roll of tape and other non food items using the same gloves. I think they need to adhere to better sanitation standards.

If you want to stand around for 20 mins waiting for them to take your order when youre first in line then this is your place! Terrible customer service and super slow even when the place is empty. Maybe that is why it is always empty. It also takes another 15 minutes for them to make the food. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. But dont go to this location they do not care about their customers or have a sense of urgency. Once the lady finally took my order she did not even say sorry for the long wait.

Got a burrito ant it is all soggy rice. The guy scooped the chicken he added to it and did not drain any of the juice from it. Makes for an incredibly bland soggy meal. Also confused why all ingredients were first placed into a plastic bag before being put into the burrito. Kinda compounded the soggy lack of taste experience.

I ordered the Bombay Bowl (noodles with spicy peanut sauce). The sauce was practically nonexistent, and the smidge they gave me was watered down. The noodles would have been dry, if not for the puddle of water in the bottom of my bowl. This was the blandest dish I've ever had. I will not eat there again.
