0 Stars!!! This place is terrible! Office staff are extremely rude, unhelpful, and give you a hard time. They only care about taking your money and do not care about you or your mental health at all! This place should go out of business!!! I don't know how they are able to still practice and stay licensed with the kind of "service" and "care" they provide. There is no service or care it is all for the money!!!!! God awful mental health clinic don't go here. Virtual appointments are even worse.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Doctors are pretty good here, but receptionists can be rude/unprofessional, but are mainly clueless and seem to not know what they are doing. Had my prescriptions stolen for the first time and I have been going to this office for almost 10 years. Called in explainined what happened the receptionist told me to get a police report and come in. Which I did by it ended up the doctor left 10 mins before I got there 40 minute drive to the office. They told me to come b ack Thursday at 2PM which I did. I get there and they only have one script ready instead of the 3. Their reason was because they thought I had just my prescription paper taken even though I explained it was filled prescription taken. Waited in the waiting room for an hour. I finally takes to them and said they could only get 2 of my of my scripts filled, because was one was supposedly written by a different doctor in the office. Again been there 10 years I only see 1 doctor so no other doctors have ever written me s Prescription. Then they charged me $75 to rewrite the script total scam. They need new staff and mangers in there. I will bring this up with my doctor next time. Because last time they changed me a crazy amount they shouldn’t of have my doctor got mad at them and made them take off the charge. Worst thing they wouldn’t let me talk to him for 2 mins so they should be ready to refund me next time I’m there because I know my doctor i’ve seen for 10 years wouldn’t charge me $75 for a signature from him. Office people are scammers, but good doctors.

I dont know how a medical establishment can get more rude and ineffective. She hung up on me when I asked for her manager. She wouldn't give me a last name and tried to give me a one off unrelated email address to nowhere. All I want is medical records to continue care elsewhere. They're charging by the page plus $35. Fine. Today she says it will take three weeks as if continuing my care doesn't matter. Terrible, terrible organization.

In order for my son to get out of inpatient hospitalization, had to come up quick with a follow up psychiatrist. Quick ended up being a month and a half after discharge. When we walked in he was told copay 236$ and he is covered under me and I have very good insurance. Right of way, scam. Everyones insurance different, how did she know what my insurance covered or did not???? Made him take a urine test, drugs not the problem! And will likely get charged for that too. In ten minutes the "doctor " asked him if he should change dose. That's how long the appointment lasted. By the way, they give a 30 day supply of meds so they have it worked out you have to go in every month to see the "doctor" for refill and that's about a 160$ copay each time. Don't go here

I have been coming to behavioral healthcare associates for over three years. First off want to say Mala has been exceptional in all her efforts any time something comes up or any issues with prescriptions or scheduling. She goes out of her way to make sure the patient is taken care of and happy in a timely, sufficient manner. John santos is my psychiatrist and he knows so much about everything not only medicines but actually cares how your life is going and wants to make sure you are given the correct medicine the corresponds with your disorder or illness. They care about you not only as a patient but treats you as if you were their own family . Going out of their way to make sure patients are taken care of and your scheduling meets you busy life needs. Can’t thank them enough superb job behavioral healthcare associates keep up the great work!

Don't waste your time, there are no real doctors there just people that waste your time and scam you of your money. They don't care about your health just making money. I was a patient here when they actually had doctors and it was fine but now its just a scheme to make money with nurse practitioners referring you to other doctors to get diagnosed and then return to them and pay them again to get a prescription. The nurse practitioner that i had a virtual visit with was nice but referred me to Dr. Beth Elia, who took three days to return my call to tell me it would be a two month process to get this diagnosis and then tells me that i would have to pay her out of pocket to get the report. Then she proceeded to tell me that she can expedite it to one month if i paypal her the money directly 350 for the report and appointment. If this doesn't scream scam then i don't know what does. Tried to get my money back but was told by the rude front desk lady that they did their jobs. Protect yourself and your money avoid and report this place for bad business practices. Also just wanted to add that they didn't have my previous records even though id been there dozens of times for the exact same thing make you wonder what kind of illegal practice they are running.

This is one of the worst medical practices I've ever been involved with. The person who answers the phone is the rudest person I've ever spoken with. This place needs to be shut down. It states its for Behavioral Mental health care. Trust me when I tell you that you will Really need extensive mental health care after dealing with these people especially Mali. Zero stars given.

Terrible staff terrible doctors you can see it from their other reviews they don’t care about their patients just care about money will lie to you about a drug test that at most cost them $20 and then charge you $400 because your insurance won’t cover it. It’s a basic pee in cup cheap test then if you don’t pay the ridiculous $400 charge you can’t see your doctor or get your medicine just a straight scam. Terrible office manager Michael is a real piece of work don’t go here unless you want to be scammed

Avoid at all costs!! Unprofessional and unethical staff. They make you feel like you're seeking hardcore drugs from the start. More than once they wouldn't send in an emergency refill for my anxiety and depression medication (not a controlled substance) without a follow up appointment, which is understandable but their schedules were too full, so they let me go over a week without meds. My first appointment was barely about what I was there for, and instead I was lectured and threatened with being dropped as a patient if I was ever caught selling my Adderall, even though I have no history with drug abuse or selling drugs. They make you pay almost $100 for a drug test that could be done for like $10. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The office lady Liz is vindictive and rude. This place used to have a dr that I loved but she left. They all leave frequently. This is the worst place out there. Just look at their reviews and it'll add up.

I hate the staff here but love the doctor I see. They are rude and have no compassion for others. After my phone acting up for telehealth visit paid a copay and she tells me we tried calling you and now $75 for missed appointment. You can eat the $75 and I will take my insurance elsewhere and see something some one else. I don’t like using the word hate but I definitely hate the front desk staff.

Wow, I give one star because the doctor is phenomenal. However the office staff is rude, unknowledgeable, unkind and unwilling to do their job. Never have I had such an experience with such rude office staff in my life.

I've been coming here for over a decade and I've had good 1 good psychiatrist and he was helpful and two that were bad. The front desk and office managers are awful, rude, and completely unprofessional. Associates in Behavioral is being run no longer by a team of Medical Doctors to just one nurse practicioner. I would not recommend this to anyone who needs true patient care and the key word is "monitoring of care." You'll get maybe a 10 minute online zoom health visit and that's about all you'll get. Be safe and think hard about your own physical, emotional, and mental wellness.

I can’t give this practice any stars honestly they just want money. I went to the psychiatrist here in 2019 and they are STILL chasing me down for a nonexistent debt. In 2019 they immediately contacted me about this “debt”, so we contacted our insurance and they gave us proof that it was paid for. Who we contacted the psychiatrist with that proof and they initially apologized for the mixup but then continued to send mail about this “debt” that I owe. Mind you they now have debt collectors calling me for a debt from 4 years ago that was not even in my name because I was a minor at the time. Do not go to this psychiatry practice!!
