Great selection of equipment and good layout but the gym is very dirty and not well kept. They always run out of towels on the weekend for cleaning the equipment. I also wish they would play better music that isn't old rock

Decent gym but the floors bathrooms weights equipment have a filth film. I feel the workers need to clean the gym or the owners for that matter or hire a weekly cleaning service. Please clean your gym, the moment people step inside your gym it should smell clean.

While this gym boasts a comprehensive selection of machines, the persistent cleanliness problems, especially in the bathrooms and showers, are a notable drawback. I'm certain that the showers have gone without cleaning for a minimum of two weeks.

What would make this place amazing is updated treadmills and PLEASE PUT IN A SAUNA OR STEAM ROOM!

In my personal opinion it's a better than the new Lenox location. That being said both locations have pretty decent equipment and are both well maintained.

ReClaim taking over this gym is the best thing to happen to it. The space is freshly remodeled with nice paint colors and a better layout. Great variety of equipment (both cardio and weights). Nice class selection. It’s super clean. The new owners really care about their business and it shows. Few gyms offer a monthly rate so cheap and actually offer a lot. Highly recommend!

Staff are amazing, very helpful and willing to assist you on your workouts. Place is consistently cleaned, and they even offer cleaning bottles and rags to clean even further. I recommend. I’ve had many personal interaction with Jordan and he’s absolutely amazing.

Reclaim is nice quaint gym with a strong sense of community. In my brief time so far as a member everyone has been very friendly and accepting. Its a place where everyone seems to know everyone and gets along well. There is a great variety of machines and even at peak hours I have never felt hindered in my workout. The place is also very clean. I can only speak to the mens locker rooms but it is a well maintained facility with a very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this place and look forward to working on my fitness goals with reclaim.

Amazing gym with great equipment. Management does a great job of trying to keep equipment clean and sanitary. If a machine is down for repair, has a pretty quick turnaround which is awesome. Employees are really nice and honest. Takes the hassle of a pushy salesman like how LA Fitness or Xsport does. Everything you'd ever need is here

ReClaim Fitness is fantastic- incredible equipment, various machines and free weights, even an ab room. It is also very clean, you never have to worry about germs. Not to mention the energetic and contagious atmosphere perfect for achieving your fitness goals.

A great, clean gym to work out at with some friendly people. People are easy to talk to and the staff is great. Equipment is solid condition. Jordan is a good dude and always there to greet ya with a smile.

I’ve seen/trained at most local gyms. I have a membership that allows me to go to almost any gym/ chain in the nearby area. Despite that, this is where I will train 99% of the time. Fully stocked, professional employees, everything you need for generalized health based workouts, bodybuilding, even functional fitness (sleds, ropes, heavy bag, etc). It might not look as fancy as some of the bigger name clubs around, but I don’t go there for the aesthetics of the place (though it is always clean and pleasant)........ You’re not going to find better value at the price point that has everything they offer.

This gym is a steal for 15$ a month! Beautiful and so clean. I love the lighting and high end feel. Machines are clean and never out of order. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a ton of diverse classes at different times too. Reclaim is my 2nd gym because it's a bit of a drive...but wish it was closer! (Please open a location in la grange! 🙏).

I can use chalk, straps, wraps as long as I respectfully clean up after a working set :) Better atmosphere, better lighting, not as packed as January 1st... thank god. I had the opportunity to drop in on a couple of Re|Claim Fitness of Mokena's classes. The instructors and other students were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to check out the sport or searching for high-quality training.

I can honestly say this gym not only teaches you proper techniques, but EVERY trainer there will take time out of their day to help you with an issue to get you back on track. Best gym around for its price. Very affordable and great staff. They have a variety of machines to enhance your strength and cardio. On top of that, they have all the free weights you need. Would definitely reccommend.

Nice and clean, friendly professional staff

The club has everything you need and the equipment is in good shape. Good place to work out. The only issue I have is when trying to cancel (my office moved and I no longer am near the area). You cannot do this on line, you cannot do this via phone. They want you to come in, a two hour trip for me. So the solution is to write a letter, really.

I absolutely LOVE this gym! The employees are super friendly, it's a great atmosphere and cleaned often. Every time I come in I'm able to use whichever machine I need without having to wait for it. The woman's locker room always has toilet paper stocked, showers are clean and you can tell it is kept up with! I will highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place like this! Keep up the great work!

Very nice gym with very nice people. I feel 100% safe in this gym and it’s very clean. I’ve been to a couple of other gyms and this one is definitely is my personal favorite and is very well kept together and sanitized.

The staff is super friendly and outgoing. The building is always clean. Problems are resolved quickly. Feels more like home than a gym to be honest! Would recommend Reclaim of Mokena to anyone looking to meet new people and get a great workout in at a wonderful location.

Gnarly gym reclaim fitness is. Especially great for people who just want to get in, lift their weights or do their cardio, and get out. I love it here and consider it a second home. I have been a member since the beginning of the year. This place is awesome! The employees are very helpful and courteous. The facility itself is always neat and clean. Great gym. Great equipment for functional training. Ryan is a great trainer. Whether you are a novice in the gym or training for something specific, Ryan really knows his stuff. He is creative in finding new workouts to push you as well as even work with things like injuries to help stabilize those areas and build strength. I highly recommend Ryan.

Their enclosed/private workout rooms do not have any mirrors or a rack to hold floor mats. Would be nice to be able to see your form as you workout in private rooms and not have to carry extra equipment to and from the main area to the room ex floor mats, medicine balls ect.

Super clean gym, friendly staff, great equipment. This is one my favorite gyms in the suburbs without a doubt.

I was a member of Charter Fitness for several years having opted for the 'Signature Circle' membership plan when signing up, meaning that I would have access to all Charter Fitness locations. About one week prior to leaving this review, the staff at the Olympia Fields location advised that they were unable to find me in their system. After having my workout delayed by about fifteen minutes and providing all relevant information, I was advised that they would look further into the issue. Following my workout, I checked my bank account to see that I was, in fact, being charged for my membership, but now by Reclaim Fitness. On the date of this review, I scanned in and after changing out, I was approached by two employees who stated that I would not be permitted to work out and that I would have to coordinate with ABC Financial to resolve the issue with my membership. I gathered my belongings and while sitting in the parking lot and on the phone with ABC Financial, Pat Siemsen (a retired Homewood Police Department employee) and a Charter Fitness employee, walked outside to where I was parked and without saying anything, turned around and walked back into the gym. Minutes later, three Olympia Fields Police Officers arrive and tell me that "somebody had called me in as a suspicious vehicle". The representative from ABC Financial advised that Reclaim Fitness had absorbed my account and that I was no longer a member of Charter Fitness, stating that the Mokena Reclaim was now my home club. I had no knowledge of this transition nor was my consent provided to switch clubs. On a side note, it is worth mentioning that the Olympia Fields Charter Fitness is filthy with equipment being used well past it's life expectancy- knobs on the benches are missing, spring grips for barbells are warped, padding is ripped and covered in grime, pins for weight stacks are either bent or missing, and there is an extremely thick layer of dust on all horizontal surfaces near the ceiling (sprinkler pipes, rafters, etc.).

Love the updated look! Tons of classes and the trainers are awesome! Luke is the best!!!! Absolutely worth the price!

I absolutely love this gym! The gym has a wide variety of machines to choose from. The staff is always so friendly. It is always clean, and well taken care of. I attend the HIIT class called Apogee that is located inside, and find it to be the best workout! Not only do I enjoy the workout class, I have met some great friends here too.

I have been going here since it was Charter. I’ve run other gyms and still continues to go here. You can’t bear the 24/7 access. The staff from top to bottom listens to suggestions, problems, and work to get them resolved smoothly! You can often find the owner, Dan cleaning between his classes, not just passing it off to his staff. Jordan does an amazing job cleaning. If you’re starting out or know the ropes, there’s stuff for every level. Members are always helping each other out to reach their goals together !
