Amazing stay at Sentral Michigan Ave! The amenities are modern and beautiful. We loved using the fitness center, indoor garden with pool during our stay. Our unit was modern with some of the best views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline. Very friendly staff and great location. When we travel to Chicago, we will stay at Sentral.

I hate it when I go to a place like Sentral Michigan Avenue and my experience is one of the best I could have had, and then I have to tell everyone how great it was. I cannot believe I was lucky enough to find such a quality place, with the best staff out there. The employee's were all 5 Star and very cordial helping my wife and me whenever we asked, I was truly impressed that they all lived up to the prior reviews and exceeded my expectation's. The view from our room was spectacular, Lake Michigan sunrises are wonderful. The apartment was spacious, and had the right amount of extras. I hope to return and enjoy a longer stay in such a beautiful place. Thank you especially to all the wonderful staff!!!

My fiancé and I had a great 2month stay here! The room was spacious and modern, the gym had good equipment, there are plenty of community activities and in a great location. Thanks to Joshua and the rest of the Sentral team for your help!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Accommodated every request and question we had. Great room layouts with lots of space to spread out. The pool and indoor patio area was AMAZING. Really well appointed and designed. Outdoor hot tub had a great view of grant park. Game room was fun for our kids.

Loved the hotel, excellent location with walking distance to the lakeside and river walks, close to the attractions with no need to drive or ride any vehicle. Clean and spacious apartment with modern furniture and equipments. Lovely staff, fantastic gym, free morning coffee at the reception and superb lake view. Very high speed WiFi signals, very safe area.

The experience was great! The hotel was near everything, so it was all very easily accessible. The rooms may have been 4/5, but they are exactly what you might need to stay and go out and explore the city. Joy was also of great assistance. She was very welcoming and made sure everything was clear. You need to be close to everything in the city? This hotel will do the job at a great price too.

Sentral was absolutely beautiful. The pool area had such a bright/peaceful/calm vibe. Our room was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a full kitchen and decorated so nicely. We loved having the extra space. It is in a great location if you want to walk to the field museum or the Shedd. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, great location, amazing views, and lots of room for families! We had such an amazing stay. The views of the city and lake from all the windows in the apartment are so amazing, especially at night. Our family of 4 felt immediately at home and our kids loved the gorgeous pool area and rooftop hot tub overlooking the sparkling lights of the city! We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 in the 1 bedroom apartment. A few things to know: the rooms come with plates, bowls, utensils, a few pots and pans, small vacuum and even some appliances. Ours had a blender (we did not try it), coffee machine and even an electric kettle (but it didn't work). The place had floor to ceiling windows that offered great views, but the shades allowed tons of light in during the morning. Do not expect to be able to black out the room with the shades. The place is an easy walk to the Museum campus or other locations in Chicago. The best part of our experience was the residents there. They were very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

I lived here for almost a year and I love it. The building has a great gym and great pool area. The staff is very nice and professional all the time and they have some kind of event for residents every month. The building is clean and very accessible for dog owners like myself. And the proximity to the Grand park with the views is amazing. I’m glad I chose Sentral!

Joshua and the entire team at Sentral were amazing! My family stayed here recently for my sister's graduation. Joshua and the entire team were very accommodating to me and my family. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views in the room are out of this world. I also thought the location was very convenient. Next time you are in Chicago give this place a try, you will not regret it.

We stayed here for just over two months. We had an extremely pleasant stay, even though we had to leave, we liked it so much that we booked accommodation at one of their other Sentral locations for the next two months. The building looks brand new on the inside, it smells nice, the location is awesome and the amenities were the best we've had in any building we've stayed at. Hot tub, pool, large relaxing area with awesome views of Grant Park and Lake Michigan. Massive gym, pool table, ping pong, entertainment area, outside bicycles and overall just nice and modern. Our unit was on one of the corners in the back, much larger than we thought, lots of light and we could still see Lake Michigan. You are close to everything here and the staff were super nice. On top of this, I forgot my wedding ring there when we left. We called one of the managers and he very quickly helped me get it back. So grateful. It was a great stay and we miss it already! We can highly recommend staying at Sentral.

i chose to stay at Sentral Michigan Ave while i was in chicago for 2 nights. my 1 bedroom apartment was very clean, and stocked with necessary items like dishes, laundry detergent, etc. there wasn’t much noise at all from surrounding neighbors. Joshua at the front desk was always helpful, especially when i decided to extend my stay. it is in a very convenient, central location.

Stayed in a nicely-appointed 2-bedroom suite, everything worked (no problems w/broken equipment or other disrepair), would recommend & visit again. Guys at the front desk were nice, helpful. Note: is a hybrid business model with a unique feel - part hotel, part extended-stay property, part corporate-owned VRBO, part high-end apartment complex. Has mailboxes in case you're staying longer -- no food available in lobby but plenty of restaurants within 1-5 minutes walking distance. Small grocery store within a block, parking situation unknown (in case you want to keep a car with you).

absolutely amazing! i’ve stayed at all sorts of places around the city, and this is by far the best. WAY better than a hotel. the rooms are spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you could need (dishes + dishwasher, coffee, water, laundry machines + detergent, iron + ironing board, vacuum, broom, hangers, etc.) and the amenities of the building are so nice!

I’ll begin with saying that the location of this building is ideal if you are visiting Chicago! It is within walking distance of anything you’d need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are beautiful, gym has everything and its open 24 hours. The building is also very clean. Can’t wait for the next time to stay here!

The hotel was amazing. We celebrated my Fiancee 40th birthday and the views were magnificent. They had an outside hot tub and pool that was not busy at all. So we spend a great time enjoying the amenities. The garden on the 7th floor was beautiful and Zen! and I had the best sleep. Will definitely come again. I was on the 20th floor in a corner apt. Local bars open and just walking distance to Millennium Park. Recommend!

We stayed four nights in a premium apartment and the building is very nice, but we had some concerns about the conditions of the furniture. The management took it seriously, which we very much appreciated. Overall, the building has a lot of nice amenities and it’s modern and new.

Stayed here on a business trip with a colleague. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was perfect. Lots of room and lots of privacy. The large windows allowed us to take in the beautiful view of the city. The amenities like the gym, hot tub, infinity pool and game room were top notch. Location was great. I wish we had more time to spend there. Highly recommended.

This place was terrific for my 2-day business trip - so glad I found it. Had a "studio" but it was bigger than an average hotel room and super-well-equipped: full kitchen, washer/dryer, iron, etc. Common space is outstanding - large airy atrium with one-lane pool and hot tub, lots of outdoor space and lounging chairs, full commercial kitchen and outdoor grill for guest use, ping-pong and arcade games. The whole place is spotless - staff are constantly cleaning up. No one at checkin but you can email the staff and they respond IMMEDIATELY. I'm super impressed with this place, hope to have occasion to stay again.

Sentral and the team lived up to our expectations and then some. My son asked when booking, having looked at the pictures if this was too good to be true. And I’m so glad that it wasn’t. From arrival to departure everyone working here was accommodating and pleasant. I dealt with Joy, Joshua and others (sorry I can’t remember your names). The games and gym had everything we needed. We had amazing views of the lake from our rooms. The welcome pack was enough for our week long stay for washing and cleaning with enough towels and toiletries. The location is quite central to the main attractions and generally quiet. Do check about events in the nearby parks when booking. I had made some special requests before checkout and this was dealt with promptly and with compassion. If I visit again, I’ll surely be heading here.

I've lived here for 2 years now and have loved every minute of it! The location is amazing. Apartments are beautiful with incredible views. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Building is kept clean and in good repair. I really have nothing negative to say! The free guided fitness classes are a huge perk on top of all their other amenities.

Absolutely fantastic place- great amenities and common areas. Loved the fitness center - all the accoutrements one could ask for- and the hot tub and pool plus lounge areas were very nice. Room was sparkling clean. As a one-night guest, we still appreciated the in room laundry and dryer, coffee station, and extra pullout bed, even a dishwasher and fridge. 100% coming back here and to their other cities

Wonderful building and amenities. Fantastic views of the city and Lake. We stayed for a week at Thanksgiving. We were able to walk to see the Christmas tree, ice skating and parade and then back to the apartment for dinner! The floor we were on was also quiet. Would not hesitate to recommend!

We stayed at Sentral for 2 years and absolutely loved our time here. The building is beautiful, clean, pet-friendly, and well-managed. We had a spectacular view of the lake, the Bean, the downtown area, Buckingham Fountain, and Grant Park. The staff is very warm and friendly and a special shout-out to Volkan for being exceptionally helpful whenever we needed anything! We would love to return to the building if we move back to Chicago.

There aren’t enough adjectives to describe my 6 night stay at Sentral. From the empathetic and excellent Sentral associates, the relaxing aroma of white tea when you come through the doors, the amazing amenities, to the apartment itself, I truly never wanted to leave. I am a wheelchair user, and my unit was so easy for me to get around in (except the apartment entrance threshold for a manual wheelchair user.) I felt so fortunate that I chose Sentral! I’d make it my permanent home!

This property is amazing! I have never been so welcomed and comfortable during a stay. I only stayed a few nights and but felt so at home, the staff and amenities are more like a spa than anything. Also the views are amazing! Please don’t pass over the property to stay for one night or or for a month. You for sure will not be disappointed! These Apartment style rooms allow you to live like a local in a highly sought after area.

My husband and I stayed here during our recent anniversary in July and everything was amazing. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate us and left us the sweetest anniversary card and treats. The place was clean and so chic! The amenities were top tier also. The pool room is absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be visiting again.

Incredibly amazing, this really made my Chicago trip that much more special- The check-in process was very simple and quick, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the state of the building was immaculate. Really high in quality and just well made. The unit itself was fantastic. The one bedroom unit was incredibly spacious, with the unit having such an incredible view… the unit also came fully decked out. There was a washing machine + drier (which saved me at the last minute), dishes and kitchenware, detergent and a sponge, and coffee packets for the coffee machine. I literally opened every drawer and found something in almost every one. The bedroom had a slightly stiff bed, but that was ideal for me. The room also just had a really calm ambiance. Waking up to the city skyline while in that calm space was an experience I’ll never forget. Whenever I’m in Chicago again, I’d definitely stay at Sentral again!

This is a better experience than a hotel in the following ways: Gym was better than any hotel gym I have ever stayed at. Free weights, machines , and cardio equipment was all top of the line. The unit was stocked with everything you need( cooking utensils, washing machine, and full kitchen) yet still spacious and quiet. The pool and spa were magnificent and the entire place was clean and welcoming.

This was an amazing place: I had a modern, clean, comfortable apartment with a great view of the lake. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major museums, the symphony, shops, restaurants. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend it!

My two teenage daughters and I loved the pool and the views!! Super safe building, very accommodating. Also, there's is cheap parking at 835 S. Wabash. Print out your pass and place it in the window.
