I really like this Marshalls, they have good products and it's reasonably priced. I was also really happy they had Korean products!!

To me Marshalls is a mood store. Meaning I was bored and I've already been to my favorite stores recently and this place was just something to do. Not a great shopping place BUT not bad either depending on what you come across that day.

I found purchase a wallet and gym shoes at a very good price.

Nice store with a variety to choose from. The Men's section has moved to a small spot in the center of the store and has very reduced men's merchandise. Not at all much to choose from for men's clothing.

Man I love this place I love this place almost as much as I love Walmart I'm coming there I just take my time I bring my little JBL clip for and I play a little music while I shop

It has been a couple years since I have visited this Marshall's in Matteson. I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely cleaner than my last visit. Shelf aisles have been widened making it easier to have room to move and navigate around other shoppers. The selection is good but I didn't find many shoes in larger woman sizes the day I shopped. Huge selection of hair and skin products. I love clearance racks and the selection did not disappoint! Be careful though, sometimes the racks were a little crowded but don't shy away, lots of gems here. The cashier was friendly and efficient. If you're in the mood to take your time to wander and browse, stop in this Marshall's.

The store is nice, they just only had 2 lines opened and there was a lot of people waiting to check out they finally called someone else after I was finishing up my transaction

Worst customer service . I spend over 200.00 and they didn’t even had a big plastic bag for my boots. Also the lady at the cash register didn’t know ant to help me look in the computer for my rewards cards.

Good discount store, great variety on name brands without blowing the budget. Recently the store was reconfigured, aisles seem wider better organized and well stocked. Friendly staff for the most part, although I know one or two less helpful people to avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Place is nasty and no one cleans around here. This is just the bathroom. They left the storage room open and we're smoking in the back

Overflowing with merchandise,like to community garage sale;others voiced the same thing at this location. March saw much improvement, revamp. I enjoyed the visit and cashiers.

I’ve been shopping at this Marshalls since the early 80s and it’s still doesn’t disappoint.

The bathroom was flithy and smelled horrible. I spoke to the manager nnamed Jen and got the run around. No apology whatsoever. I will NEVER spend my money in there again. People spend their hard earned money in a store where Jen could care less about its cleanliness. My suggestion: shop somewhere else.

Patrice and Julian were so pleasant and helpful. They made sure I found everything I needed and also helped me to my car with my larger items. Excellent customer service.

Not sure what's changed in this one, but their selection and quality have definitely improved. I felt that deserved an update. The housewares were also in abundance. Nicely stocked at low prices. I definitely still prefer this store to Ross. You've earned yourselves another star Marshalls.
