Just WISH I lived closer! I had gone there with my dad years ago and to a wedding in the Chapel and was awed back then. I was in the area and with the weather perfect I stopped. The gift shop is lovely with all the handmade items. Had to get something of course! The people there are very kind and directed me to the Labrynth which I walked and meditated. Beautiful place to enjoy or clear your head. Next time I'd like to visit the farm!

Words cannot describe what this place gave to me. Spent six months here in 2008 in the Pathway to Sobriety program and it saved my life. Dave Sanders and family are true givers. They give a safe haven to Addicts and ask nothing in return but hard work and dedication. The center in Palos Park is what all of America should be and hopefully someday will be. Of all the places I’ve ever been in my life there’s never been anywhere I am prouder to say I stepped foot on than the center in Palos Park.

Perfect place to reflect, breathe, and meditate. Great for meetings and their gift shop is awesome with one of a kind gifts. Lovely walking paths. Great place for serenity.

A spiritual journey for sure. Nice chapel for weddings. Have photographed many weddings at Wayside Chapel.

Felt discrimated by this place from the moment I walked in. I wanted to come as I noticed it stated meditation on their website. When I told them I was spiritual, the person working became insulting and rude towards me, and asked me to leave. Disgusting. I wouldn't treat anyone like that despite their religion.

First time I went to a concert on the farm. Had such a wonderful time with new friends. Hope there's more!

As a teacher, I've been taking my class to this farm for about 15 years. It's a great, working farm. No frills. A Guide, provides a tour and instruction as we go around the farm interacting with the various animals. Our tour ends with a tractor hayride for the children to pick a pumpkin. They have a pavillion for eating lunch. There is a store, classes and fall festivities to enjoy.

Absolutely love this place I feel very spiritual when I'm out there in nature and the grounds are always well maintained

Exquisite space surrounded by nature! Hosts weddings, AA Meetings & Alanon Meetings. The Children's Farm is right across the street and the Addict's in Recovery Live in the Center's cabins for FREE in exchange for their worrk on the Center's property & the Farm 😇🙏

A bit of a strange vibe. Really could not put my finger on it.

I got married at this place 29 years ago. They are still very hospitable and respectable employees there. We go there every year to renew our vows and have a dinner together with other couples that got married at the same place.

I have been going to yoga classes at the Center since last July. I enjoy the instructors as well as fellow yogis. And having yoga in the Forest room is the best.

CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH about this place!! My son and now my grandsons have been to the summer overnight camp for several years now (in total) and it is an experience they will never forget. My now 20 year old son says that for him, attending summer camp at The Center was a life changer (in the best way)! Love love love this camp.

Attended a luncheon and music program. It was a wonderful experience. The food was great. Mark Dvorak, the singer is always a treat. This was my first visit to The Center. I will return.

This place is amazing. Great location, love the animals, and it is a working farm. They have hayrides, in the fall pumpkins to pick and buy, and lots of animals you can pet, and brush. My daughter is 10 years old and we have gone there since she was a baby.

Came here on the weekend for pumpkin time. family had a good time. Animals and staff were so friendly. 3 year old painted his pumpkin and had a good time. Parking was hard to find at first but overall still good experience.

Love The Center and visiting it. Everyone is so nice and it’s always a good time!
