    Love the sales staff at this location. I have a yearly tradition since my niece turned 5. We take her to lunch or dinner on her birthday. I then take her to Tiffany and she picks out a charm every year to add to her bracelet I gave her on her kindergarten graduation! I am so pleased how the staff always cater to her and focus on making her day even more special.

    Bought a 750$ necklace today and i feel like the guy was suspicious of me? I came in to pick up my TWO tiffany bracelets from cleaning and was in a rush. I had to go to dinner and i just finished my first week of work and decided quickly to treat myself. I’ve known that i’ve wanted the necklace forever. I didn’t want to talk myself out of it again so i was in a rush. I asked the dark haired man with glasses to try on the necklace and i quickly said i’ll take it. BECAUSE I WAS IN A RUSH he seemed super suspicious of me as if i didn’t just pick up and drop off several items from tiffany for cleaning. they have my account and name. i told him to just put it into a little pouch and didn’t need to box it up. He looked at me like i was crazy. He kept on asking me over and over if i wanted a bag, then kept asking if i wanted to wear it out. No, i just wanted it in the pouch like i stated several times. He said i seemed like i was in a rush and asked why. I informed him of my dinner plans and he asked me where i was going… so uncomfortable you could tell he was sketched out for NO reason whatsoever. He saw that i had tiffany jewelry on. i’ve been going to this store for 13 years. he was acting strange so i said “don’t worry, it won’t be getting returned” and he just didn’t even acknowledge it. not even a “oh yeah i understand”. The whole interaction was weird and uncomfortable when all i wanted to do was get my things and get to my dinner reservation. i regret purchasing the necklace with this guy and honestly he gave me some really bad anxiety. i felt like he thought i was scamming the store and that’s not the case at all..really disheartening and i don’t think i’ll be purchasing here again.

    Went to have a charm put on my Wifes bracelet and had to wait for customer service for half an hour. For the prices they charge it should have been faster. On top of that it's a 2 to 3 week turnaround to receive your jewelry back.

    I have been shopping at this store for about 20 years. I have spent thousands of dollars at Tiffany’s in my lifetime…no more. Customer service is terrible and Julie Butler was insulting and demeaning. They gave me advice to have the backs of my Elsa Peritti diamond earrings updated to a new design “free of charge” in 2018. They changed the backs of three platinum diamond earrings. The new backs were so inferior they broke within two years. My earrings were falling out and I’ve been afraid to wear them the last two years. To replace the backs to the original design will cost 750.00 for all three pairs!! But it wasn’t even my idea to have them changed…it was theirs! Now they want me to pay 750.00 to fix their mistake…unbelievable! And I’m being insulted by Julie Butler, Operations Coordinator and treated not like a loyal customer who used to sing praises of Tiffany’s but to a customer who will not step foot again in the Oak Brook store. The way o was treated was simply unacceptable. I loved those earrings and they ruined them and are not taking responsibility for it. Scam??? Maybe… Also wanted to add that they replied for me to contact Tiffany’s customer service to address this problem but they never answered my email they requested. So it appears on Google they are fixing their problems but in actuality they are not.

    My fiancé need her necklace chain to replaced. It was taken in on 6/30. I was emailed and told it should be ready no later than 7/25. I decided to call the store directly on 8/1 for an update and was unable to get an answer. I then decided to call Tiffany Client Services who proceeded to tell me that the repair was completed and the necklace had been at the store since 7/20. I did receive any calls or emails from to alert me. If hadn’t been me calling the client services I probably would never had gotten the necklace back. Next time I will spend my money at Kay’s or Jared’s where I have had better customer service in past.

    Wonderful experience every-time my gorgeous wife and I walked in here!! We have a beautiful story on how we found the most precious and beautiful natural sapphire ring!!!! And it wouldn’t be possible by Aga Padlo! She’s simply the best!!! Tiffany’s you have an amazing person working for you!

    I always had a great experience with the sales staff, I purchased quite a few items that they alway remember me and my family when we walk in, very nice. The reason why I will not be doing any more purchases at Tiffany in Oakbrook is because of management (Kurt) and service. My last purchase was an engagement ring and wedding bands for my wife and I, in less than a year a Diamond fell off my wife’s wedding band. I took the ring into service for repair, Kurt the manager was supposed to reach out to me for the status of the repair, he never did. Why wife called and she was told there was going to be a fee for the repair, I would understand if the ring was several years old but it was only 9months and I paid close to $20,000 on the rings not even a 1year warranty. Basically whatever you buy if it falls apart as soon as you walk out the store it’s your problem. I felt cheated, I felt like I bought something out of the barging bin at Walmart. They didn’t even give me a straight answer on why the Diamond fell off, first I was told it was a bent prog but there was no physical damage on the ring then I was told dirt pushed the Diamond out witch sounds ridiculous. I called today to check on the status of the repair and the repair was done and arrived at the store a few days ago, I asked if they contact customers when their repairs are ready to be picked up. They said yes the manager Kurt was supposed to contact you but of Course he never did. Follow up: I picked up my wife’s ring last night and according to the experts at Tiffany who have been serving and inspecting rings for many years, they reported that dirt pushed out the Diamond on my wife’s ring. This is got to be a new species of dirt to be so powerful and have the ability to expand and push a Diamond out on a high quality ring, I should of asked for a sample of this dirt to have it sent out for testing. I am not making this up you can verify this with the manager (Kurt) at Tiffany in Oakbrook Illinois.

    I had an amazing experience here. Staff is very friendly and the clearly care about customer service. I had the pleasure of having Veronica as my sales associate. She was very personable and sweet! I will come to this location from now on so she continue to be my associate.

    Went to Oakbrook Tiffany and Co. with my best friend for her to exchange a bracelet that she ordered online from there. The gentleman at the front directed us to the sales counter where we waited for the next saleswoman. While we waited for 10 9 another salesman sent another young lady around to the same side wear we were waiting only to tell her she is next and that we had to get near the wall where the line usually starts. It was rude and inconsiderate! You can imagine we African Americans woman and the other young lady they move in front of us was not. Tiffany and Co. NEEDS to get a better system with customers waiting their turn in line. GET A ROPE or SIGN to say this is where the line begins! End result is that Cacy the salesperson was very service friendly, bubbly, and helpful! Thank you Cacy! Although our experience started off rough, it ended nicely.

    Was there last week to drop off jewelry to be cleaned. Returned this week to pick up cleaned jewelry, but not busy. But had to wait for "certain staff" to acknowledge us to look at items in cases. Last week was offered water/coffee/tea.... This week,.... Still waiting to be offered ANYTHING! Since once we received assistance and usually get great service, I'll treat this as a one off.

    The vibe here was awful. Sales Associate was semi nice until they didn’t carry the size of ring my husband needed. Had to ask more than once for the ring sizer. Cold as ice, no wonder there were no customers in here.

    We don't shop here often, but when we do it's always a pleasant experience. Every associate we've interacted with has been knowledgeable and friendly. No up-selling, no gimmicks. Just good old fashioned customer service.

    My boyfriend wanted to buy me a bracelet for Christmas so I went into the store to find one that I liked and also what size I would need. I tried on 1 bracelet that I liked, but as soon as the employee found out that I wasn’t buying today she proceeded to whisper to her coworkers, probably that I’m not buying anything and basically blew me off and moved on to the next customer. I wanted to try on one more bracelet but she ignored me completely as she was more focused on the next customer. Luckily one of the male employees was kind enough to let me try on another bracelet . Now I know.. if I’m not buying don’t even go into the store.

    Beautiful location and interior. Very grand and had friendly and patient service as I wandered around looking for a perfect gift. They gave me the space I needed to look on my own and attention when I had questions. The rings here are gorgeous but quite pricey... they are Tiffany & Co after all. To my surprise, the men's watches were really elegant and smart too. I don't come to Tiffany & Co often, but when I needed a gift, they had the right goods at the right price. Plenty of options and each beautiful and unique in its own ways.
