Tim did a great job getting us the tires we needed. Although they weren’t in stock he was able to get them for the next day. Great service, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I brought my car in an hour before closing and was able to have my tire patched along with complimentary inspection. Will most definitely revisit this location for future maintenance care. Xavier Ortiz and everyone I worked with today was so helpful. I got my tires last year at Just Tires about 40mils away in Lansing. I was told that my tire was losing air. I came in an hour short of closing time. Not only was a reassured that the tire could be patched, it was done quickly. This was a great experience.

Had some tire issues so made an appointment and got 2 new tires and a new battery. Service was fast and honest, prices were great. Xavier and David did a great job. Had a great experience and would recommend!

Excellent experience, great staff and very clear explanation of what we needed. Our tire picked up a nail while we were heading from Chicago back home to St Louis. Called desperate for assistance as it was 4pm on Sunday. Everyone was great and they were able to see us last minute and when they couldn't fix the puncture, they got a tire that was close enough so we can get home. Fast service, very understanding team. Highly recommend!

I noticed a low tire when I got off of work today. In a hurry for the holidays, I found this place between work and home. I was able to walk in and have them repair my issue in a timely fashion where they explained well of what they found. I thought I had a nail, but instead, they found that my wheel wasn't sealed properly due to small corrosion - fixed. I had bad luck with the same tire/wheel a year ago (blowout on the highway), and what they told me seemed spot on where personally looking back when my dealership inspected my tires a year ago, but never inspected my wheels, it explains that small mayhem at that time. They basically solved my small one-year mystery! They also inspected other components of my vehicle. Although my vehicle is sorta new (2022 civic, 22k miles, low profile tires), they pointed out that my brake fluid was a little low, which makes sense since I just recently got it flushed somewhere else (dealership, a mistake) now knowing the dealership did a poor job. They also found another very small issue that most new cars have but never tried to upsell me at the end, they just left it as notes; they did exactly what someone wants, go in for the intended repair, and walk out with new knowledge of potential future issues without a proposed price tag. That's how this business should work. I will continue to conduct business with this shop!

I came here to get 2 tires replaced and a wheel alignment and Xavier Ortiz has nothing but kind and professional. A "gem" of a tire store in Westmont; Cass & Ogden. I went and spoke with David (2x): a good man & professional who heads the sales of their tires to have my tires adjusted to proper air pressure. David didn't hesitate one bit and promptly helped me. Just like that! I was in and out in a few minutes feeling so good knowing he's there to help customers with courtesy and kindness. Thanks David!

Absolutely amazing!!! Woke up this morning, Christmas Eve, with a flat tire. They were the only place that would help me. Ended up buying an entire set of new tires for an amazing price and it only took them 90 minutes. Could not be more pleased!

1st time going to this Shop not knowing what to expect; i was impress by the employee's there, i told them my problem & this guy Mr Mack, checked out my car & gave me the dianostic's of Tire's; i bought 2tires & went back 2days later & bought 2 more plus what i call tire insurance, + wheel alignment program, The Technician's Mr Brito,Bingham,&Ortiz double check to make sure your 100% safe to drive out. I needed my tire replaced for one of my tire. However, Xavier Ortiz found another issue on my other tire. He went above and beyond and getting my tires fix and he was very kind and fast. I appreciate Just tlTires and Xavier!

I went there last Tuesday with little air in my tire and they filled it no problem and no questions asked. The gentleman filling my tires mentioned that I might have a leak and to bring it back if I notice the tire getting low. I brought it back in today (Sunday) without an appointment and they were able to squeeze my car in and repair my tire. I was thrilled and they were so nice about it all. Everyone I encountered was friendly and willing to help. The wait time was long but I also didn’t make an appointment and they mentioned they were short staffed. We will absolutely bring our cars back there for future needs!

Had a new tire installed at the Elmhurst location but after a short time "tire pressure low" popped up due to the kit. Maybe it was not installed correctly. Went to the Westmont location and Xavier found the problem and replaced the kit. Xavier Ortiz was very professional, very courteous and the service was excellent!!!!!! I will definitely recommend the Westmont location.

Have needed tires for awhile. Went to the westmont location on Thursday about 4 pm. Talked to a young Gentleman named Xavier Ortiz. He was very courteous, helpful and professional. He took care of me. I bought 4 Goodyear tires for my wife's CRV. For a very fair and decent price. I was treated very well. I went across the street to play some slots and was out of there before 6. I will definitely use them again. Xavier is a credit to your team.

I stopped here because I had a nail in my tire. Richard Dixon checked my tire and was able to remove what turned out to be a screw. It did not puncture the tube and I was able to drive on it.
