Went there twice during our 5 day visit because the first time was so great. Everything we got the chance to try was amazing! Fish tacos, pastor sandwich, as well as the homemade tortilla chips, which we had with their incredible beer cheese. The beer flight is a fun way to try all the choices on tap since there’s always something different to sample. The owners are so friendly and the brewmaster loves to answer questions about the beers and brewing process. They had a homemade seltzer on tap when we were there as well! Short walk from the ocean, as well as good prices and service.

I’ve sample quite a few fish tacos on the island and this was my favourite! This pile of perfectly seasoned fish + a tasty pineapple salsa was like 9 bucks. Seriously. I paired it with a really great guava sour microbrew for a very solid meal. I’ve eaten at a number of places on the island this past week and am surprised this place doesn’t have more people. Absolutely worth the 5 minute walk from the main touristy area.

Man! We’ve come to the island for years to eat at Coconuts on the outskirts of the island BUT THIS TIME, we decided to stop at this little restaurant for lunch and man are we glad we did. The food and drinks were so good, we came back for dinner. This is the best kept secret on the island. We were completely surprised that it was packed. Affordable prices, great service, delicious food and string drinks! Can’t ask for better! Stop in! You won’t be disappointed.

Delicious authentic Mexican food here. We found it while cruising around and thought we'd give it a try. No regrets, tacos were fantastic. Excellent service!

The El Pastor tacos are the best on the island and the steak tacos are also very flavorful and delicious! These tacos are not like all the Little tacos that are served all over the island, these tacos are stuffed with lots of meat and are very filling. They also have vegetarian/vegan options, and are every bit worth the money. Our waiter, Marco Polo, was very attentive and welcoming. My husband and I had a chance to chat with one of the owners and he was super friendly and a true local guy. You will not be disappointed with this place. Absolutely love this place! Also, the strawberry Mojito is super yummy 😋

My mom loves brewing beer so as soon as we walked by KUSAM I knew we were going in. It turned out great because the beer was fantastic and made with local hops and fruit and the pineapple salsa was so great I ended up buying a jar of it to take home. The owners were nice and indulged my mom with a long conversation about beer and it was clear the head brewer was passionate about his craft and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for locally made beer while in Cozumel give this cerveceria a visit !

If you’re sick of the standard fare of Mexican beers- time to go to Kusan. Nicely done small selection of microbrews. Loved their Hazy IPA. Miguel, our waiter was friendly, attentive and made the experience fun. Terrific selection of homemade salsa- and I got addicted to the habanero-pineapple- garlic one. Wish they sold it in bottles… or vats. The family loved the flavors of the various tacos. I was partial to the trigger fish (escochin). The veggie ones were just so-so, but the Al Pastor tacos (pork with pineapple and pickled onion). Anyway- we loved the place, it’s vibe, and the thought put into everything. Fun place to eat and enjoy.

Glorious! Seven of us stopped in. The beer afficionado of the group opted for the peanut butter brew and wasn't disappointed. I tasted and fully agreed! Beer cheese, tacos... everything delicioso!! A must-stop for any Cozumel visitor!

Very friendly and accommodating service. Generous portions. The craft beer selection is limited, but they do state they are small batch and the taste is decidedly mellow compared to craft beer north of the border, but worth a try.

Great El Pastor and the best fish tacos I've had in my life. They were so fresh and I'm sure the caramelized pineapple and mango habanero salsa had something to do with! The Dragon Fruit Majito was awesome! My son loved the El Pastor Sandwich.

On a day stop on a Norwegian Cruise Line. 100% must stop by if you are into local craft breweries. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Cruise port. Tried three beers and had the Al Pastor tacos. All were fantastic. I have traveled to many countries and make it a point to try local breweries and this place is top notch even if they have a tiny selection. I will take quality over quantity any day. According to untapped I have visited 102 different breweries and this place is great Al Pastor tacos 5/5 Fire in Da Hole - 5/5 La Local - 4.25/5 Tom's Beer - 4/5 Fire in Da Hole is a habanero prune sour beer but don't let the prune deter you. It has a perfect amount of heat where it lingers on your lips but is complemented by the sweet and sour. A fantastic beer for a hot day. Well worth the visit!

The best Al Pastor tacos I’ve had in all of Mexico! Amazingly friendly service, with a limited, yet exciting menu of beers on tap that you won’t find in the touristy Cozumel restaurants. Highly recommend!!

If you’re visiting Cozumel, then you have to visit Kusam brewing. It’s got great food and beer. I loved their mango seltzer the most - it was extremely real mango tasting and well balanced. The beers were really good as well. The young brewer is extremely passionate about brewing everything right here on the island and has incredible skills!

👍👍 We stopped here on a day when we decided to explore the downtown area. This is like a brewpub/microbrewery that brews their own beers and has delicious foods. I was pleased with my beer choices one of which was the “vampiro”, a beer brewed with hibiscus. We stopped in for lunch drinks and after walk...
