Beautiful, clean, great service with food, shower, changing room/bathroom and the provide life jackets before getting into the water. Price for entry is very reasonable. I'll be back with my family after COVID

A once wonderful cenote full with natural beauty. But they sacrificed its magic on the altar of mass tourism. They made swim wests obligatory, filled the walls of the natural cave and the path down to the water with cement and added meaningless tourist attractions and souvenir shops. If you like it this way, go for it. Many do. I was terrified tho, seeing what they have done to this place.

If swimming in a small water hole with hundreds of other noisy tourists is your idea of a good time then this is the place for you. The fact that it's so busy means that everybody in there brother is here. Lot of other options around that have fewer people and cleaner water. Entrance fee of 150 is totally not worth it. And the last two days, I visited five others and this was my least favorite. Although it's a beautiful cenote but a tourist trap.

The staff is friendly and helpful, being from the U.S. with almost no ability to speak Spanish, we found our way. The facility is clean and there is someone cleaning each changing room after each use. The Cenote it's self is incredible and is a must see. The water is chilly compared to the ocean but incredibly refreshing if you're sight seeing all day. Side note, the stairs are built from the rock and they get VERY slippery.

Very touristy, many people. Cenote itself is beautiful. Lifejackets are provided. Many stairs to go down to the cenote and then back up to the changing rooms. Good thing is there are toilets, showers, lockers etc But be aware of the lockers!!! One of them fell over my 5 yo son. It was terrifying! I am thankful people reacted quickly and he got away with just some bruises and startle. These lockers should be attached to the wall! They are really dangerous especially for kids.

Inside a resort area. Sadly, this meant we were there with about 60 other people. Not a diving spot. The only activity seems to be relaxing in the water and jumping from a organised ledge. The cenote itself is quite nice and cheap but very touristic.

I did not stay at the guest house, but I visited the Cenote, and it's awesome! Very beautiful! Lots of people were here, but there's plenty of room for everyone. It's fun to jump off the "cliffs" into the water! There are lockers included with your tickets, and the facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. They run a very efficient operation there, and I recommend visiting!

One of the best Cenote’s we have been to. The place was clean and very well maintained. The lockers are organized and they have a great spot to jump into the cenote. The place looked crowded but once you are in the water it’s not bad. Most people are here for pictures and if you are here to chill in the water then it’s great. They did have a line at the lockers when we were leaving because a bus had just come in. If you are lucky and don’t see a bus in the parking lot you are in luck and will have a great time.

Beautiful cenote with magnificent views! The only down side is that it can get pretty crowded and noisy with families with small kids. I was expecting a calm experience but it instead turned into an experience that sounded like you were in a concert from so much screaming. It would be nice if they can have an adults only time slot.

Oh my gosh! I love this place! Do yourself a favor and stay in the hotel. The rooms are huge, nice and private. Plus, hotel guests have a 2 hour time when only they get access to the cenote. If you love nature (birds, insects, monkeys, plants, etc), then you will love this secluded place.

This was super fun! They have a jump off platform and the water was very refreshing, after a hot day. Bring a water proof camera with you.

Neat experience. Was part of a tour group. Lockers and changing rooms on site. Although it said no phones, some did have them in waterproof pouches tied to their wrists. Wear footwear to the bottom!

Natural sinkhole or Cenote. I came on a tour and had a fun time. There are mandatory life vests provided, lockers, bathrooms/toilets/changing areas. You have to walk down several flights of wets steps so be careful. It's not recommended to bring belongings with you like bags or phones as they can sink into 100+ feet deep water. If you want to be adventurous theres an area where you can jump/dive from the top of steps - staffed by employees.

I didn't stay here, so I can't say much about that, BUT oh my lord, this place was gorgeous! Photos could never show how breathtaking this place is amazing! Oh but bring water shoes or very sturdy sandals.

This cenote is very... Efficient! Not very authentic feeling but good facilities and an enjoyable dip. Just be warned, we went around 11am after Chichen Itza and it was pretty quiet but by the time we left it was already getting more and more packed with tour bus hordes, so any later and my rating would be a lot lower.

Magnificent cenote, a little hidden gem. Not too busy at all. There were about 20 people around 1-2 PM. The water is extremely refreshing and remarkable fish are swimming everywhere.

Such a beautiful place! Very busy! Don't lose your ticket, and the water is not warm, as you would think. There are restrooms, lockers, and a "shower" located by the cenote to rinse off before and after. There are little fish swimming in the cenote which I thought was cool. Looking up from inside the cenote is a very necessary experience. There is a liquor gift shop with really good tequilas on the way out as well as snack bars. Definitely stop in and look around!

The best cenote in Mexico hands down. Super well maintained and clean. Didn't want to get out of there. Only thing to keep in mind is that there will be toooo many people. So expect the crowd

Wonderful place to cool off after a hot day at the pyramids. The water is cool, deep and mysterious. Roots trail within feet of the mysterious green water. The mandatory life jackets make it easy to float and enjoy the translucent green water. On weekends the number of people may be high, but there are several places on the grounds to get a beer or snack and wait out the crowd.

It was beautiful. Water wasn't too cold. It's a part of a hotel. There is an entrance fee which includes your life jacket and a locker. No towels will be provided.

Very nice and picturesque cenote.Water was very refreshing during hot summer months.Changing rooms and bathrooms and small lockers. Food and drink , snacks, ice cream is sold onsite. Friendly service .

One of the most mesmerizing places I have ever been to. The water is super clear and you can even see a few fish. So peaceful and relaxing! Can’t believe they used it for human sacrifice back in the day.

Definitely go here after a day exploring the ruins! Easy to get to, lockers for your personal items and change rooms for when you are done. Make sure to take a photo looking down before going in ( I forgot to!) the scenery is spectacular! It wasn’t too crowded, so lots of space. Water was a tad chilly but once you are in it is so great. Float around and look up. Wow! Fun to take a jump off the ledge as well. Highly recommend. This was one of the highlights of our trip for sure!

An amazing experience and way more fun than I expected. This cenote has private changing rooms, a fun rock dive platform, and a restaurant.

Loved it!!! This was on my bucket list of things to do and believe me it was worth every step down and back up!! The water was so refreshing, beautiful well taken care of and overall a great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful, the facilities super clean and the staff definitely where keeping all cleaning and sanitizing procedures in place. Only regret I have is I wish we would of planned a whole day here. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed this. The cenote is deep down so alot of dark wet steps to get down there. But really fun when you are. They have a platform roughly 10metres above the water that you can jump in from or the less adventurous can use the steps. Good facilities for changing and storing your stuff too.

We absolutely LOVED coming here. The food they offered was great and the Cenote was breath taking. They was multiple life guards on duty and everyone had to wear a life jacket just incase.

A once in a lifetime experience. Diving into the cool fresh water of a massive underground water reservoir rejuvinates the soul. We visited this Cenote after spending a couple of hours in the hot noon sun at Chichen Itza. Jumping off the 20 feet rocky ledge into the well is super fun. It took me back to my carefree days of my childhood. Highly recommend the lunch combo that follows the swim. Do not eat lunch before the swim, you won't enjoy it.

Beautiful and clean cenote. Water is cool, but it is expected. There is fish swimming there There is a cliff to jump off. If you come early, before large tours are done with nearby Chichen Itza and dumb busses of visitors, the place is very nice. Otherwise it becomes very crowded. The on-site food is bland. It is much better to eat somewhere else. You should expect to spend approximately 1 hour hour here, including time the change into swimming gear.

Beautiful spot to stop and experience. Best to go early as it is a very popular spot for tourists and gets busy fast! Suggest reading up on the history as it is very interesting! Life jackets must be worn in the cenote. Also drones are no longer allowed.

Staggering cenote! Very crowded with tourists and not for the individual traveller, anyway it is very impressive. The hole is big and deep, plenty of spots to look inside from up. There are changing rooms, showers etc, anything you would expect from a public swimming pool. There's fish in the water and you can jump. Very popular with tourists so it might be crowded in the water and around the stairs. Enough parking spaces available.

Fun times swimming in the ancient cenote. If you're going to Cancun, you have to enjoy a Cenote swim at least once. Natural water, fun cliff diving, and a great time. Make sure to learn a little Spanish to have an amazing time with the locals as you yell something cool jumping off the cliffs.

Great place. Water is nice and cool. Small (3 inch) fish. Entrance fee includes life jacket and locker. There is a small platform to jump

We visited here as part of an organised tour group. All tickets were purchased in advance so we did not have to wait. When we arrived (early afternoon) the queue looked around 3 people long so it wouldn't take a long time to sort a ticket if needed! They have changing facilities, toilets, quick rinse showers, life jackets (mandatory) and lockers. You have to go down quite a few stairs to get into the cenote but you are able to jump from a platform of you like or can slip in from lower down and paddle about. The water is lovely and refreshing and the atmosphere is stunning! As part of the tour groups it gets very busy! There is a clock on the wall and make sure you give yourself enough time to get out and changed as some tour groups WILL leave you behind! If you don't want to have a swim there are a couple of points you can take pictures and it looked like some restaurants in the area too. Really beautiful and worth a visit but be prepared for it to be packed and bus loads of tourists to turn up regularly!

Changing area was busy and chaotic. The cenote itself is beautiful and refreshing. The idea of the depth of the water and the pitch black bottom may put people off but the compulsory lifejackets makes it perfectly safe and worth the visit.

Magical, under ground water cave not to far from the Mayan ruin’s. This is a must do experience. Very economic. There’s a jump off for the thrill seekers. Absolutely loved it.words cannot describe the beauty and tranquility of this place.

We got the package with buffet and really enjoyed both the food and the cenote. We traveled in low season (September) and had a great time. Not a lot of people so plenty of space to swim, eat and take great pics. Package includes lockers, life jackets, entrance and buffet for $350MX per adult.

  • 5/5 Michael M. 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely loved it. Water is cold, but pleasant in 97 degree heat. This was probably my favorite activity on our trip to Cancun. Only 2 small negatives: 1) bring your own towel, they are not provided, but are for sale if you need one 2) it may have been the time of day/week, but it was super crowded when we were there.

This was one of the Cenotes we visited on our trip to Mexico and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is welcoming and the place is well organized. We got the tickets right away when we went there at 10 am in the morning and the crowd was minimal. Recommend going early to avoid the crowd. Swimming and diving both are great here.

  • 5/5 Monica M. 2 years ago on Google
Water is definitely not warm as you would hope but the place is amazing and beautiful. With fishes swimming alongside you and the ability to jump off a cliff. The buffet was good, not the best but ok while they do say it's all you can eat drinks are definitely not part of that deal. You get one drink and after that are charged for the rest, which is fine. If you enjoy beers I highly recommend trying their local amber, it's AMAZING.

  • 4/5 Micheal H. 1 year ago on Google
The overall aesthetic was very pleasant, and the scenery was very beautiful, the cenote is located inside a resort like area so you have to travel inside to reach it. We visited with our tour group the facility offers lockers, food and beverage shops as well as changing areas. They will also provide a life vest per local laws and a outdoor shower that you will have to use before entering. The stairs can be potentially treacherous due to the moist nature of a cenote. However overall we enjoyed ourselves and took in beauty during our short visit.

  • 5/5 Kasper H. D. 1 year ago on Google
Very cool and decently sized cenote. A bit touristy, but after 4pm, most people are away again. Located below a restaurant and pool (In a Hacienda), which the fairly priced ticket also grants access to. There is a rope jump, which is very fun to do.

  • 4/5 Luc H. 1 year ago on Google
This was an amazing cenote. Very intriguing to see how nature is able to create this fenomenon. It is a shame that it is such a touristic attraction now. It really feels like you are visiting a swimming pool. If you look trough this it is worthwhile a visit.
