This property is absolutely one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. As a solo traveler, I look for hotels where I'm comfortable and I couldn't have felt more comfortable and safe here. Everything from the staff to the swimming pool to the owners dogs and birds were wonderful. The beds were comfy and the AC cold. Pisté de Chichen Itza was a last minute addition to my itinerary and I'm so glad I added it.

Very nice place! The public area with pool and many chairs is very nice. Rooms are all facing this area, which gives the whole place a familial air about it. Service is very good. Ask for anything at the reception - they'll be glad to help out. The rooms are good. Beds - nice. Bathrooms - clean. Only downside is the low water pressure in the showers. Breakfast rather frugal - coffee and cake, but that's enough for me.

Thia hotel was superb!! It's in fanastic condition and kept up well. There was also all these little touches throughout that made this experience even better....the type of lighting they choose for the hallways, the beautiful mushroom shaped lamp, beautiful coasters, etc. Pool is in pristine condition as well and perfect for the town. Staff was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended. My only regret is not staying longer!!

A single-night stop over for an early visit to Chichen Itza - It's about 4 minutes drive away! Rooms are clean and air conditioned and there's fresh coffee, cakes and water left out in the morning if you have an early start like we did. Missed out on 5 stars because the pool wasn't clean but otherwise, friendly staff, quiet room (despite being in town) and perfect location.

Basic rooms with a cute courtyard. Protected parking is a plus. Beds are super firm (too firm for side sleepers like me). Very low water pressure in the shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

A great little boutique hotel - you'd never believe this oasis of calm was behind the unassuming facade on the main street. Clean, well appointed room, a table and two chairs outside each room, to enjoy the provided fresh coffee and still warm cake each morning, from around 0645hrs. The hotel is a 20-25min walk from Chichen-Itza - not a problem if you're heading to the park in time for the 0800hrs opening, but the walk is much tougher by noon, when the sun is beating down and you're melting with the humidity. It's only MXN50 for a taxi and takes a few minutes. There's a BBQ chicken cafe across from the hotel - hot, fresh and very tasty BBQ chicken with rice and salad as well as a refreshing tomato soup with pasta to start - beware of the firey chilli salsa. Half a chicken, with all the trimmings plus 2 beers for MXN160 - what's not to like...

A great little boutique hotel - we were blown away by the level of service and quality of the property. Pure luxury, compared to everything around. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. One of the standout features of the hotel was its location - just a short walk from the Chichen Itza ruins. We were able to explore the site at our leisure and then return to the hotel for a relaxing swim in the pool. Overall, we highly recommend the La Casa de las Lunas hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient base for exploring the fascinating history and culture of Chichen Itza. Water pressure in shower is low. Not ideal for washing long hair but totally OK.

Clean and comfortable. Staff are nice as well and an oxxo is close by.

The room's door was also the window, so we should have closed the curtain so people can not see through our room. But the room has only one light which barely had light! So we should have stayed in a room with not enough light all the time. There was an open window in bathroom which could not be closed so mosquitos could come in.

Charming, quaint, and we would love to return someday. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked very well. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Very small rooms, very small beds, no normal sink to wash the face, the stream in the shower is a drip at a time and there is mold on the ceiling. We came with the kids, asked for towels and were told we can only have 2 🥺. The lady at the front desk was extremely unwelcoming. Couldn't really believe pepole rated it with more than 2 stars tops.

My fiancé and I are staying here currently and we love it. Can't say enough good things. 1. 20 mins walk to chichin itza. 2. Gated parking and security cameras on site. (Call when you arrive so they can open the gate) 3. 3 adorable dogs who if you love dogs will be your best friend or if you don't love dogs will leave ya be but we adore them all 4. Parrots that come out and hang by the pool. 5. The kindest most helpful owners ever. Literally sweetest people who care about their community and their customers. If you want big and spacious and luxury this is not that but it's homey, clean, comfortable and an organic authentic place to stay. Also worth noting my fiancé felt safest here over any other city we visited.

Lovely little place. Excellent location, only 5 minutes drive away from Chichin Itza. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. Off street parking. Reasonably priced.

Pisté is a small town just next to the Chichen Itza archeological site, this Hotel is good enough to spend the night, have a pool, wifi, and conditioning air, a must in here. Breakfast is included. One distinctive feature is the stone handcrafted work in many good from the hotel, just a beauty

Perfect for a trip to Chichen Itza. Very comfortable beds, nice pool. Staff could have been friendlier at check in. Seemed a bit like it was a lot of effort.

They made our 2 year anniversary very very special! The lady running the front desk could not have been more wonderful. Helpful information, extremely polite, and a genuine person. Thank you

The staff really go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. Aircon, comfy and large bed, good bathrooms were all things that made my stay nice. Wasn't noisy even though there were quite a few people staying. I recommend staying here. I walked to Chichen itza in the morning and got there before the masses

Awesome quality for the price. The pool and the rooms were clean and we had the possibility to leave the luggages there before the check in. The hotel have a secured parking which helps also a lot. We can visit chichen Itzá by foot from there (25 min), but if the weather is hot don't hesitate to take your car, the parking there is only 80 pesos.

No proper black tea options. No chair in room to sit. The fan and light was combined so you can't use the fan while sleeping. Too many small ants everywhere in the room. I don't recommend this place.

Basic but good for the price. Safe, clean and friendly staff. The drawback was the dogs, I love dogs but they were making a mess right next to pool and it wasn’t cleaned up. Unhygienic and off putting.

Okay stay when visiting chitzen itza. It was only a 4 minutes drive. We arrived there around 1 pm and the room was ready. The hotel had a parking with gate, only thing that was a bit bothering was that everytime you wanted to go out/in you had to go inside and ask them to open the gate. The room was very clean, but all the rooms were located facing the swimming pool, so you had to close the curtains to have some privacy. The Yokdzonot cenote was 15 min. Drive
