Luis was an amazing host, just like all the reviews say. He helped us out the entire stay suggesting the best times to go to Chichen Itza, best places to eat. Oh, and the air conditioning works great. If you are looking for a place to stay near Chichen Itza, experience something different, this is your place! Highly recommend!

Nicest place to stay to enjoy the Mayans village. Our stay was so pleasant there! Louis is the best host ever! He told us where to go in the area, also there is a nice restaurant in the village. The breakfast is so healyhy and fresh! We had the luck to eat at his place a typical Mayans dish: Cochinita that is served on sunday. So deliciouuuusss. I really recommend this place.

It has been super nice to stop in this spot, Luis is a very kind host, he looked after us and recommended places to visit that we did not even thought about. We did not regret it a bit... Breakfast.... Just the best we had in Mexico so far! Top!! Highly recommended :)

Is far from fancy, but the price, the location, and the host make this worth looking at. It was a 5-minute drive to the pyramid, and our host, Luis, was a superstar. He met us at the property, told us about the area and the history, spoke great english, and prepared a wonderful breakfast the following morning with his wife, Carla. Be prepared, you are in the jungle, so there may be some bugs, and there may be some noise, but it's part of the experience.

The best- Luis is a super host and breakfast the next morning was amazing. Perfect place to stay if you're trying to get to Chichen Itza early and beat the crowds!

Awesome stay, never had a host like this before! Louis was incredibly friendly and His fruitgarden seemed to us like Paradies...

Nice place stay, great service and WiFi and ac included. Besides Chichén Itza there is not a whole lot to see any do. There are some other Mayan ruins but don’t expect a wide variety of civilization of places to eat.

Great place to sleep before visiting Chichen Itza. Luis is the best host !
