We didn't know what to expect but we're pleasantly surprised. The rooms are big, clean and have no TV, which was great. WiFi is OK but again, when you come here, it's not to spend your time on the mobile. It's a great place to go and spend 24-48h, hang around the Cenote, relax in a calm peaceful place and eat tasty food, even if you are vegan like us. Breakfast comes with the room, we weren't expecting anything but the kitchen made us some tortillas with veggies, red sauce and beans, fruit platter and coffee. Food was tasty and the staff were really friendly. The best part of this place is the Cenote. As a guest, you get access after the public leaves and before they arrive in the morning. The water is clean and once your in, you don't want to get out. Restaurants closes at 5pm so if your vegan, there are local restaurants that will serve you some rice salad and beans or you can take a 30min drive to Valladolid.

We went to swim in the cenote which is very very interesting. It is a small but deep one as it is in the jungle area. The ones closer to sea are much wider but more shallow. It is o e of a kind experience. There is changing rooms, toilets, lockers, gidt shop, car park. You dont pay for lockers. You have to put on life vests which are free too and must shower before entering. There is a jumping area in the cenote. It can get quite crowded. There are some mid section balconies where you can watch and take photos. There is a restaurant by the exit but dont expect too much, more like a cafereria. I would suggest experiencing this though.

I had stayed here back in 2017 and had a great experience . I decided to go back due to having a great time before , but there was a huge difference . One of the reasons I liked this hotel was because you have access to the cenote and have access for a few hours before other people arrive . Now they make you wear life jackets , and do not let you dive as they did in past years . You can not dive with a life jacket , as you are more likely to hurt yourself . The workers were rude and not pleasant to be around . Often eye rolled when asking for service . I will be looking for an other cenote with more freedoms to have fun , and would not recommend going back to this hotel .

I did not stay at the hotel so i cannot judge it, just passed through with a tour. There are plenty locker rooms and lockers. Good shower outside, none inside. The water in the cenote is wonderful.

Beautiful rooms, but weird atmosphere and WiFi doesn't work

We were there for the weekend. The rooms are very clean. There is no WIFI though or TV. Expect to come and relax and wind down. The cenote is beautiful and as a hotel guest you get early and afternoon access privileges to the cenote which is nice because you have it almost to yourself. The setting is beautiful, full of nature, in the Mayan jungle.

Did not stay at the hotel! Went swimming in the Cenote as a stop after visiting one of the 7 wonders of the world. The water was clear, clean, and cool! Surroundings were clean!

Staff was kind. They served a delicious buffet style lunch in the restaurant and the senote was like a dream paradise... Would definitely go back..

We stayed there when we visited the ik kill Cenote for one night. The location is good. It's just across the road from the cenote. Have plenty of ADO buses and collectivos passing around if you want to go to near by town. Rooms are average but the wifi never worked and they couldn't resolve it. It didn't work at the reception or the rooms. Pool was nice and complimentary breakfast was good too.

Felt like I was on a honeymoon. Very luxurious cabin and access to the cenote after visitor hours. Just magical. Thank you

The rooms were okay , nothing to special about them . Although the location and outside of this hotel are beautiful. They make you wear life vests at all times , which were very uncomfortable. We thought we could at least dive without them , but the workers did not let us and we’re very rude when asked about it . There was not one person in the cenote who agreed with the workers about the life vests , not liked the life vest policy . The breakfast was not good and the service was okay .

Very lovely eco resort next to Ik Kil cenote. From 6pm there are no tourist in the cenote and the entrance to it is included in the hotel. We had the cenote for ourselves, it was a very beautiful experience. The breakfast included is very nice and you will be full for sure, eggs or pancakes up to your choice. The staff is very nice. The only thing to complain is that wifi didn't work, they said they were going to fix it but didn't but it's fine. We will repeat for sure if we come back another time :)
