We had heard many positive remarks about this place, so we had to check it out. We try Indian restaurants wherever we travel. The nan here is some of the best nan we have had outside of India. If you like garlic, ask for extra garlic on the garlic nan. The curries we had were all delicious and flavorful. Our only complaint we had was the "medium spicy" wasn't spicy at all. The decor is nice. We arrived for a Saturday dinner shortly after opening, and it started filling up quickly. There is inside and outside seating available. However, the outside seating is not covered. On our visit it was raining, so only the inside was used. Our wait staff were efficient but not really friendly. The food is well worth the visit. We will definitely go back again.

Enjoy eating here, good food good quality, great portions, love the Tandoori Meat Thali. They will even Cook dishes the way you ask, want a normally mild dish with a little more kick, just ask. Staff always warm and friendly, don't hover over you and even when extremely busy won't try and get you out. Average prices, good range of beers wines and Spirit's.. Highly recommend if you fancy a curry.

Amazing Indian food and great friendly staff. I have been using Taj Mahal for many years now and as a Brit who grew up with Indian Food this is the best I have tasted outside India where I have also visited many times! Authentic taste, super friendly staff, great accessible location makes this a great restaurant for great Indian food in Chiclana. Thanks to all the staff for always delivering on taste and service. Do not hesitate to go and try the Taj Mahal, you will keep going back!!!!

A few years back, I was traveling in Spain.. just before Pandemic hit the Global order... Met the owners of this restaurant in a bus ride from Seville to Cadiz... One of the Amazing people I met in the entire trip.. and one of the best conversations also.... We couldn't eat at the restaurant... But the recipes and fotos shared to us by the Daughter, were Authentic and I am sure, will be tasting as good. I hope this Pandemic didn't affect the quality of and Quantity of Customers at all... Best of Luck for coming future... I hope to visit you someday again...

Nice Indian food. Waiters are pleasant, speak Spanish and English. Weekday lunch times not need to book. It gets very busy at weekends.

Very friendly service, little bit loud on the terrace because of the road next to it. The food was good, but I hoped for a bit more flavour (in other Indian places I experienced more of a flavour bomb)... Next time I'd try something else from the menu (we had the vegetable curry, garlic naan and samosas).

Probably the best Indian restaurant in Chiclana. Great food, reasonably priced. Excellent service with a smile.
