    Jamás te cogerán el teléfono (más de cien llamadas intentántolo), las citas administrativas telefónicas jamás se hacen aunque conciertes la cita, te dejan tirado. No recibes información aunque sepán que estas enfermo o con covid para darte pautas de aislamiento o cuántos días debes hacerlo… todo pésimo. Me cambio de centro médico en cuanto pueda salir del confinamiento.

    I haven't had a good doctor since I was 18 (no doctor, I've been to several) but very recently they have given me a new doctor: Raquel (I don't know if I can put last names here for privacy reasons) The fact is that she is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. Her treatment, her friendliness, her enthusiasm for her work... I adore her.
