    I don't put 0 reviews because I can't. I went to make an appointment to have an analysis done privately and they told me that they couldn't give it to me, that they had to give me a quote first (something I never asked for). Instead of keeping my phone or email to make it easier for me, they made me go another day from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. exclusively to ask them because that is when administration worked. What was my surprise, that after waiting 20 minutes in a line outside, raining as it was, and my turn arrived, they again did not give it to me and asked for my phone number, assuring me that they would call me that same afternoon. Well, after 5 days I'm still waiting for your call. In conclusion, if you are NOT looking for professionalism, you are NOT looking for trust, you want to be disrespected, you want to see the inefficiency of a company and waste your time, totally recommended.

    I want to leave it in writing for the record and to see if whoever it concerns takes action on the matter and gives a call to the reception staff at the Miraculous Clinic. We all deserve respect and when a patient goes to an appointment and for unknown reasons it has been canceled (logically something can arise for any doctor and feel unwell and not be able to attend their consultation... it would just be missing), what is the least expected of the staff? To whom it corresponds, make some calls to the patients of that day so that they do not come to the appointment. Let's assume that because of "x" or "y" the "train" has caught them and they have not had a second of respite to pick up the phone and do their work efficiently (we had the appointment at 4:45 p.m.... I think they would have had plenty of time, since we were not the first nor the second patients of the afternoon, but let's ignore that), which at least we expect when we are in front of the counter and politely ask (because it is for everyone a disorder of lost time after it was a MIRACLE to make an appointment with a specialist) we all hope to be answered with clear, concise, truthful information and with a "sorry for the inconvenience, we are very sorry" SIMPLY, that would be good CUSTOMER SERVICE /PATIENT, but no, even on top of that they explain reluctantly and "sparing our lives." As it is not the first time that something has happened to me at the reception, today they caught me on a bad day and I am already tired of them believing they have the right to "ignore us." I recommend a quick and basic Customer Service course since users have the right to be treated with all respect and attention (always bidirectional of course). It is a Private Clinic and in that aspect it leaves something to be desired. Let's get going now!!

    It is impossible to be attended to by telephone and the most serious thing is that we are talking about a private structure, so the patient has to pay for being attended to. I live on the other side of the city and I have to show up to make an appointment... Incredible. If we pay it is because we want better service than in the public, but they don't even deign to pick up the phone. The attention of the reception staff is not very friendly, unlike the medical staff, who are very professional and cordial. I don't understand how the center's management allows it.

Nos vamos conmigo hecha un toro miura... y esa noche decidimos quitarle el vendaje por que tenia los dedos morados y le dolía muchísimo, cuando se lo quito vemos que tiene el tobillo negro super inflamado amoratado y que no puede ni moverlo, no me quedo tranquila y me lo llevo a san Rafael (Cádiz), donde le hacen placas y demás pruebas y comprueban que tiene la tibia fracturada, y esguince de II grado muy avanzado... se echan las manos a la cabeza cuando le explicamos que le han mandado sesiones de fisio cuando el médico le dice que con una fractura ahora mismo ese no es el tratamiento, inmovilización con escayola, heparina, antinflamatorios y dentro de 10-15 días nueva placa y exploración lo mas normal, en san Rafael lo exploraron, tocaron el hueso para ver hasta que punto le dolía le hicieron ver si podía mover el pie... en definitiva lo normal en estos casos. Por tanto me parece INDIGNANTE que este señor que se hace llamar traumatólogo en la milagrosa lo sea por que no es normal. Pienso poner la pertinente reclamación a la clínica y a este médico negligente pero para que los usuarios lo sepan y si podéis evitarlo mejor. Adjunto foto de como tenía el pie .
