Quaint seaside family resort. This place is definitely for families with small children. The food is great and I recommend getting the all inclusive package. Well worth it. The service is excellent. Room was kept clean and it was spacious and nice. The children's pool is amazing. Lot's of live shows and entertainment. I'll never forget the excitement of our youngest son at one of the evening children's program. He was totally amazed and awestruck. Other than some tours and a decent shopping centre right across the street from the hotel there isn't much else around though.

It is a nice hotel but old building and a bit expensive! We had a nice room which was a bit old fashioned but clean with a good view. Pool is nice although it was crowded and there is also direct access to the beach. The indoor pool is also really nice. They have a nice buffet but super expensive! I don’t recommend to take it.

Amazing stay as always. Food 5 stars. Great Ambience and staff always very welcome. We come back every year as a family. Gorgeous pool and rooms are luxurious and comfortable in size. Excellent!

This hotel is exceptional, we have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Spain including Paradores but this was amazing. The staff are amazing. Javi in the bar was wonderful.

I stayed late April 2022. Pool bar staff does not speak English so don’t think about ordering a custom cocktail at all. Asking for even nuts is crazy difficult. Wifi is almost not available outside the building. Reception in the pool area is almost none, forget about wifi on the beach altogether. Asked for towels by the pool and they said they are out of it. They sent me back to the hotel building and up to the reception to grab my towels. 😂 Super understaffed elsewhere.

Loved Barrosa Palace, it is a bit out of the way, not many English speaking staff though, I marked down service for trying to eat in the evening the staff didn't understand we were told at reception to go and just pay €23 each, we didn't have our hotel armband on so there was 4 different people coming over trying to ask if we were all inclusive, it felt awkward and demeaning, I was almost going to get up and walk out with embarrassment. This however was the only issue, it is out of the way, I would recommend getting car hire to get about.

Great place, great views. Service more 3 star rather 5 star, so don't know how they got that high. At check-in unless you ask all details, they won't tell you anything, felt very arrogant staff. However at the pool bar, food was tasty, staff was friendly but place wasn't clean at all. Again, over rated hotel compared to others around!

The hotel is not a 5* hotel … horrible service and very bad service. Good is horrible too!!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and enjoyed it immensely and were incredibly comfortable. The beds were on wheels so they kept moving, it was very dirty unde them as well

Today 29.07 I booked an ayurveda massage for 1h20m. A young girl came who, in my opinion, took her from the bar to give me a massage! he had no idea what he was doing!!! She was sleeping standing up and I was starting to get angry. After 20 minutes I stopped that massage for nothing! the surprise came later when she asked me 60€ for 15 min massages!👀🙄 I asked her what massage you gave me?? I could touch myself with a finger alone!!! It was my worst experience in a massage parlor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Shame !!! you are kidding the customers !! A 5-star hotel at such a level 😏

My partner and I stayed here on the 28th of February. We only stayed for one night, but we can't wait to return. The hotel was amazing, our room was really spacious with a with a large balcony overlooking the pool. We chose the half board option, and we weren't disappointed, the food was delicious. We also used the spa area which was really relaxing and well worth a visit. We can't wait to return!
