Very nice hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. ON THE BEACH FRONT.No tea or coffee facilities. No dressing table/or mirror and quiet remote from cadiz ,(50 euro each way for taxi)

We had a great experience! The place is huge, well-stocked, and with lots of activities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and luminous. We had a sea-facing junior suit and it was just top-notch. The only drawback is the information for the activities and amenities are not all too clear, and we had to ask multiple times just to get a clear idea of what was what, and we got different answers by the staff, which made us walk a bit in circles at times. Other than that, all perfect!

The name of the hotel is Hipotels Barrosa Park but google does not show this name. Unforgettable family trip at Hipotels Barrosa Park. Excellent service, welcomed with cava. Ideal location for both exploration and relaxation. Top-notch facilities, perfect for all ages. Highly recommended for families seeking quality and comfort.

Stayed in Barrosa Park. One of best hotels I have even been, often better than 5* hotels. Beautiful designed, in details, clean, high quality and variety of food, just by beautiful beach. There is only one appropriate rating - 5.

We have reserved a parking place one month before we came to the hotel. When we actually came to the hotel, they said “we’re sorry but we don’t have any available parking places”. The water in the shower pours out of the shower cabin, so after taking a shower you’ll have to wipe the floor. Air conditioner works volatile. At the beach restaurant waiters forget what you’ve ordered. They even forget to put tubes in your drinks.

Fantastic hotel with amazing service and great activities for kids and grown ups. We will definitely come back again. Big kudos to the team, specially the animation team: Lola, Rocio, Marina, … and Marcelino as our fav waiter. Super team

Excellent hotel with good attention to detail. Staff were very courteous from the moment we arrived. The hotel is immaculate. The restaurant had a very good selection of food again to a high standard. All in all a beautifully located hotel with an excellent atmosphere which made for a pleasant weekend.

April/Easter Break: **The outdoor pool is freezing** Visually, the hotel is beautiful. The design is really modern and luxurious. Unfortunately, we probably have one of the worst rooms. Our terrace faces into the kitchen, where there is a constant humming noise. ***Update: The hotel was very receptive to our complaint and proactively offered to change the room. Now we are in a room with a beautiful view... I wish I had asked to change at the start of our trip!*** Unfortunately outdoor pool is MUCH TOO COLD. Kids keep trying to get in, but scream and get out again. It's warm enough to enjoy sun bathing... It's 25C/76F, so definitely warm enough to swim. The hotel would be almost perfect if they heated the outdoor pool. There is a very warm indoor pool, which we've spent many hours in with our boys, but I didn't fly to Spain to stay indoors in a pool all day, when the weather outside is perfect. The Kids club has some offerings, but mostly babysitting for very little ones. My 6 and 9 year old feel too old, which is usually the perfect age for kids club activities... Overall, this is a relaxing place for adults, but the kids can pretty much only swim in the indoor pool. The beach is beautiful, but there are no chairs or umbrellas because the beach bar area is currently closed for renovations, so it's not very comfortable after an hour or so. I really want to love this hotel, and I'm sure it's fantastic in the summer, but in spring it just doesn't quite work for families who want to relax by the pool while their kids are entertained (pool and/or kids club)

spent a wonderful week here. It is a very well run hotel with very well trained ,friendly staff. It is kept spotlessly clean. The household staff work so hard and still manage to smile at the guests. Thank you all.

One of, if not the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Beautiful place, beautiful grounds, beautiful beach. Room was spacious/comfortable, very nice balcony. Incredibly quiet, great soundproofing. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was incredible! A little nit picking, parking.

Very nice beach hotel. Went during the holidays, it was low season in the area: streets and hotel were in low occupancy. They had a very nice event for the holidays, the service was friendly and the food was good. Only issue I can think of was the water bottles for the room, and wasn't replenish. They have paid underground parking but there's also a good amount of parking in the (private) streets around the hotel.

It is a very beautiful hotel with large and modern rooms and overall interior. A long beach is directly in front of the hotel, easily accesible through the pool area. The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was good but after the first week it gets a bit repetitive. There is a bus stop near the hotel and a big parking for guests, which can be quite full sometimes. For sightseeing it is definitely recommended to rent a car. We would return to the hotel, especially for the great rooms, modern interior and the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This hotel is renovated whilst corona, so it's pretty new. The rooms are very nice, beds are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and pro active, food is nice & fresh but lacks a variety. Thursday was gala night, which implicated a nicer buffet than the other days. The 'a la carte' was closed, which was really a bummer (= lack of engagement). In the neighborhood there ain't pretty much except for a little shopping mall and a lot of golf facilities (we were aware of this), so renting a car is advised. We rented the car with Albitana, because Europcar had no available options. Albitana is cheaper than Europcar, so do we recommend. The hotel has immediate acces to the beautiful beach, if you do want to spend the day at the beach instead of the pool, you must be willing to pay €12 a day for a couple (which I find a shame, but this isn't the first hotel asking money for seats at the beach). I strongly recommend the local aperitif Moscatel, which is a sweet wine. You can buy this wine at 'Bodega cooperativa de vinos de chiclana'.

Superb! The hotel is very new. The people are very friendly and helpful. Lots of things for kids, plus a direct entry to the beach. Perfect place!

We are here for our second holiday. We enjoyed the hospitality and the friendly staff. The food is over the top of hotel restaurant. The Beach is fantastic and the Sea is calm. We will come back and already have plans for the next year holiday.
