We spent a week in this beautiful hotel on a Paul Claffey Tour. It was absolutely amazing . Our room had sea view so peaceful to listen to the sea at any time . The most friendly kind helpful and beautifully dressed staff i ve ever seen . Food was extraordinary .It was simply a joy to be there in every possible way . We hope to return next year .Thank you for the care you all showed to us and the wonderful breakfast staff so much fun with her in the mornings great to be greeted by a smile .

Superb location right on an endless white beach, calm, with very professional friendly staff! Make sure to book "frontal" sea view, or you might have a view on the pool area instead. This had not been clear on our booking but the friendly staff managed to move us to another room on day 2, view was superb! The hotel is not new or contemporary but spotlessly clean with comfy beds. Breakfast buffet is rich but a bit repetitive after a few days, clear re-usage between breakfast and dinner buffet, too. It is not a small hotel at least to my standards, so breakfast is loud and busy, no way to get breakfast served on your room. The same applies to the buffet dinner, that we had not booked but tried on 2 of our 10 days here. We found the buffet dinner too expensive for what it is and if you compare to the fab food you find in nice restaurants at only 10 mins drive, at lower cost and better quality. Missing a bit of afternoon pool bar variety, too, lots of cakes in the morning, churros etc, but these things not available later in the day. Beach sunbeds uncomfortable. A little too mass tourist targeted animations to our taste, and yes you notice this is co-managed by German TUI, in food and language spoken. We had a good time overall, the location is just divine. And there is lots of positive.

Nice 4 star hotel. Appreciated very much a room with private pool. Excellent breakfast. Access to a wide Atlantic beach. Parking problems when crowded.

A good place to stay. The food was perfect. The staff not so much. The Tui personnel who was supposed to show how the hotel is organized and how things work just takes time talking with people who they know and completely ignored the people new to the complex. Most of clients at the time of my stay over 50.

The reception and friendliness of all the staff , from the maintenance team through to the maitres was brilliant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a peaceful, relaxing , quiet holiday . The setting , ambience, cleanliness and friendliness of this hotel is great. Can't wait to go back later this year. Thanks to you all for an unforgettable holiday.

Very lovely and grand hotel! The staff members were all very polite and helpful unfortunately the resort may carry some perhaps racist undertones with it's guests. I went there for a few nights with my parents (who are an interracial couple) and I am mixed and we received uncomfortable stares and were ignored by some members of the food/drink service staff. We will not be back.

Such a beautiful place to stay, had the best time. The hotel bar does a great Negroni, has live entertainment. The breakfast buffet was brilliant for a wide variety of breakfasts from all around the world!

Great hotel located at the Atlantic ocean with a magnificent view. The hotel is clean and the staff is very polite. There is only 1 complaint and that is the condition of the matras. It has formed to the hundreds of guests and is now very uncomfortable. Every morning my wife and I had muscle pain. But again, that was the only complaint. It is an amazing place to stay.

Spent 2 weeks there (wrapping up the 9th of Oct). Fine hotel, great staff, breakfast/dinner met expectations. About a 3-min walk to the beach. Felt safe. There is a city bus that runs every 30 min (overly crowded) 2-min from the front door (cheap). Grocery about 8-min walk away for your beverages, if you want. Adult-operation (meaning no kids). Can't really say much negative (it was still fairly hot for end of Sep/early Oct).

That was an Hotel of top quality. But you need to be a German speaker otherwise you could feel unconfortable..
