Abysmal customer service.Our group of 5 turned up at the counter,where the chap had just served two people.He completely ignored us ,and instead just started putting spoons into each and every flavour,no acknowledgement, no hello no please wait a minute,nothing,its as if we didn't exist.After 3 minutes waiting to be served,we just walked away..I looked back and the chap didn't even bat an eyelid.Doubt if he was the owner,or if he was he must be very rich. Went across the road and had one there instead,where the assistant was lovely!!

So many ice cream flavours, and there were new ones since our last visit 2 days ago. Very friendly, helpful lady serving. Highly recommend.

The ice cream here is very nice (we’ve visited previously), but today we had a very strange encounter. We arrived at the place at 6.03pm. They told us it was closed, which was fine. We could see them packing up the tables even though the ice cream counter was still open. We asked if it was possible to take it away. They said no... closed. We stepped out of the shop and we’re trying to decide where to go next, and two people walked in and they served them! Why? We got annoyed and asked why they served the new arrivals but not us. They just repeated: closed... but they still served the other people who had arrived after us! I don’t know if this was something to do with racism (they could see our Spanish was not that great), but it seems very strange behaviour from a town where people are normally friendly to foreigners. 🤷‍♂️

It was late but my age 20 something niece, almost 20 daughter wanted ice cream so we searched but all options seemed either closed or closing. But then we saw this open till 2am¿?! YES!!! And oh my word! What Ice Cream! Really?¿!! (Can’t wait for another trip to Cadiz!)
