The ambience is nice and cozy, the food overall is alright. Some of our starters were top notch, but too contradictory to the tastelessness of our mains. If it were to have been just for the food, my review would’ve been a lot more positive. The problem I have with this place is the unprofessionalism of the staff, which already starts before even arriving. A few days ago I placed a reservation for 8pm. At 5pm today I tried to phone the restaurant 3 times to inform them about us likely going to be a bit later. Nobody picked up nor called back. So I even sent them an email, to do everything I could to inform them. Unfortunately no response here either. Upon arriving 30 minutes late, the “host” inappropriately and arrogantly reminded me of the fact that we were half an hour late of which we tried everything in our power to let them know. Still remaining calm, I nicely told him I at least phoned them 3 times to try and inform, upon which he again inappropriately responded by picking up his phone, waving it at me and saying I never called. Ok? They’re lucky the other 6 people in my party convinced me to stay as I was already about leave. The staff wasn’t friendly at all, so that didn’t make up for anything either. Clearly they wanted us to leave asap as the bill was thrown onto the table saying we had 5 minutes to be gone. While paying the bill I told him clearly the amount we had to pay, on which he decided to add another €20,-, maybe a tip he thought he deserved for his great service? When being confronted with this, of course again an inappropriate answer was the response as he blamed me for being unclear about the amount. Hopefully the additional €20,- that was charged will be used to invest in a customer service course for this man. Definitely not the experience we had expected after reading all the many positive reviews. Edit: The reason we post a review is so hopefully you can look internally at the problem that occurred, and make sure this never happens again. Obviously they didn’t do anything wrong in their own eyes, and even make up stories that never happened. Like I said, we tried everything to inform that we were going to be a bit later, which we also then were. 30 minutes. If there’s absolutely no response to us informing, I as the customer that brings you 6 other customers with me and leaves behind money, find we’re absolutely not blame for this. If you were to have picked up the phone once, or replied to the email, the problem of us being “late” in your eyes could’ve been prevented. We weren’t told that our ‘actual table’ had already been given away, and that they therefore complied to us by giving us another table. At that point we were only the 3rd table entering the restaurant anyway. After the guy waved the phone at me, he simply pointed out our table. No options were given, and therefore nothing by us was rejected? When seated, the friendly man indeed told that we had the table until 10:30pm. We were more than ready to leave by then, but unfortunately none of the attentive waitress(es) was available to visit our table to start cleaning off our plates in the first place. To then repeat myself, after 10:15pm the only interaction we had with any of the staff was the friendly host throwing the bill onto the table at 10:56pm telling us we had 5 minutes to leave. As I said, I took the time for you guys to write this review so hopefully you can prevent this customer experience from ever happening again. There’s so much more potential. Also the reason why I now take the time to reply to your response. Whatever you do with it from here, is up to you. Putting the blame back on me though however, which by the way isn’t the first, nor second time that this occurred in a very short period of time, isn’t going to help you improve. But if this is the way you continuously treat you customers, hopefully everyone who reads this will think twice before visiting this place, leaving behind a substantial amount of money for bad service and tasteless food.

No real Italian cusine. More like an "American Italian" Restaurant. Weird pizza dough... Quite pricy. The interior design is nice though if you like the beach house style.

We had to wait more then 5 minutes before we were seated, even there were only a few people in the restaurant. The waiters and waitresses didn't even pay attention. Very unfriendly and snippy. During serving it was more important that they had a look at their own mobile device for privat messages instead of taking care of the guests. Half of the food was cold. The fish on the pizza was not fresh just out of a can. The quality is not good and the prices are to high for what you get. I'm not coming back ever. There are much better restaurants in that area with waiters who have a smile on their face for their guests.

A nice ambience with friendly and accommodating staff. I loved their new veggie pizza, with a super thin, crunchy crust and fresh toppings. The wine is good too. Affordable prices. Tip: get some spicy olive oil to put on the pizza 🍕♥️. Would certainly come again!

We sat at a table with the sun directly in the eyes of one half of our group. We were early and the restaurant was empty but they refused to move us. It spoilt what was otherwise an enjoyable meal. Pity

Been lots of times but always a little hit and miss. Went twice over August and easy to book etc. Food the first time was excellent and so was the service..we sat on the terrace to eat. We actually booked the second time and opted for a seat indoors due to the very hot weather. Sadly, this was worse...my choice of pork fillets was a bad choice as the fillets were undercooked twice and there were lots of little fruit flies in the room we sat in...there were 7 of us. The staff were very apologetic but get it wrong twice? Not great. However, we will try again as many of the choices are great and the bread basket is delicious, the puzzas are good and the paella is also very good. Needs to be a little more consistent really......

Nice food and good service. Meals were large so I had to take some away. Really tasty food and huge menu with lots of options for everyone.

La Mafia offers very good and fresh food, no matter which restaurant you are in.

Nice interior but no real options for vegans tomatoe sauce or pesto (probably stiöl with cheese) pasta was really tasty but its a shame you cant eat a simple pasta with grilled veggies for example. For what we had (especially looking at nutritional value) the bill was insane.

Amazing place. So much choice on the menu. Even if you don't fancy Italian please look at the menu as they do so many other things. Waitress was extremely friendly and the place is really well decorated. Food was exceptional. The biscoff carrot cake was out of this world! Would highly recommend to anyone passing by!

The décor is modern, fresh and clean. Food was delicious. Service was a bit slow. Staff were friendly. We plan to go again 😃

A group of four of us went for Valentines dinner. Food was excellent with the exception of the pigs cheeks which were too minces up . Live singer added to the ambience. The mixed desert plater was great. Wine on the expensive side but it was valentines !Nice decor and good service .

Disappointing. The food had no taste. The boys BBQ pizza was covered in supermarket BBQ sauce. the girls salad had NO dressing, and no oil/salt/vinegar put on table - it was returned! My simple steak had no taste, yet 'repeated' for hours !!! The place looked nice, the staff professional. But jug of water is not allowed !! I don't like being 'forced' to pay lots for water. "big city" money grabbing is unwelcome in this town. Unpleasant experience. wont be going back.

Pizza over average, yet priced at the limit. The service is gentle but restrained. Atmosphere something between stylish and cozy. Good Italian restaurant.

Came for dinner midweek in May. The service was excellent. Friendly and approachable Team. Very quiet at 2030, but I guess a lot if people were watching Real Madrid lose to City that evening…. The food was fairly priced and tasty. It was immaculately appointed and could imagine it having a great atmosphere if busier. The reason not five stars. Enjoy.

Very nice ambiente. Super friendly staff. Good, affordable wine. Focaccia as a starter was super. Pulpo was a bit too long on the grill. Mains (noodles) not better than average.

Great food. Good service and recommendations from Laura N Juanca. The reason to give one star less is they serve you a selection of bread's at the beginning without asking and eventually you pay for them. Otherwise excellent food.

Nice setting for a drink. Other than that, this place is a joke. We were 4 for dinner and had our little son of 3 yrs with us. We just couldn’t find anything for him on the menu, which sometimes happens, so that’s ok. We wound up ordering a plate of noodles for him. Just noodles, no sauce, no nothing, so that our little boy would at least have something to chew on. They charged 10 € for a small plate of just noodles! Seriously? They told me that the did not have any other way than charging the cheapest noodle dish which obviously would come with a sauce. They said it was due to being a franchise. Oh and when we ordered mayonnaise for our little daughter, they brought some but without mentioning that it was truffle mayonnaise. So naturally, as our daughter tried it she did not like it. When asked them for normal mayonnaise, they said they did not have any. I have been regularly staying in the area since 2013 and come here 2 to 3 times a year with my family. I can assure you, there are much better options for Italian style food close by.

Been there for a romantic dinner with my wife. The food and the staff made it an unforgettable moment. Not expensive at all. I would like to request the beverage waiter to serve first women their wine, and gentlemen last. Excellent service.

I probably should have known better than ordering salmon in an Italian restaurant! Salmon was okay, quite a big portion which was nice. Potatoes were slightly undercooked. Nonetheless, the place was buzzy and nicely decorated! The service from our wonderful waitress was top-notch!
