    No appointments for the family doctor. You call health, they answer and after a while waiting they hang up on you. In other words, if you have something, go to the emergency room in Cádiz, if they want to see you clearly, or if you put up with the pain... The best healthcare system in the world they said... We are helpless...

    Health Responde from Andalusia is incredible. I need to renew my medication on my card. Until a couple of months ago there was no problem, my doctor called me and charged me with the medications online. Now they have removed the super friendly operators who assisted you by phone. Now they have removed this service and in its place a telematic service that is useless. The idem app from idem. They both tell me to contact my health center. The line is 902, shameful that a public service makes a profit out of a health problem. I approach my health center and the line is miles long. Me running out of my medication and not knowing what to do. What name do we give to this???

    Regrettable. I have an appointment for a specific vaccine at 10:00 and they don't have it. They don't inform me and I wait. At 10:40 I ask about the delay and they tell me to be patient, because they have to go to another center to get it to give it to me. Since I arrived they pass the cake from one to another (from the extraction room to the infirmary and then they end up treating me in the observation-emergency room). This last one is where they called me impatient after waiting 1 hour. She was thin, short, poorly educated and very unprofessional. He is also very arrogant and talks about you. This is indeed painful for public health. How will they treat older people? Out of sadness and about that person I think more things that I am not going to reflect.

    First, there are no appointments only for the family doctor. I need to renew prescriptions and until the 19th (we are at 8) there are no appointments. I go to the health center to see if they can give me an appointment sooner and the solution they give me is to call today and talk to my doctor, who is on call. I have called 11 times, of which 4 times I got through and the other 7 they didn't pick up... And the other number they gave was turned off. Fatal, huh? Fatal... To make you sick, wow...

    Of shame. After 3 days trying to make an appointment, I leave work and go urgently. First they take me to a consultation for an antigen test (I was simply going to get a prescription for something for my throat). After being in that consultation for 20 minutes they tell me to go to consultation 6 since there are no antigens to perform. Then another hour and a half to enter the consultation. In short... we can get little positive, to say nothing

    We are from Madrid and I went to the emergency room with my 4-year-old child. They looked at it all, the treatment was great, a great pediatrician and the lovely patient care girl. A 10 without a doubt.

    Very bad experience, the administrator who treated me made a mistake with my doctor and after more than 4 hours waiting for an emergency, the doctor who treated me prescribed something that I couldn't take since he didn't even consult my file and the day ended even worse. . Regrettable.

    I went to the gynecology consultation this summer and the doctor who treated me was super rude. She refused to do her job because I was going to have my first check-up and according to her you could only go there for a major problem, she told me to go to private healthcare. She was very unfriendly and made me leave the office crying due to her disproportionate reaction. With other professionals, I have always had good experience.
