Peculiar landscape mix of nature and human action of what were former salt mines. The inhabitants of La Isla take advantage of it to unclog the arteries by doing a little exercise. Be careful at twilight, as blood-sucking vampires (mosquitoes) appear, the most abundant fauna in this so-called natural park.

Path located right next to the town center, with three entrances along the entire Ronda del Estero, and with various branches, so you can alternate walks through different places, each one with its particular beauty. If we enter through the Zaporito channel we see the only tide mill, of the several that were in the marshes, that has been preserved in good condition. With the tide full the trailhead around here is beautiful. The Zaporito channel joins the Sancti-Petri channel when reaching the first bend, and from there we contemplate the Zuazo bridge, the Zurraque channel and the Carrascón. Quite a sight to behold. The wonder of this trail is that you are in the middle of nature and right next to the town. Sometimes without even entering the path, from the sidewalk of Ronda del Estero you can see flamingos very close.

Sendero muy cómodo, cerca de la ciudad, fácil de hacer tanto andando como en bicicleta, y con increíbles vistas a los caños, con abundancia de aves de todo tipo incluido flamencos garcetas y otros. Muy recomendable

Very nice trail, it has water and something to snack on, it can be done by bike or on foot. When you get to Chiclana, ask where the tram stops, it is close. and for €2.50 you don't have to walk the return trip. It's for the whole family, wear a hat and put on sunscreen, there is no shade the entire way.

It is a very pleasant walk where you can walk or play sports. It is all flat and the road is flat, without accidents. It is suitable for children and adults and easily connects with San Fernando. Depending on the tide, it is possible to see many animals in the environment, birds, crustaceans, fish...

Beautiful natural environment in which to go running or riding a bike, walking with children or animals or simply taking a walk. Perfect for all this. Very good care. There is tranquility. Typical marsh vegetation and fauna and lots of crab in the mud.

👍👍 A spectacular park for the little ones. Really lucky to have an area for children to play with so many things: swings, slides, etc. In addition, there are very pleasant picnic areas for young and old and the vegetation is well cared for. The biggest drawback is that some vandals have made graffiti.

👍👍 Very good marsh trail. It is very well signposted and prepared. The return can be done along the beach, making the entire loop at the end. The protection zone for the snowy plover is especially important.
