Absolutely the worst purchasing experience ever - booked and paid for delivery on 22nd of month, stayed in all day, no delivery, no notification that the delivery was not coming, no notification of change of date, after chasing several times offered an alternative date 2 weeks later with no option of collecting from store and then threatened to charge for delivery again if no-one home on the revised date and all after no apology for me waiting all day for a delivery that did not come. Spent thousands of euros with them this year and now they will never see another cent from me. Terrible service !!!!!!!!!!

As with any IKEA it leads you on a long circuitous route through all they have to offer but who doesn't love seeing all the perfectly designed rooms! Some great food provides a pit stop for those who need it and the opportunity for a cheeky beer. Just try not to get to carried away with the spending, easier said than done mind you!!

The absolute worst online experience for click and collect at this store. I ordered a couch online to pick up this week. The first email stated it was being processed. The next said it didn’t go through, which I assume I made a mistake with the billing address. The email message came through so fast, I forgot to review my bank account first. I simply switched cards and tried buying the couch again. Both orders stated the same thing via email and “unknown” on the purchase history online. Of course, I checked my accounts to find that I was charged twice in a manner of mins. I looked up the order numbers through Where Is My Order, and both were cancelled yet my money was gone from my bank account. I have had to file two disputes with my cards for a couch that I never even received an email stating it was processed. I was going to order a larger order next for more products but never again. I never experienced this online in the USA.

Hard to differentiate an Ikea from another one ! I've been in quite a few and they all look the same! Difference here, it's fully packed during the hot days so except early morning don't even think about it! In August the city is deserted so I guess it's a bit better, except for that same old same old!

The store is super small. There was no much to buy.

Arived at 21h25 at the restaurant and was not able to get a meal. A lady working there said they already closed. Restaurant closes at 21h30.

Friendly service. Pleasant staff. What you expect from a IKEA store. We found what we were looking for.

Good service but it's not clear where to park high vehicles.

Smaller than Málaga and somewhat difficult to get there due to poor signage for getting to the parking lot.

The charging ports of the parking are enabled again just 2 charging ports the left one charges at 7.5kwp and the right one charges at 3.5kwp

It seems they are advanced but they are not. The dogs can go in but not to the food area, we have a restaurant and the dogs can go in, but the stupid spanish we try to keep them out.

Good underground parking, cafeteria with terrace where you can sit with your dog, and a separate restaurant. Staff are very helpful as always and we managed to buy exactly what we needed!

Food court is amazing… I’m picking and never thought I’d like it. Something for the whole family and cheap cheap… we travelled from Spain and I didn’t want junk food… free parking and gas station is close it’s a one and some your on your way…

As with all IKEA stores this one makes shopping easy by displaying its products well and by providing helpful and knowledgeable staff. However, it was disappointing to find some of the products on display were out of stock. One particular product, the only tea pot in their range, would be out of stock for a further 12 months. That's right a whole year.! There is only so much that can be credibly blamed on covid. In such cases they should stop claiming they sell the product.

This ice cream machine takes 120 seconds to produce one scoop for a cone. With 20 people waiting in the queue, and each with 4 cones, you are going to be waiting almost 1.5 hours. Not worth it. IKEA need to have another machine!!!

Ikea is IKEA.. there is no much to comment about it. I find it a great business with reasonable prices and quality.

Whats not to love?!?! Its Ikea!! Some stuff you get what you pay for and other things, well you put it together to make up for what you didn't pay for. The staff at this particular store have been pretty great. Even with my language barrier which I'm trying very hard to fix.

Good shop but customer service needs to be improved.

It's an Ikea but in Spain. Besides that good selection and right by the mall.

Two stars, because the people are lovely. Unfortunately a visit to the restaurant ruined our day. We tried chicken nuggets, and several types of croquetas, and sadly every single item of food was bland and unappetising. Hot food should be hot, and ours was barely warm. Not my favourite place to eat.

I Like the capuccino coffee and I enjoy the view of Seville from the IKEA's restaurante
