Super lazy employees. Unprofessional and rude, especially PRIYANSHA JAMWAL. Be prepared to wait forever. She wastes your time and does nothing. She does not know elementary things and looks at the diagnosis on the Internet. This is so unprofessional!!! Revoke her license! This is dangerous for patients. Also she makes an appointment in the office, then says that she lost the results, appoints again and so on for several months in a row. This is nonsense and ridiculous !! I wouldn't be surprised if she's doing it on purpose to get money from an insurance scam.

I don’t know if this health services in general or what is going on, but I hope you can wait over a month to see your doctor, nothing urgent will ever be taken care of here, it’s pretty sad. The girls in the front desk are “helpful” if you only want information, if you are to need a service you better be really PATIENT and wait for at least 5 weeks, hopefully you are not feeling super bad.

if there is a zero star rating that's what this place will get. people with common sense knows this. my child had a tooth chipped little bit on her baby tooth about the size of rice grain just about 2 weeks before seeing the dentist, no pains, no swelling, no cavities, we thought it better to have dentist fill the gap so foods won't stuck in there. Dent said, there is cavities, there is infections, the tooth has to come out. I said but there is no pains, and it just chipped 2 weeks ago. Dentist want 5 appt to complete the job, from cleaning to extraction final with spacer. wow! I regret after taking my child to this place.

For my kids vaccinations only took 2H 45 mints + they did not record it on the vaccines cart I went back to the clinic and said ohh we forget. Please be careful with kids Medicine you can kill these kids when you forget. I will change it ASAP and not recommend this place to any one. People please be careful what they apply to your kids and make sure the medicine is the right one. Unfortunately they hire people that it’s realy hard to talk to them. Believe me WALMART has more customer service then your staff.

It's impossible to talk to anyone on the phone and when you do talk to someone they just hang up on you. My son has a fractured leg and they couldn't get him in for an appointment for a referral for over a week. I've been waiting on them to contact me for his school excuse for pe for 3 days now. Everytime I call they just tell me they will send another note to the doctor and there's no supervisor to talk to. Do better wellspace health.

if you want to die prematurely, go visit wellspace health. I have been bounced around back and forth trying to get referred to the right doctor for the last year. The referral staff & general organization of this healthcare company is the worst i have ever experienced in my lifetime. they have dragged me through circles over & over and no one seems to have a clue what is going on the other end.

This is not a good place for families, especially for your sweet children. I went there to get an appointment for my two children who are seriously ill, but the receptionists behaved very badly and still didn't give me an appointment, and I saw bad people there that you can't imagine. I didn't do it either.

The Doctors are wonderful but the staff answering the phones and dealing with their patients should be retrained or fired , they have no compassion at all . They actually act like they hate their jobs. Terrible

Garbage place and staff. Oh yeah you have to wait for hours after check in till the doctor check you. Dr priyansha Jamwal is rude and has no attitude as of human being at all.

Worst place ever I seen , the management has to change those front desk weirdos. They are not helpful to the patient.

My wife is pregnant and goes here. We have pretty good health plan through my employer and her pcp referred her here. Overall, the service is okay here but the reason for the two stars is: 1) they have canceled appointments last minute and they did call but never left a voice mail. We witnessed another lady angry about this too and fighting with the nurses. People have to take time off work so if you need to cancel then at least do it a day ahead or leave a voice-mail. 2) the doctor doesn't do much but check her pulse and asks a few questions. That's it. For our first child, we lived in Mexico and paid private doctors throughout her pregnancy and they did thorough checks and bloodwork to make sure mom and baby are okay. Here it seems that they just want to collect the insurance money and bill a 6 minute visit as being 30 to 45 minutes. I would find a different place if you want better care.

Haven’t made it there yet they have canceled on me twice they called the day before to confirm the appointment then the day after canceled on my vm early the next morning I wonder if the do this to all there new patients? They should get some people in there that know how to run the show and happy to help and maybe just maybe a Doctor that give’s a F%#k

So when I am able to get seen, the care is great, but the two missing stars are the fact that they don't have any available appointments for a minimum of two months. The next available after this, is another 3 months.

Call had to leave a message for a call back was called back all my all my questions were answered I was referred to one of their other clinics that could see me immediately the receptionist was very helpful

102523 talked to receptionist julie and stated i didnt recieve an email regarding pin for wellspace portal. I cant check information on my 5 yr old or surveys for wellspace.
