It's never open! This is probably the 5th time I've tried going here before 5pm and it's always closed. Why?! Just change your effing hours to 10am-3pm. Update: the ONLY doctor they have here doesn't see children. Only 18 and over. So it's awesome that my 2, 6, and 7 year olds are assigned to this urgent care. 😒

This clinic has a terrible stuff, and they make their own rules. No booster shot, not allowed to enter, they know that Covid shots aren’t mandate. The receptionist/ in call taker is a rude man, doesn’t know how to talk, doctor is rude too, Never come to this location, Very poor customer services. It takes days to have them schedule you to be seen by this jerk..

yes they close the sliding door window when they don’t want to talk to you , sometimes I wonder if all Hindus are like that too , I worked there for a little bit and left because dr reddy the doc was so mean to me she would scream at me in front of the other receptionist there if I didn’t get something right , they have a unsanitary establishment. They don’t do anything there but give Referalls and dr reddy talks bad about patients behind there back I don’t know why this place is still open I wish I never met that horrible big monster, the other Hindu dr is nice but dr reddy is a crasy person I don’t know how she is even a dr. She treated me so bad I cried after work . I think they are doing something illegal at that office . I would never trust them with my healthcare needs I feel bad for the senior citizens that go there .also when I was working there they didn’t have a small adult cuff , dr reddy said she didn’t have one so I had to take blood pressure from a small adult with a big cuff wich would come out inaccurate ,hope this place closes. Please don’t go there .

I like doctor Reddy as a person but this place rarely returns phone calls. Most of the time when you call you only get the voicemail. The receptionists are not helpful. I have been having issues for months. Issues with referrals, getting refills, ive had to wait an hour past my appointment time to get seen, and the hours are strange. I have reached out to her through the pharmacy, my insurance and with the receptionist to get approval for a medication. I really wish I didnt have to write a negative but it was the straw that broke the camel's back. I was hoping not to have to change to a new doctor right after surgery but I'm going to have to.

Very disappointed today.☹️ I had to go to Elk Grove Urgent care last Monday for sever abdomen pain. They told me to follow up with my primary doctor because, believe it or not, they could not figure out what was wrong. I was given a shot for the pain and sent home. I was scheduled to see my doctor today October 6, 2020. I received a call on the 5th, saying my appointment was cancelled. I went in anyway. Once I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, but it was cancelled. Then I saw my doctor and she said, I just saw you 2 weeks ago. I told her about me having to go to Elk Grove Urgent Care and that I was still having abdominal pain. She was very nonchalant about it and responded she would refer me to someone who could help. I was pleased with that response but I felt as if she didn't have time for me or she didn't want to be bothered. I have never felt as if my doctor didn't care or that I was not worth her time, but today I felt as if she really didn't care. I have always rated her a 10, but for some reason today I felt like I was not important. If I am wrong and I was just in my feelings, when I return in November I will update this post. My mother was referred to follow up with her PCP because of her Shingles. When we stopped by Reddy’s Urgent Care office to make an appointment, we were said that the earliest appointment would be in 3 weeks. Has anyone not seen how unethical and uncaring this practice treats their patients? First of all, this place is not an Urgent Care. Second, my mother being the patient of this doctor for two years, has never been recommended to do her Shingles vaccine. Third, Shingles last for 2-4 weeks and this doctor thinks by 3 week appointment she will just get better. Fourth, you never know if you are at the DMV or a doctor’s office with the degree of disrespect and attitude that you are welcomed with. I hate to leave bad reviews.

I was trying to schedule an appointment and left many voice mails and never got a call back .after many attempts they answer and I try to schedule an appointment and they told me I had to get a COVID test 48hours before my appointment.and the lady didn’t even schedule me an appointment right away she told me she was going to call me in 24 hours to schedule an appointment. After reading all this bad reviews i decided to change to another clinic .I would never go to that clinic .

This place is not an urgent care, and should not be listed as one. Upon bringing someone here, the front desk informed me that the doctor only accepts appointments. This place should be listed as a private practice / doctor's office. Go to Elk Grove Urgent Care if you need urgent care services. Based on my own experience with the front desk staff, they were kind and professional, which is why I gave them an additional star.
