The staff is very pleasant and my Stylist @andreanelson gave me an Awesome Cut and Style. I was in and out in no time. Their service is the best , the cost is perfectly priced, there was no waiting in line , the setting is very nice and relaxing. I would recommend them to everyone. Wow!!! What a school. These teachers put a lot of care into their students. The students were great by the way. They put color into my sons hair. He's 8 soon to be 9. We did it as a gift for his birthday. It took him a minute. But they were patient as heck with him, and he looks amazing. I plan to go back and do my own hair. Thanks to all of them for the great experience. My nephew and spouse also did their hair. AMAZING!!!!

Z did a fabulous service for me—highlights and low lights. BETTER than I’ve ever had at any other salon. He listened to what I wanted—a more blended and natural look—and transformed my over-highlighted hair into a classier color with a great cut, too. I really appreciate his attention to detail.

Got my hair done here, little trim and hair dye session. Loved the result of my hair! I really appreciate the work of the students and the reasonable pricing. I also attend the school and wanted to support the future hair stylists here. The outcome was great, the only flaws were that the person I originally had an appointment with wasn't there (but I get it life happens). Instead, I had 2 other students who did a great job, however the back of my shirt was pretty soaked by the time we were done and I don't think that's supposed to happen, it was just water so I didn't mind, I just don't know if another client would be ok with it. But keep up the good work! Again, the outcome of my hair was great.

Had a fantastic appointment for shave and men’s facial at Paul Mitchell. Joel did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. So glad I took the time to do this. Great job Joel, and to the team.

It’s been two weeks and I’ve been debating on writing this. I’m super disappointed in my hair cut. I don’t even like my hair anymore and every time I touch my hair I get mad. I do realize this is a school and I guess you get what you pay for? The girl who cut my hair was sweet and we chatted. She is about to graduate soon. In my head I’m thinking okay, she has maybe more experience than others. I have very long, curly hair. I went in for color and a cut. I provided a picture of what idea I had in mind. Seemed simple. The girl never asked for direction from the instructor and just cut my hair. I now have short layers underneath and the top of my hair is long. It’s uneven . I have a missing chunk of hair in the middle of my head pretty much. She made a couple cuts and had to go get the instructor as I think she knew she messed up. Instead of being honest, the instructor came and tried to cover it up. I had been there since 5:45 and it was after 10 pm by the time I was done. I didn’t even notice my hair until the next day. I have been here a few times and my experience this time was not anywhere close to my previous experiences which were great! Afterwards the girl told me she had never cut hair this long or done layers on long hair. I’m disappointed in my hair cut and also the lack of direction and supervision from the instructors.

I love having my hair color, highlights and cut at this location. The instructors are always pleasant and professional. The ambience has a great vibe. I highly recommend it.

I have only been during the evening I have had great service from both the teachers and students. Everyone is always so happy and kind. Hailee colored my hair. I was extremely happy with how it came out. I’m adding a before and after picture. Looking forward to my next appointment there!
