Lovely
old
place
but
felt
complacent.
A
group
of
us
visited
and
depending
on
who
answered
the
phone
we
either
got
a
friendly
welcome
or
a
cross,
stern
person.
Customer
service
shouldn't
be
hit
or
miss
but
consistent.
We
visited
in
very
hot
weather
(over
100F)
and
none
of
us
were
told
to
hydrate,
where
to
get
drinking
water
for
our
large
water
bottles.
We
had
to
fill
up
at
crude,
outdoor
water
fountains.
That
is
not
acceptable
in
this
day
and
age.
Maybe
in
the
1850s,
but
not
today.
We
had
a
great
chat
with
the
general
manager
who
is
wonderful
and
gave
our
suggestions
for
a
water
station
at
the
pool
house
next
to
the
ice
machine
as
well
as
one
in
the
lobby
and
by
the
baths.
This
would
save
on
people
using
plastic,
disposable
bottles.
We
also
suggested
grab
bars
to
help
folks
in
and
out
of
the
baths.
Historical
or
not,
guests'
safety
ought
to
matter
more.
The
rooms
are
immaculate
and
beds
are
comfy.
That's
a
great
feature
to
depend
on
but
also
to
recommend
the
place
with
confidence.
The
dining
hall
is
classic
old
school
charm
with
a
basic
spread,
but
again,
for
a
place
that
is
supposed
to
improve
one's
health,
offering
plastic
creamers
is
an
insult,
esp
at
over
$200
per
night.
That
has
to
change
immediately
to
real
cream,
or
give
noon-dairy
options.
For
heavens
sake,
this
isn't
the
1960s.
The
general
manager
was
so
nice
and
receptive
he
even
took
notes
when
we
all
suggested
signs
for
people
to
keep
quiet.
There
need
to
be
more
signs
for
overly
excited
young
adults
to
keep
their
swimwear
on
in
the
hot
tub
as
well.
There
was
some
decidedly
inappropriate
behavior.
That
is
wretched
and
against
public
health
code
as
well
as
decency.
Staff
need
to
make
much
more
frequent
walk-throughs
to
maintain
standards.
Despite
all
the
room
to
grow
and
get
better,
I've
told
many
people
to
visit
this
old
shrine
but
really
want
to
see
the
venue
show
more
initiative
in
caring
for
guests'
health
and
safety
with
easy
access
to
drinking
water,
physical
safety
at
the
baths
(I
could
never
invite
an
elderly
person
and
that
seems
so
unfair
just
because
the
mindset
is
so
stuck
in
the
past),
and
healthier
options
in
the
buffet.
Overall
wonderful
if
you
are
able
bodied
and
not
handicapped
or
too
elderly.
Be
sure
to
go
to
town
for
the
AMAZING
Silver
Oak
coffee
and
the
yummy
food
at
Cultivo.
Ukiah
has
growing
pains
but
it's
getting
better
and
worth
a
visit.
