Great beer and awesome food. We had the vegetable focaccia sandwich and the schnitzel. The bread pudding was a great finish to a wonderful meal. Special thanks to the wait-staff. She answered our questions and gave us excellent suggestions. Oh, yes the beer... Hazy Little Thing. Good complement to the schnitzel.

I had lunch here with a large group, and the service was excellent, and the food was tasty hot, and fresh!! I had the burger with garlic fries, and the lemon, ginger, hibiscus hard kombucha.

An amazing selection of beer from ambers, porters, stouts all the way to ages barley wines. I really appreciate how they have yearly special release ales, stouts and IPAs. They even have a year round release of a whisky barrel aged Narwhal stout that is hands down my favorite beer or theirs. Keep the awesome beers coming! 🍺

Overall the experience was great. We had a party of 14 and the server overall took carr of us pretty good. The Pastrami Pretzel burger was really good. Very tasty pastrami and went well with my beer. The Gumbo was super spicy. I liked how it was pretty thick based Gumbo, but the spiciness overwhelmed the other flavor. Rib eye was great. Chicken pasta was what you would expect. No reservations for Sundays but at 5pm we were able to get a table really quick. By 6pm we saw people waiting for tables.

Absolute wonderful tour. Our guide was terrific and shared tons of details. They have done outstanding in the area of sustainability. You get a beer at the beginning of the tour and samples at that the end, including select brews only available at the brewery.

In-depth tour with very knowledgeable tour guide and great costumer service. I feel supporting this brand even more now. We learned not only about beer, but also about the brand and got impressed with their sustainable practices. The taste of the beer became even more delicious. Highly recommend it.

Not only some of the best Beer choices of your life, but most definitely some of the best food in California! Fire roasted brick oven for pizza, the best ranch dressing I've ever had, not to mention how incredibly nice and attentive the staff is. If you want a great experience, bring the Family!

Beer is great. Food is good but overpricing. One of few breweries would spend quite effort setting up a nice dine in restaurant. Lots of cute decos. However, the most concerning part about this place is its hygiene. It’s unclear to me why their indoor seating can have so many flies wandering around. I had to keep waiving my hands to guard my food… definitely recommend for their beer but not for their food, especially considering their price and the long wait.

Known for their beer, Sierra-Nevada Brewing Company, has nailed the food and service side of their business. We had their Pale Ale on-site for the first time and the flavor of the malt was slightly different fresh compared to the bottles I've had all over the country. The sausage plate was an example of how you should do an appetizer. Each sausage was perfect and the pairing vegetables were exceptional as well. I had the brick chicken which was so full of flavor and the squash was perfectly cooked and the smashed potatoes were crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. The pistachio tart looks simple, but is loaded with flavor and the chocolate and crust bring a mixture of textures and visual layers. First time here, but not my last!

Pleasantly surprised by food selection, recommend Ham & Provolone with croissant bun, best Tomatoe bisque I had. Checked out the flights and enjoyed Chaos Reigns, Christian’s Jam, Northern Hemharvest, Rum Quad.

Wonderful dinner with the family. This has been on my list to hit and did not disappoint. Service was excellent and food was above and beyond 'brewery' food. Recommend the prawn and salmon pasta and don't skip the focaccia bread appetizer!

Great experience, we expected bar food, however the blackened salmon,, the fish tacos, the focaccia bread with tomato sauce (really good), the wings along with the beer was just awesome and perfect. Totally taken by surprise to receive such quality and balanced flavor profiles. Plus the ambiance and atmosphere of the brewery was special. Loved the gift shop too! Lol Thank you!

Me and my family went to the restaurant part of the building and it was awesome! The food was delicious and cooked to perfection! My uncle really loved the alcohol samplers! I want to give a huge shout out to the service too! Elba I think that's how to spell her name! She was awesome and kind! We loved her and she has a great personality! She deserves a raise or a promotion because she is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time)! If you go there, I highly recommend her to be your waitress! Thank you Elba and Sierra Nevada!!

First time at their facility and doing the tour, not new to the beer. I highly recommend going and doing the tour, it was fun and very interesting. The food is just as amazing as the beer, great job!!

Great beer and food. Good selection of beers (styles). I like the 1/2 pint option, better than flights. Service was great, the place is great.

When in the Chico area I highly recommend the tour. Facinating story behind this family owned business. Need to buy tour tix online and only $10 each. Great tour and very interesting. Loved and bought alot of the reasonably priced merchandise too. Had dinner at their restaurant and the best food including stone fired pizza. Everything was so delicious. Enjoy 🍺.

Friendly service from bar, table, and store. Indoor and outdoor seating.outdoor seating has umbrellas, fans, and misters for the warm days. Delicious and fun food menu options and great variety of beer, hard kombuchas, and a new hard seltzer. I loved the seltzer. It was not ready for sale in a growler yet. I look forward to when it is.

This is a cool stop in the small college town of Chico, CA. Family friendly. There's something on the menu for everyone, including a good kids menu. Food is comforting and yummy. We had the pretzel w/beer cheese & mopped up the cheese with the steamed broccoli we had on the side. The kid's Mac n cheese was a generous portion. We tried it & I must admit that it was cooked perfectly & seasoned to creamy perfection. The pastrami sandwich special was a bit on the dry side, but edible. The pickle has the perfect mix of sweet & sour to it. The caesar salad was delicious & refreshing. The kitchen was nice enough to split the order for two of us to share. Again, generous portions here. We appreciated it. There's a nice outdoor patio area with fans & misters. Large parking lot so there's no shortage of parking spaces. After eating at the restaurant, you can walk down to the building next door to check out the gift shop and tap room. There's some table games and shuffle board in the upstairs area. Lots of cool SNBC gear & beer.

Good food and good service as always. The only deal here that can go either way is the fact that they change menu often, so you need to be ready for that change. I like it sometimes, I'm happy they keep a couple staples like their beer cheese and pretzle. Best candy Cane I could go for image wise.

I had to try 4 beers, thanks to that flight card option. Wild little thing(1) and the summer break(3) were my favorite. Paired these with pretzel and cheese for appetizer. For the main course, I got blacken salmon. I was torn between fish and chips but our server chose blacken salmon and It was a winner. For the dessert, of course I chose my all time favorite pistachio tart and that sealed the deal in this celebration. It’s time for a good time.

Came to Chico last summer, and this place was probably the highlight of the town. Very good food and excellent service! I would say this was the best food of my entire trip! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting or traveling through Chico. I would recommend making a reservation.
