BEDBUGS!!! I didn’t know what they were until the day I stayed here. Every time I feel a tickle I check for bed bugs. The desk clerk ended up refunding HALF my money. The manager apparently didn’t think my complaint justified his presence. He was there though I communicated with him via the desk clerk. Then when I was leaving the manager was mean mugging me. Super sketchy. I did not stay here. When I went to leave I picked my laptop up off the bed and there were like three more tiny bed bugs under it. Had to quarantine all my stuff. Gross and incompetent management.

Front desk woman was friendly over the phone and in person. Coffee maker that has the coffee, cups, and sugar. As for the showers, the water pressure is pretty decent and the temperature of the water gets really warm. I will admit, there were some blood stains on the bathroom walls and the towels did look a little worse for wear. I have not noticed any big of sorts, though. The room is nice and quiet and the bed is comfortable. I am not a picky person though. For $78 I can honestly say, I am not dissatisfied. I have not tried to turn on the TV and probably won't. I would suggest that if you decide to stay here, ask for the internet password as you get your room key.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED TWO BEDS!! I would give negative stars I could. We booked a double bed room for 3 people, myself, my husband and our 8 year old son. We get here to check it and the man puts us in a single queen room. We paid for the double room (over $100). He has no other doubles available and says it must have been a mistake. Even though we have our booking info. THEN he says he will cancel the room free of charge and we can find somewhere else. Mind you, we paid for a double queen bed room yet we're put in a single queen and weren't given the single queen room price which was $78. We paid over $100 for that damn double room and the owners only response was, "I can cancel free of charge and you find somewhere else." Considering there literally is nowhere else, what are we to do? We had to go buy an air mattress for our son. PLUS they still have the double room listed as available!! They are ripping people off!

DO NOT STAY HERE My friend and I stayed there over St. PATRICK weekend. Outside was well maintained but inside nothing was changed. There was a glove in the bed, dust all over the appliances pubic hairs in tub, towels were stained with God knows what and the phone was disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE! the manager wanted to give us 10 dollars back. Then he said he would not give back any.

Where to start. We paid 100$, which isn't bad for a Saturday night, but it really wasn't worth it. The entrance isn't too bad, the pool looked a little sketchy, and there were people hanging out and drinking on their tail gates in the parking lot. Still, not bad. We get into the room, the light switch doesn't work and the bed light closest to the door isn't working either. They were both missing lightbulbs! The pillow cases had stains on them. The bathroom had water roaches (beetles). The coffee station was filthy. There is no hair dryer. The tv remote batteries were dead. People were banging around in the rooms on either side of us until midnight. In the morning we woke up to see a huge cockroach on the wall right above the fridge/microwave. Obviously not impressed. It seems to be more of a place for druggies to call home. :/ would NOT revisit!

Came in expecting the worst given reviews for this place. However, it was a pretty decent experience. Pros: +I looked, there were no bugs of any sort on our bed or floor. + The AC, fridge, microwave looked and functioned just fine. + Overall, the place was clean. + Easy parking + Close to Chico State and other shopping areas + No weirdos hanging out in the area. Felt pretty safe even late at night ( we got there at around midnight 2 times) + Affordable! During graduation other places doubled their prices. We paid $150 for a 1 bed during graduation weekend Downside: - Towels were stained. Not like they weren't washed, more like they had really dark stains that couldn't be removed by the washer or something. So, def bring your own towel. - Minor physical damages (e.g. a little damage to the center if the bathroom door, screw holes from things that were probably screwed on the wall before - small details like that). - Not the most chic-looking place on the outside Overall, I would stay there if you are in a tight budget and really needed a place to crash. Not the most pretty place, but it is safe, clean (except for towels), and affordable.

Overall a good place to stay. Clean room, quiet location. Good customer service. If you're just looking for an inexpensive place with no-frills this is it.

The most bothersome to me about this place is in the room I was in there were two electrical outlets the were in my opinion fire hazards. Both were usable if you were not scared of speaking! I did contact the front desk and they sent someone to look at them. However, two days later when I checked out they were still there waiting for someone. The motel is in a good location just off the freeway. So that's a plus. Off the main road set back in the yard it's not as noisy as it could of been. TV fine.

Just tired and I needed a cheap room for the night. No amenities, limited movie selection, all of which contain ads, so I just shut off the TV. No wash cloths in the bathroom.

What I really liked about the motel is the staff very nice and friendly. If there is someone causing a problem they are right on top of it. Very nice and quiet

Disgusting and smoky rooms with fire holes in the bedspread and hair in the shower. Worst motel ever....
