I had an appointment at this location. The workers were nice ;however, I didn’t appreciate them stating my results to everyone. I was in the patient room with the door close ,waiting for the dr.That’s when I heard them disclosing my results . I am just wondering what happened to patient confidentiality .

Carelessly Gave my boyfriend a std shot. They made him sit down to get the shot instead of laying sowing or bending over as they normally would …once he was done with the shot they monitor you and if you are not well after the shot you shouldn’t be released by yourself…he was certainly not well but they didn’t care and let him go anyways here we are 3 days later his left side of his body hurt mostly limp and now he can’t control his bladder or matter ..do not go to this planned parent hood

I wish I could give 5 stars because the staff was nice but I can't I stressed at my appointment how important it was for me to get a certain prescription. When I called to have it transferred due to down systems at the pharmacy they assured me it would be an HR they never sent it over. The emergency line was absolutely no help and actually hung up on me.

My appointment was at 10:20. I showed up 15 minutes early and didn't get called in until 11. I went in for an implant removal and didn't leave til around 12:10 because of how long they took for a 5 minute procedure. Not only that but she literally used 3 pieces of tape to make a star and tape my wound shut. The last time I had this removed it was a simple gauze and tape and the scar was the smallest dot. She did seem to be having trouble getting it out but I didn't expect it to be this bad that she needed to tape me shut.This one is easily going to be about 10 times the size of my last one. I've never had issues with this location until now. Completely ridiculous.

They were extremely nice to me. They went above and beyond. Words cannot describe how much my nurse Jessie went out of her way to make me feel better. I’ve never been treated better as a patient. They took what I wanted into consideration, gave me my options and helped me so much. I ended up having to call the help line for advice later and they were so kind. The nurse called me back an hour later to check on me. It sucks they have bad reviews. I do think that people don’t fully understand the healthcare system and nothing is going to be perfect. I will forever appreciate the people who work at this location. Thank you again for your services.

Staff and nurses are very nice. I had a appointment at 1250 and I guess I had a phone appointment but I told them no they told me to come here. The lady at the front desk said she will talk to them and see if I can be seen and a few minutes later they told me they can fit me in and I didn't have to wait long they saw me right away.

I came in very early before my appointment time and they were too nice to see me right away. Dr Naik and Lily took care of me. They were too nice and very patient. I felt a little light headed after my procedure and Lily was nice enough to offer some apple juice and actually checking on me often to see if im doin ok. This is what you call good customer service. Thank you 🙏🏻 ♥️

They were actually fast and I didn't have to wait a long time. I had an appointment at 1:30 but came 15 minutes earlier and waited atleast 2 minutes for them to call me to see the doctor. The only complaint i have is if whoever picks up the pee they would pick it up faster I had to put my pee in with 2 others patients but other than that great service.

I loved my experience here. Everything was nice and easy. I was a bit early for my appointment, but they were very sweet and accommodating. Got all I needed done and they answered all of my questions.

I went to this particular location, the ladies at the reception were so disgustingly unprofessional.🤮🤢

i would give 0 stars if i could , don’t come here. highly unprofessional staff, the lady in the front who helped me was extremely rude, clearly did not care about my privacy what so ever & they have 0 empathy for any of their patients. she was talking about my business loud enough for the whole office to hear. i thought patient confidentiality was a thing. embarrassing and humiliating. do not come here!
