was
a
member
for
approximately

months.
The
receptionist
Víctor
was
a
kind
person
at
first,
then
he
began
to
ignore
me
every
time
I
asked
him
to
sell
me
something
(water,
gum
or
order
training
material)
so
I
reported
it
to
the
other
receptionist
who
justified
it
as
much
as
he
could,
Víctor
later
He
began
to
make
comments
to
me
about
his
“rules”
at
the
gym,
which
it
is
worth
saying,
they
never
provided
me
with
a
regulation
or
signed
anything,
he
began
to
tell
me
that
I
was
committing
“mistakes”
in
the
gym
that
were
in
the
regulations,
which
he
never
mentioned
to
me
at
the
time
and
He
only
waited
to
grab
me
alone
to
tell
me
“nicely”
but
really
it
was
just
intimidation,
that's
when
I
decided
that
as
soon
as
my
last
monthly
payment
was
due,
I
would
retire.
Besides,
as
I

they
would
never
provide
me
with
the
regulations
or
sign
anything,
which
I
believe
is
legally
wrong
because
they
never
provided
me
with

regulations.
I
ended
up
leaving
the
gym
due
to
discomfort
and
because
the
receptionist
Angie,
who
was
on
the
morning
shift,
only
sought
to
justify
the
Mr.
friends
and
guests
that
I
brought,
my
membership
number
was
1638,
I
will
never
go
again
and
in
short
I
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND
IT,
they
have
even
fired
my
friends
because
they
had
“videos
of
them
breaking
the
rules”
and
they
did
not
say
what
rules
they
broke,
They
only
threatened
them
that
they
were
going
to
deny
access
for
non-compliance
with
“rules”,
rules
that
they
never
provided
to
us
and
it
is
worth
saying
that
I
hope
that
those
videos
are
from
the
cameras
and
not
from
the
receptionist
recording
the
users
because
if
so,
they
only
corroborate
their
lack
of
professionalism.
I
appreciate
the
kindness
of
the
morning
receptionist
and
the
afternoon
coach
because
they
helped
me
a
lot,
but
from
then
on,
I
would
not
return
to
a
place
where
they
are
more
interested
in
imposing
their
power
than
the
well-being
of
the
users.
