Had a bad experience here. I went into the women's restroom and there were two employees in there gossiping right at the door, and both stalls had NO TOILET PAPER! I felt like I ruined their conversation. The food was okay but I think employees need to be retrained. Last time, there was an employee in the bathroom on her phone THE BATHROOM ISN'T A BREAK ROOM! (And if employees are in there, they should be using it or cleaning it up) The place is also unclean. I wouldn't recommend going here.

Historically, I have not had any issues with this Zaxby’s. Service and quality has always been great. However, today this particular salad was served with room temperature, old lettuce. Some of the lettuce was slimy and mushy. This is a major health hazard and a great way to get sick. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I made it back to work during my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back and have them re-make it. This is the first time this has happened to me, so I’m not going to take them over the coals. But, the owner/manager needs to know what happened and better manage quality.

Based on our drive-thru experience yesterday, service was fast, staff were friendly and our chicken, bacon, ranch fries were really tasty.

Had a well made grilled Cobb Salad. I usually get this at my local store to go but got this to eat in. I wish the take home I get locally were this good. The landscaping was very nice and well kept.

Giving at least 2 ⭐ cause manager was 🆒 and had it remade quickly Check your food when you leave, 80% of the time, my food is wrong, got a chicken salad today with no chicken or eggroll, drove 20mins home to find out, had to drive 20mins back just to get salad remade right, and my nuggets "tossed" in sauce is completely drenched in it and is cold and not cripsy, I also picked extra hot sauce but was given 2 ranch that will go to the trash, I guess I don't need extra hot sauce if my box is full of it

This is hands-down, the best Zaxby’s. It says 3.9 is the average score. Should be closer to 4.5. I try not to eat much fast food, but when I do Zaxby’s is I go to. I have been to lots of them. This one is very consistent. The sauce man needs a pat on the back. Thank you, Zaxby’s Oakwood!

My husband and I ate at the one in Oakwood two times this past week and both times we ordered the fried Chicken Philly sandwich. I think this is an awesome meal for the price the amount of food that they put in the bun not to mention the fast service and the friendly attitude that the employees had behind the counter we even engaged with a little laughter. My husband and I can definitely both agree the Philly chicken sandwich is definitely a keeper we love eating there but sometimes the salad and the regular sandwich gets a little old and we are so excited about the Philly chicken sandwich job well done Oakwood Georgia

If I could give a zero I would. The girl in the drive through needs to learn how to properly speak to customers and not in a hateful manner. I asked for a drink with my salad she was like it don’t come with a drink. I responded, so I can add a drink to my order? She then response hatefully with a no, you can’t get a drink! The manager needs to put her cleaning floors instead of taking care of customers since she obviously doesn’t know how to respectfully communicate.
