For months, I've wanted to try the new crispy spicy chicken. It looks so good in the pictures. Every time I went to the KFC in my town, they never had it. So I decided to try it here in oakwood. First, the floor in this location was so wet that I almost slit up and busted my hiney twice. I was not the only person in the store who had this problem. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The service was fast. There was nothing crispy about this crispy, spicy chicken sandwich. And, as you can see in the picture that is the amount of bread that I tore off the sandwich before I started eating it. It's decently spicy. I'll give it that. But the breading on the chicken was not crispy at all. In fact, it was kind of doughy. I usually stay away from the fast food places. I guess that will continue.

My daughter, grandson and I went to eat at this location in Oakwood 10/29/2023 @ 7:05pm. They were so nice and the food was fresh. I will definitely be back. Good job guys. Keep it up.

Tonight, when I got home with our drive-thru order, I was looking forward to taking a bite into one of their delicious biscuits. The 2 that we got however, were completely raw and doughy on the inside. Very disappointed. That can make people incredibly sick.

Have been here twice and every time, they mixed some really old chicken (probably cooked a couple of days ago) with some freshly made ones. I have been to many KFCs before and this store is the worst in providing fresh chicken.

The food definitely wasn't fresh. Nothing was hot. The restaurant was clean and the staff was super friendly.

The food was good They were friendly and efficient. The lady cleaning the place really liked her job and was really good at it. We would go here again if we are in the area. 2 yums up.

We really love the classic chicken sandwich it is amazing the sides are very good and the employees are super nice

Ordered four pieces of fried chicken and they were not fresh. They were probably at least fried 24 hours ago.
