Worst customer service I ever had in a jewellery shop. Sales person Mr.Akil is a useless guy, he doesn't know how to handle customers. If management still keep and support staff's like Akil then they won't/can't survive in business. We went their with lot of expectations but their staff Mr.Akil's behaviour made us to decide to go for other shop. Immediately we went to GRT jewellery (Cuddalore) and brought 37 gm's necklace. Jos Alukas management please pay attention in customer care and staffs like Akil (Hope he is a Malayali guy so your management won't take any action) wont be useful for your business. Hope Jo's Alukas management will listen to it and take appropriate actions. Can't able to complaint without any proof so I brought silver earing worth 900 and on the same day after this billing time, I brought 37gm's necklace in GRT cuddalore. (I'm ready to share the bill if Jos Alukas tries to justify) Hope Jos Alukas will reply genuinely instead of polishing.
