Chidawa Railway Station serves as a vital link for transportation in its region. Its relatively smaller size compared to major junctions contributes to a more accessible and manageable atmosphere. The station's basic facilities and cleanliness make it functional for commuters and travelers passing through. It provides connectivity to various destinations, serving as a key point for local and regional travel. However, as with many smaller stations, Chidawa Railway Station might have limited amenities and services compared to larger junctions. Due to its size, it could experience less frequent train schedules and fewer amenities for passengers. In summary, Chidawa Railway Station plays an important role in the local rail network, offering convenience for travelers in its vicinity. While it may not have extensive features, its practicality and accessibility make it a significant transportation hub for the region.

A very nice n clean station. Although the traffic of trains is very limited and only four trains stop at this station. Two passenger trains which are daily and two mail express trains which are on select days of Wed and Friday. The station area is huge and maintained nicely. There are two platforms on this station.
