One of the most beautiful hotels i have ever stayed. We got a balcony room and view from the room was awesome. Service and hospitality was very good. Room service was available all the time. Location is also good just few meters from the main Manali City. We can walk from room to Mall road. They serve both South and North Indian food, buffet system. Can also order food to your room. Hot water is available in the mornings and evenings. Drawback is the room temperature, for room heaters we have to pay extra. But that will give mild warmth only when we sit near the heater.

Stayed here from 21st Dec to 25th Dec 2022 (4 nights). If you are visiting a hotel in Manali, especially in December, you would expect a room heater service. Well, they don't have a room heater. Instead, they have a paid heater not even enough to heat up your bed. Service is horrendous. Only giving 2 ratings because of the restaurant which is pretty good and the person in charge of the restaurant, his courteousness is impressive. Some points - 1. My travel agent was very helpful and tried to bargain for the room heater service which is 400 INR per night as I stayed for 4 nights, but they did not agree. And this has to be paid in cash only and they don't provide any receipt also for it. 2. Electricity was gone a few times. After complaining, they started the generator. 3. Nobody is going to help you with your bags on the day when you checkout :). They do it only while check-in :). Good points - 1. Location. Max 5 mins walking distance from mall road. They have parking also, which is a plus point, especially in Manali. 2. Food is very good if you are ok with veg. We have enjoyed the food. But if you are staying > 2 days, breakfast options might start boring you. In a nutshell - Maybe a good budget hotel in summer, but please think for multiple times in winter.

The place is amazing and has very spacious rooms... The breakfast and dinner are also available and are very tasty... The only thing bad is that it's way goes from a very busy area with narrow roads....this is very troublesome if u r carrying a lot of bags..... It's location is near the gurudwara in the local area....

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Hotel staffs is courteous and helpful. A pure vegetarian hotel that is closer to mall road. On our request, the chef arranged Jain food, which was excellent. The hotel has amazing views. The lack of hot water, which is only provided from 7 am to 10 am and 7 pm to 10 pm, is a problem. Overall, the stay was delightful.

Staff is very polite food is awesome and hotel rooms are very clean with alll the modern amenities hotel is just next to mall road i recommend must visit.

Hotel is good, reaching hotel by car is little tricky as for last few minutes you ll get narrow streets. Mountain view room was awesome. 5 minutes walk from mall road and 2 km from hadimba temple.

The experience was awesome, and wow. I spent happy time with my wife here, over all services are awesome and the location is so accessible to all the famous spots.

I stayed here for 4 days. Staff was very nice. Food was delicious with a new variety and taste every day. Services were quick and proper cleanliness was maintained in everything.This made my tour even more memorable.

Location is near by mall road so walking distance it is . Restaurant staff is so nice at night when we said child want to eat something they gave things even complimentary they tried to give. We had with balcony room they gave us room without balcony after complaining they gave us balcony room but nothing special so small and without much views . Room is small even premium rooms . Lady was much greedy of money wants to charge more . Overall staff is nice room is only good for 2 people we booked room for 3 adult one child and paid according but it was enough for 2 person only .

I am very much satisfied with the ambience, comfort, service, food quality.Provided 5 star facilities at competitive and reasonable rate. Rooms are too good, clean and hygiene is carefully maintained. View from room is fantastic. Staffs at all level are very courteous & well trained. If one stay there, then only one can feel the difference. Especial mention is that the food quality & taste is awesome. In short I am overwhelmed with all types of their service.
